Unfortunately this is the closest Taco Bell to me but I will no longer come here! 2 bad experiences in 1 week. Like other reviews say they jack up the prices and you can't use the Taco Bell app. Secondly they make you wait before the window to pay and then they asked me to wait at the end of the drive thru to give me my food because there were cars behind us. Well the car behind me must have gotten his order right away and he was yelling at me to move. I told him I'm waiting for my order and he was yelling at me and at one point came up to my window aggressively telling me to move and go back into the drive thru. I rolled my window up. The worker came out a few minute later to give me my food! I had my kid in the car and it was a horrible experience! Store has been insisting you park at the end of the driveway while waiting for your food. I dont like this because sometimes they dont get your order right, and then it is inconvenient to rectify. I left a review about 5 years ago and noting has changed. I live near by and have to remind myself not to go back. Ordered 9 taco supremes and a bean burrito that was cold for myself and friends. Tacos were soggy, some with no sour cream and the others with sour cream on the bottom with broken shells. This food does not look appealing and we threw them in the trash can. These workers don't care but I blame management and their training. They continue to have bad reviews, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. AS USUAL, when I was the only one in the drive thru tonight I was told to stop before I got to the window. I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years and know they are doing that so my car doesn't start the drive thru timer. THEY DO THIS EVERY TIME. I did not obey, so when I got up to the window and paid they asked me to pull forward even tho no one was behind me. When I asked why, the girl said "because we have a timer". I said I didn't understand why that matters. She then slammed the window and when I got my food she wouldn't even look at me. Missing items impatient staff weird policies, and worst - no HOT SAUCE (but that's the best part of Taco Bell!) I came here on a warm summer evening because i was craving nacho fries. The first thing I noticed was that their menu was smaller than other taco bell locations. If you're craving a Baja Blast, this place isn't it. Not aware if there was a price change, but Nacho Fries were 2$ at this location. Let me say at the start that I'm an unabashed fan of Taco Bell. This particular TB is one of those combo restaurants that offers a KFC and Taco Bell menu in one store. The meal I got tonight, from start to finish, was the worst I've ever had at a Taco Bell. And I think the origin of the problem has to do with the way in which employees are evaluated on the speed of their drive thru. The employees there are judged, in part, on the speed with which cars move through the drive thru. An employee there once explained this to me. I guess there is a timer that senses when a car pulls up and when it departs. So they came up with a clever idea for of instructing the customer to pull away from the window and down the driveway. This fools the timer into thinking the transaction is complete, but as a consequence, their employee has to walk through the restaurant with your bag of food, exit through the front door, proceed down the steps and then walk to the driveway to hand you your food. Before you get the idea that this was maybe a well intentioned idea to keep things moving in a crowded drive thru, they ask you to do this even when there are no cars behind you in the drive thru! When that's true, moving ahead becomes inefficient because the employee cannot simply hand the food to you through the window! It's all about fooling the timer they're judged by. Tonight, I said no. I would not pull forward. I can only guess that this was why all three of my tacos came replete with shells fully or partially cracked at the bottom, barely any meat and swimming in sour cream. They even placed a nice round glob of it on the outside of every shell. At first I thought it was an accident. But all three came that way. You could see it, even through the paper wrapping. My friend ordered a chicken quesadilla and it had the opposite problem. Not very much filling, at least not in the outside pieces, which were basically empty and dried out. The bag they wrapped it in was ripped along the seam of the see-through plastic window, so it was cold for good measure. Even the napkins they threw into the bag seemed like someone had wadded them into a ball before tossing them into the bag. I guess this was my payback for deciding to stay at the window to get my food. After experiencing this meal, I called there and talked to the shift supervisor. I said my piece and for about 30 seconds she said nothing in return. I was about to ask if she was still on the phone when she said, "Do you... want to come back for a replacement?" I told her no. But I wanted her to talk to the people who prepare the food and tell them that whatever game they were playing, it wasn't appreciated. "We don't play games here, she said." The last time I ordered from here, I ordered a chicken quesadilla, a quesarito, and Doritos Loco's tacos. Honestly, my favorite was the Doritos Locos tacos. The quesadilla was subpar. What an odd Taco Bell. This particular location is a joint venture with KFC so they are connected. I am not sure how things work inside, since I only used the drive-thru, but the drive-thru is the same for both businesses. I went to try out the Nacho Fries that Taco Bell recently debuted. All the advertising says they are $1 (+tax), but for some unknown reason they are $1.99 here (+tax). I regret not asking them why they are twice as expensive here as any other Taco Bell... I just wanted to try them out and leave. But now I am bitter about this :P With tax the total came out to $2.18, and they give you such a small portion of Nacho Fries! I will say that the cheese dip was warm and very delicious with the seasoned fries. Now I just need to find a relatively close Taco Bell that charges the appropriate $1.10 total instead of $2.18. The staff seemed pretty friendly in my limited interaction with them. I don't know if they were understaffed or if the car in front of me ordered a lot of food, but I had to wait behind that car for 5-10 minutes after getting my fries until they finally got their order brought to them. I felt compelled to write a review after deciding to give them a second chance today after messing up my other order a few weeks ago. The first time they messed up, they charged me for 14 crunchy tacos when I had only ordered 3 tacos and mashed potatoes. During my lunch hour, I drove up to the drive-thru window and handed them my card instinctually. The cashier tells me the cost of the order and quickly disappears behind the sliding window. During that time, what he said registered in my brain. I tried justifying why three tacos and a mashed potato would cost $15 because I don't like confrontation if it's unnecessary. Struggling to find a reason, I decided I would ask the cashier why my order would cost $15. He returned with my card after a while, and I asked him why my order was so expensive. He thought I had ordered 14 tacos which is fine, and I clarified that I only wanted three and if he could charge me appropriately. He agreed and disappeared behind the window. After too many minutes of my lunch wasted, he comes back with my card and my order, and I leave trusting that he fixed everything. I gave my credit card statement a week to see if the transaction would be fixed. Ultimately, I was lucky the bank refunded me for my order. Not only did he not fix the transaction, he STILL got my order wrong. I only got 3 tacos and no potatoes. Today, I ordered 4 items, was charged for all 4 items. BUT only received 3 of the items... Will be giving them a call tomorrow to see if anything can be done. But I'm not going to be surprised if it can't be fixed. So disappointed. ***Make sure to check your orders before you leave!!! Well it's easy to see why the reviews at this location are so low. So, let me describe my last visit. It was Wednesday October 2nd and I ordered 2 soft tacos and 1 Steak Soft taco without sauce. Got the food from the drive-thru in reasonable time and drove to the office (5 minutes away.) Go to eat my food and the special order steak soft taco had sauce on it. So I threw it away and called the store to ask that next time they pay closer attention to the specifications. The Manager says that she feels badly about it and would like to give me 3 Steak soft tacos the next time I come in. I thank her and say yes, I'll accept. She asks for my name and I give it to her and at this point in time I'm pretty happy with them. Fast forward to today and I go in to redeem my offer. They can't find me in their book o complaints. Foolish me, I didn't think I'd have to prove anything to them so I didn't have the Manager's name and receipt. I really should have had both as this sort of thing has happened albeit rarely and I should have known better. But this review is about them and if they tell you that all they need is your name, that should be all they need. In any case, absent finding me in their book, they said they could do 1 taco for free, but as I was now pissed off, I told them no thank you as I'd lost my appetite. So thanks Taco Bell for briefly having restored my faith in you only to then have you crush that faith by failing to honor your offer to me. It's true. This place will mess up your order. Excited for the re-release of the Mexican pizza my friend and I decided to drive thru. We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas, veggie style -- no meat , no cheese. We also orders 2 bean burritos. No meat, no cheese, no sour cream, just beans and sauce. Excited to eat and assuming our orders were correct we happily drove home and enjoyed the Mexican pizzas, which happy to say they got those right. Then we went to take a bite of the burritos and I looked in horror as I spotted bacon and steak bits in my friend's burrito. I felt horrible that he had accidentally eaten meat (it's a big deal for vegans). They had given and charged us for steak burritos instead of plain bean burritos. Needless to say we threw them out and we're left hungry as we hadn't enough to eat. But it was late and we were tired so we went along with our evening and made due. Next day I called and explained to a gal named Denise. She listened intently and was very understanding of the mishap. She put me in touch with her manager Jackie who was just as gracious and accommodating. Jackie offered to remake my order correctly and also refunded me for the incorrect charge. I was annoyed that I had to spend the extra time to drive out for the transaction as I felt further inconvenienced by it. But I was very pleased by how accommodating the associates were and how they handled and rectified the situation. I do agree they need to be more careful when taking and making orders but the great customer service I received did make it a lot better. read more

I'm not sure why the manager or owner does not read these comments, but seriously, they make you park 10 meters behind the drive-through window so it doesn't count against their stats. Whoever is doing this is insane, what's the purpose of having stats if they are not accurate? Furthermore, part of my order today was an order of fries, they literally put the fries face down in the bag, upside down, so when I attempted to pull them out all the fries spilled in the bag! I understand why the rating is so low. This is a Taco bell and KFC in one. The 1st time I came. They were not able to serve anything from the taco bell side. This time, the service was so shitty that I'm almost certain this is my last time. I walked in with my God-Mother and she has a credit from before and the young guy (Bryan) on the register immediately said "I can't do nothing about that" . I used to come to this location often back in my high school days for lunch. I mean, you have a choice of fried chicken or "Mexican" food, sweet! Strangely, I rarely have visited since I graduated. The last time I went, was before I left for a trip to Las Vegas and wanted something to eat on-the-go. I ordered a Chicken Chalupa and two orders of Chicken Taquitos through drive-thru (learning from my previous experience mentioned in the next paragraph). In general, I LOVE Taco Bell's taquitos, 'cause they're nothing like "real" Mexican taquitos - they're soft skinned (wrapped in a regular flour tortilla). However, at this location, their taquitos kind of sucked. Their chalupa was pretty good though, but I usually always favor the taquitos instead. The visit before last was the one that got me thinking twice about visiting ever again. I forget what holiday or special occasion, but I know I visited on a special night 'cause the employees were having a party inside the restaurant. I believe it was around last December, since I think I had just gotten off my shift at the mall around 11:00 pm (holiday hours, grrr) and was hungry. I drove by through the parking lot and thought maybe they were closed since I wasn't sure if they were open 24 hours. I saw lots of people inside, so I parked my car and went in through the back. There a male teenager sitting in one of the tables in the back drinking a beer, and I'm guessing he was buzzed, 'cause he said they were closed and then began to hit on me. I forget exactly what his lines were, but I said "no thanks" and began to leave. I LOVE Taco Bell. They have the best Mountain Dew on the fountain compared to anywhere! I usually order 2 softshell tacos with no lettuce. They are pretty good. Generally, I like authentic tacos (carne asada, onion,cilantro and lime), however sometimes I just crave Taco Bell's, so I go. I've been to several around the LA area and the drive up people are always very nice. They always ask how I am doing and always thank me when I ask them back. read more
