I understand why the rating is so low. This is a Taco bell and KFC in one. The 1st time I came. They were not able to serve anything from the taco bell side. This time, the service was so shitty that I'm almost certain this is my last time. I walked in with my God-Mother and she has a credit from before and the young guy (Bryan) on the register immediately said "I can't do nothing about that" . I stood there quite as she asked for a manager. When Bryan returned from requesting the manager come to the front, I tried to order food. When I tried to order he walked away. OK I'll wait.... I used to come to this location often back in my high school days for lunch. I mean, you have a choice of fried chicken or "Mexican" food, sweet! Strangely, I rarely have visited since I graduated. The last time I went, was before I left for a trip to Las Vegas and wanted something to eat on-the-go. I ordered a Chicken Chalupa and two orders of Chicken Taquitos through drive-thru (learning from my previous experience mentioned in the next paragraph). In general, I LOVE Taco Bell's taquitos, 'cause they're nothing like "real" Mexican taquitos - they're soft skinned (wrapped in a regular flour tortilla). However, at this location, their taquitos kind of sucked. Their chalupa was pretty good though, but I usually always favor the taquitos instead. The visit before last was the one that got me thinking twice about visiting ever again. I forget what holiday or special occasion, but I know I visited on a special night 'cause the employees were having a party inside the restaurant. I believe it was around last December, since I think I had just gotten off my shift at the mall around 11:00 pm (holiday hours, grrr) and was hungry. I drove by through the parking lot and thought maybe they were closed since I wasn't sure if they were open 24 hours. I saw lots of people inside, so I parked my car and went in through the back. There a male teenager sitting in one of the tables in the back drinking a beer, and I'm guessing he was buzzed, 'cause he said they were closed and then began to hit on me. I forget exactly what his lines were, but I said "no thanks" and began to leave. I LOVE Taco Bell. They have the best Mountain Dew on the fountain compared to anywhere! I usually order 2 softshell tacos with no lettuce. They are pretty good. Generally, I like authentic tacos (carne asada, onion,cilantro and lime), however sometimes I just crave Taco Bell's, so I go. I very rarely eat Taco Bell but as an Amazon delivery driver you have to take what you can get in whatever city you happen to be in. All about fast and convenient. This location is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I walk into a completely empty dining area not one customer in the location, except for myself. I stand there as I wait to be asked for my order or at least greeted in which I see one employee on her phone texting and the other young man talking to his friends through the drive thru lol. I gotta admit I've never seen that before so it was pretty funny. After a few minutes of just standing there I decide to leave, and yet still not acknowledged until I leave the building. I've been coming to this location my whole life and I'm not sure if management or the team changed, but the quality sure did. Most times they get my order incorrect. Tonight I had to go back TWICE. For the same issue! Mostly a pain because I had to get ga at night (more unsafe so I prefer the day) in order to make it back the second time. FI'm not sure what's going on and as a huge fan it pains me to say this, but this location really let me down and I hope they can double check their food process so mistakes slowly disappear. read more

Rip Off Forgot to include this store does not give receipts - this is so they can cheat corporate out of their share of profits. All the prices are jacked up some as high as $5-$10 more than other locations. The $5 fill ups are $6.49. The $1.XX items at all the other locations are $2.XX at this SCAM location. Either We're missing items, special instructions were completely ignored, overcharged for orders we didn't get, or the food was way too salty. Only reason we still order from there is because my bf and his kid aren't willing to go anywhere else to eat near by. Thank god this taco bell has delivery and take out! I got delivery and the service is the best! The sweetest guy delivered my food and even complimented me! The food is amazing. Small portions. Extremely long wait in the drive-thru (15 minutes tonight). Not very cheap. This is a last-resort type of place to visit.

The drive through is always packed but you'll get pretty quick service if you stroll inside. The condiments are not self serve. They keep that hot sauce locked up. The food quality is consistent with other Taco Bell's. cheap, moist tortillas filled with meat and other slimy things. It's great for a quick fix or if you're feeling exceptionally bad about yourself. I just realized this review sounds a bit negative but I really do like this stuff for a cheap fix. Enjoy! read more

This location of taco bell is a disappointment, the costumer service is unacceptable they are very rude. The bathrooms are disgusting and they even give you attitude when you ask them if they can clean it, and you clearly see that they do not want to be working. As far as the food will go its very greasy and tough, there portion sizes are very small and are not the same as it show in there advertisement. I agree with the other Yelper who said that the portions are small and the prices are expensive. It's always frrrreeeezing inside the restaurant, too, and I can barely eat cuz my teeth are chattering so much. I seem to constantly manage to sit at the table that's uneven so that everytime I take my elbows off it for a second, everything tilts. Either that, or my chair is uneven. This place is a combination of Taco Bell and KFC. So If you go with your friends, everybody can find something to eat. My friends think that Taco Bell's taco is not good, but I love their tacos. I went to KFC/Taco Bell to night at the drive thru. Absolutely horrible service. Granted it was 2 minutes before closing and all the lights were on at the drive thru. I sat for 1 minute with no cars waiting. I live 26 miles away and was on a night delevery and was hungry.At 10:59 a man peeked through the window up front lining his finger across his throat signaling he was closed and moved out of sight. I pulled up to the window showing 3 men inside my cell phone the time and shaking my head at how dissappear I was at their service. They seemed to not care. I drove off and called the store to express my disappointment at their service for refusing to put in a simple order of chicken in. The said that I pulled up 1 minute before their closing time. It seems to me when you advertise your store hours you honor it. At least post the time when you stop taking orders etc. Really an awful expierence. All I wanted was 2 pieces of chicken and a soda. The lady who helped me was super rude and continuously cut me off when I spoke. I also asked for Fire and Hot sauce. When I received my food, I got a beefy quesadilla and a million Mild sauces. I have been to many Taco Bell locations, and I have to say this is probably the worst one I have been to. The $5 box is $5.99, and the rest of the food is more expensive than other locations also. The food is poorly made and very messy. It is like they literally threw the food together. On my Tacos, today, the tomatoes and lettuce were saturated with water, like they had just been pulled out of the water and not allowed to dry. This made the soft tacos very messy and the tortilla start to fall apart. The tacos must have been sitting around for a while too, because they were cold and did not taste good. I will have to be very hungry and this location will need to be the only restaurant open before I will be back. read more
