The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the special for Wednesday. It was a very welcoming and family atmosphere. 3 Stars- The asada taco and fish taco were simply okay. The asada had almost no flavor or seasoning. The ingredients all tasted good and had good flavor. I would have liked more of a char on the asada as well. The fish was nicely fried, good ingredients again, but nothing special. 4 Stars - the birria taco was great. Crispy and packed with flavor. I would just get three of these! The bean and cheese burrito was not next level, but, the size was crazy and only for $1.99 on Wednesdays! Chips and salsa bar is self serve which is pretty neat too. I will definitely be back for their daily specials and birria tacos! 3*** = Just Okay 4**** = Set themselves a part with quality food and I want to go back. 5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there!

Customer service was good! Got our food quickly. Portion sizes were excellent and everything tasted good! We would come back again to grab something quick. We decided to order surf and turf fries and a carne asada quesadilla. Super easy to share and was filling. The inside is clean and had a cute mural on the wall that highlights Verrado perfectly! We are happy that something is finally back in that space.

Oscar's is great for casual tasty Mexican at a great value - and complimentary chips! The bowl is giant and plenty to split. The tacos are also very good and not as giant is their sibling Rosie's tacos place - in a good way. My favorite salsa is the creamy green salsa. It's got a kick but not overwhelming.

Wow, I'm pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! We went on taco Tuesday and got the $8.49 special which comes with 4 street tacos and a drink. What a deal for the amount of food you get! The flavor of the pastor was delicious and the meat itself was very tender. The salsa bar had a lot of great options, all of which had amazing flavor. We will be making a habit of going to taco Tuesday at Oscar's!

I love Oscar's. (But I repeat myself. I love the one in Surprise, too.) New location near Fry's on Indian School and Jackrabbit. The Plus Clean, new, restaurant. The attendant at the counter was very pleasant. She helpfully told me about upcoming specials. I just had a bean and cheese burrito, simple fare, but I'm addicted to their tortillas. They are substantial--and having been heated just right on the grill--have that toothiness that I love. (Like a good bagel -- you take a bite and the bite doesn't just come along peacefully -- no, there's resistance!). Appropriate amount of beans and cheese filling. The tortilla and its folding kept filling from leaking out anywhere. Decent portion size Offering a bunch of specials during the week, with pretty good prices. The Minus A little slow on the delivery. Meh, not a big deal. I wish the area where wait after ordering had a bit more room to it. With just a few people waiting, we were invading the dining area in maintaining our personal space. The packaging was excessive. Burrito wrapped in paper, inserted into a small paper bag, inserted into a plastic bag. Ditch the paper bag. Save a tree. Or use a bigger paper bag and ditch the plastic bag. Bottom Line: go to Oscar's and try something! Love their rolled tacos, their street tacos and their fish tacos.

Got the street tacos and soft drink special. Left much to be desired. The food was so lacking in flavor. If they attempted to season it, it didn't come through. Star of the show was the red onion.. not even the salsa saved it. Went through the drive thru so can't really speak on the service. Will say the size of a regular drink was quite small. Overall wouldn't come back again.

    Not fried shells, regular packaged.

Overall so good! We originally drove over to this area to go to a different place but didn't know…read morethey closed and I'm so happy this was the first suggestion for birria!! I got a birria taco and my hubs got an al pastor quesadilla. We also got a side of rice and horchata. Horchata- creamy and delish (which says a lot because I don't usually care for it) Rice- was good to me but the peas could be left out lol Quesadilla- the meat was flavorful and owned every bite. Tortilla was nice and everything was a perfect ratio Birria- OMG! The flavor was perfect and the cheese. It was so hard not to eat it in one bite lol. I foot to add consume but honestly it didn't need it. I loved the flavor and how tender the meat was I've driven past the Litchfield location and always wanted to try so I am happy we made it into this location! Definitely will have to make my way to that one since it's a little closer to home. Also the seating is ample inside and the girls are nice! Kitchen was quick as well. Even when it was dead to watching alone form, they busted out those orders

I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

Firstly, the staff was incredibly friendly. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and even brought our food out to us. As for the atmosphere, it's fine. Nothing too fancy, but it's clean and that's all that matters to me when I'm trying to get lunch. The food came out fast and overall, the favorite among my whole group was that the quesobirria tacos were the best. They were incredibly flavorful and the birria was very warm and comforting. I understand some people here on yelp had some feelings about the texture, but as a very texture-sensitive person, I was unbothered by the feel of the "meat". If you've ever had jackfruit meat before, you will be used to the texture. For the fish tacos, my partner said texture wise, it was very appealing. Pickled onions and cabbage were a good compliment to the battered cauliflower. Easy and light. My partner was very happy with his choice. Lastly, the surf and turf burrito- My friend said it was a nice texture throughout, a good mix of flavors, and he liked the size of the burrito. Thank you for the wonderful food, Tacos Veganos. I was so glad to actually be able to share food with my partner :)

Inside dining wasn't very big, but it was an off time, so there was plenty of seating available. They serve chips and salsa as soon as you sit. The chips were fresh and barely salted (which we like). I always ask for some guacamole with mine, I'm not a big salsa eater. Hubby really liked the salsa, but the guac was excellent!! Hubby ordered the 2 Cheese Enchiladas and I got the Large Taco Plate (I chose Carnitas and Al Pastor). They were served alongside rice and beans. The beans were nice and runny with cheese melted over. Hubby really enjoyed his enchiladas...they looked good, too. I asked for no cilantro (not a fan), so they doubled down on the onions, I guess. So many onions, I could barely make out what was in my tacos...LOL! After getting rid of some of them, I dug in. The tortillas were a bit dense, so I ended up taking the meats out of them and mixing it up with the rice/beans. The Carnitas were very tender, as was the Al Pastor. Service was fast and our server was very friendly.
