My sad nachos!

Do better Taco Bell! Ur my go to place but the quality has gotten so bad. I paid DoorDash for this mess.

Omari D.

It's Taco Bell.. They were fast, helpful, and patient with me as I'm not a regular so I had a lot of questions. I now know why the drive-thru line is long... because of people like me who stare at the menu trying to figure out what to order!!

Doritos locos taco and it's seriously disappointing.

If your working in customer service learn to have a voice that shows it. Honestly whatever dude and girl was working the drive thru at 7 showed disrespect in their voice with no concern. Wanted to finish my order before I'm even done talking. I had to drive up to the window to tel them I wanted to add something. And I'm told I'm only allowed 2 orders. Okay you idiot if you listened I wasn't done ordering. Show some respect or quit for real yes I took the time to do this survey cause you went out your way to show the attitude and walk away and not even give me my receipt. If a manager or someone sees this I would like to be contacted Got home and literally this is my food

When you have to remind them that you also ordered drinks and they don't even bother to fill it up all the way...

I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

I ordered the chilaquiles. The chilaquiles themselves were excellent. The flavor was robust, the sauce was smooth, and the chips held their texture surprisingly well. Unfortunately, that's where the meal began to lose momentum. The beans were watery and the flavor just wasn't right. The rice appeared to be basmati rice with dehydrated peas and carrots mixed in. I took a few bites and ultimately left both sides untouched. My wife ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito. We were surprised to learn it used mozzarella cheese rather than Oaxacan cheese. Different, but not necessarily bad. What caught us off guard was the inclusion of red bell peppers throughout the burrito, which wasn't disclosed on the menu. Again, not a deal breaker, but something worth noting. The potatoes were also a bit firm and could have benefited from a few more minutes on the griddle. The shining star of the meal was the blueberry pancakes. These are true pancakes--not diner-style flapjacks--and they were absolutely loaded with blueberry compote, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. The portion was large enough for all three of my children to share, and they disappeared quickly. Will I return? Possibly. There were some genuinely good flavors present, and everything appeared to be cooked with care. My concerns were more about flavor inconsistencies and communication than poor execution. I want to support local businesses, and there was enough potential here that I would be willing to give Chido MX another try.

Cooked perfectly to a medium, the combination of the fried onion ring, barbecue sauce, and ciabatta bread made every bite a hit. They even went above and beyond with the birthday cake. One of the ceviches came out very quickly, the other came out last and we had to inquire about it. Not sure if they forgot or were just making a new batch. All the food was good. No complaints. Normally, corn tortillas are very flimsy but these tacos were perfectly thick with a good amount of bounce. The meat was so fresh, hot off the grill and it comes topped with onions, cilantro, and guacamole with your personal wedge of lime tucked underneath the taco. The sauce area was well-kept, with workers checking up and cleaning up spills around the clock. There's plenty of seating indoors and it luckily wasn't packed around 2 pm. Our dishes were out within 5 minutes! I'm a bit saddened because they used to serve tacos with a big chile güero, but perhaps they ran out. Other than that, these are seriously the best tacos I've ever had and I highly recommend that anyone in the area, or even out of state, gives this spot a chance.

This business is in a busy parking lot it should be buzzing on a Saturday Instead of empty.
