Okay I ordered at Mexican pizza that was so soggy and undercooked and cheese not anything like photos. Supreme tacos same. Couldn't even locate the sour cream. Good afternoon. I placed an order at your store yesterday during lunch time for a $10 Taco & Burrito Pack. I ate 6 out of the 8 items and brought the 2 leftover burritos home straight to the refrigerator and still wrapped. This morning my wife decided to eat one of the burritos for breakfast and as she was about to finish eating it she found this in her food. I am posting this in the hopes someone in management at this establishment can address this issue, I can only imagine what could have been in my food that I already ate. I know that most every restaurant or establishment is shorthanded due to COVID, but your attitude should be left at the door when you come to work. No matter the day I'm having, I'm going to start out being nice to you when I place an order; however, when all you say is, "To the window!" after I've told you what I want, I'm a little taken aback. Our food was also basically thrown into the car, as if we were bothering the guy at the window. I've never been treated so badly in a drive-thru. Taco Bell - Supreme Dorito taco ... yeah smh - Fast Food Near Me - Denison, Texas

They messed up $17 worth of food yesterday through the drive thru. I am recovering from covid and did not feel like going back out. I called and spoke with the manager and she wrote me down in their books, and told me to just bring my receipt back and that they would replace the order. Went back today, and the person working (who told me she was the 'yeneral' manager) refused to replace my order. I told her repeatedly word for word what the person told me that I spoke with yesterday, yet still refused to replace the order. She ended up replacing one burrito out of $17 worth of food. Refused to give me the number to corporate or provide the store number. Its ok though, because someone from corporate will be contacting them soon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering its the worst taco bell Ive ever eaten at to begin with. read more

I love Taco Bell & all the workers here are great except Pablo. One time a couple months ago during happy hour i ordered a medium dr. pepper for $1 instead of normal price but when i got to the window i knew right away i was being overcharged, so i asked for a receipt & sure enough i was. the drink was not rang up as a happy hour beverage & it was a simple mistake that could be fixed. I go inside & when the girl tells her manager it was rang up wrong he says right in front of me "Thats on her, i'll fix it this time but next time i wont." Im standing right there shocked that he is blaming me for being overcharged when its on the employee to know its happy hour & to ring it up as a happy hour beverage . I tell him this is not my fault & walked out. Irritated. Ive worked in the food industry since i was 17 and never come across a manager so unprofessional & bad at customer service. Not only was he okay with overcharging me, he was BLAMING me for it. a couple months later which was a few days ago i come back in the drive thru & order my usual meal, the order was correct on the screen so i didn't care for a receipt. I was greeted with a smile at the window & then i hear this agitating sound behind him. The manager Pablo threw my receipt away & then said "oh wait gotta give her a receipt because knowing her she'll b*tch about it" AT THE WINDOW. the guy who handed me my food felt bad on his manager being so rude right in front of me & complimented my sunglasses before sending me off. sadly, the rest of the employees dont last long & i have to wonder if its because of their poor management. Either way, I think the manager here should be professional & good at customer service and enjoy their job. This is not the occupation for Pablo & i think he should try a job that doesn't involve customer service. He's made me feel umcomfy more than once & im over it. He has failed to have a professional mature conversation with me so now i feel it in my heart to leave an honest review. Hope to see improvement moving forward from this location, specifically from Pablo. Everyone else, keep being awesome & youre appreciated! read more

My order was messed up. I was given food I was allergic too. I politely went back for a full refund, since the number that's provide on google is to a disconnected phone. I politely told am employee about it. The manager came out with attitude and she refused to give me a full refund, even though she had made me sick. Me and my family ordered 2 bean burritos and rice burritos we specifically said no meat on the whole order since we are vegetarian. we got our order and we were very hungry and immediately started eating we soon realized there was beef in the burritos. We went in and asked for another burritos without meat the manager started to cuss us out and told us to not come back. we got our refund but we are very unhappy with how we were treated and we highly suggest you do not go to this taco bell. This Taco Bell sucks! Worst one in the Sherman/Denison area. Went through the drive thru and had to tell the lady 5 or 6 times what i wanted and kept getting interrupted because i wasn't ordering fast enough. I told them several times i wanted 2 5-layer beefy burritos with no sour cream. Once i got to the window to pay i was told i was paying for 3, after i told them i only ordered 2 the lady proceeded to tell me that i was wrong. One of the them had no sour cream and the other had sour cream. Neither me or my cousin can eat or even taste sour cream or we will be sick for hours. read more

We have came to this location multiple times coming back from the casino since it's on the way back. Every time we have came 1-2am our food is always cold and or it is not even made how it is suppose to me made. The employees are rude and not friendly at all. To us it seems like they just want to leave and us as paying customer should get the food how we ordered it and warm food not cold. Very disappointed at this Taco Bell and the employees are very not friendly. And giving multiple chances and every time there is something wrong with our food, just horrible. read more

I like Taco Bell for a quick Mexican meal both Denison locations the food is not good. I'm not sure what they are doing to the food but it doesn't taste like other Taco Bell's. I won't buy from either of these locations. read more
