The bar is the center of the restaurant and if you like dining at the bar,like I do, you will enjoy eating here. I was here on a Saturday and they were busy. We ordered appetizers and then waited about 10 minutes to order dinner. Well l, my wife's dinner came out first then appetizers then my meal and salad came at the same time. Less the. optimal. Fast casual without the fast food feel. We were driving through Akron and wanted to stop for lunch but didn't want a chain lunch restaurant. After checking the reviews, we knew Table Six was the place for us. The staff is super friendly and the waitstaff is so knowledgeable. The menu is huge and simple all at the same time. The selection is fresh and locally sourced. The flavors work so well together. My husband started with the chicken chili and loved it. We had the tofu lomien, so full of fresh ingredients and flavor. It was sweet and spicy, filling too. We also had the Korean BBQ tofu tacos. I literally could have had 2 orders. The tofu was sticky and full of bold flavor. The veggies were fresh and so sweet. What a fun place to enjoy dinner! My wife and I stopped by while in town to visit the football Hall of Fame, and this is just a short drive from our hotel at the Hyatt place. We started with the buffalo cauliflower appetizer, which was flavorful and creatively delivered. I got the short rib lo mein which was a dish I've never seen on a restaurant menu, but I'm glad to have experienced the flavors of this special dish. Service from Robin F was efficient and enjoyable. Pricing for dinner, drinks, tip and tax came in at about $30 per person which is quite a value for the area. If we travel back through the area in the future, we will certainly return. read more

I would highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. It comes with amazing mashed avocado and T6 Aioli. Not sure what is in that secret sauce but with the seasoning on the chicken, the avocado and the aioli it was an awesome taste blend. This was also probably the best gluten free bun I have ever had. Just ate at Table 6. In town for Football HOF staying nearby. First, upon entering very nice inside with a big bar with a mixture of hightops and booths. Although a Tues. night it was pretty busy. A broad range of different foods something for everyone. My son had the special of fried shrimp with sushi rice and vegetables. Said it was delicious. I had Thai lo mein with beef shortribs. We hadn't visited this place in a few years. It felt a little too trendy and busy for our kind of dinner date. But we had movie tix in the same parking lot so decided to visit this weekend for an early dinner. So glad we did! We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server arrived and gave us a very helpful overview of happy hour and how to navigate the menu. We scored 15 dollar cocktails for 6 bucks each, got a nice glass of Merlot for 5 and ordered a large "table quesadilla" usually 10.50 for 6!! It was just right - chicken, cheese, jalapeños, sour cream and salsa. The cocktails Zuit Suit(?) and signature old fashioned were a major highlight. We will be back just to try some others! Although everything is possible to be shared, we each ordered our own meal. I had the hot chicken and waffles. Awesome! Next time I might opt for the non-hot and add my own hot sauce to taste. The menu for Table Six fit right within what I most seek to celebrate - restaurants where those of us who eat plant-based foods can sit down and have a great meal with our friends and family who eat a more traditionally American diet that includes animal products. Table Six has multiple choices for plant-based diners. They've thoughtfully created lots of veggie-forward dishes, including the Hall of Fame Lomein with Tofu. The tofu was done perfectly - dense, chewy, crispy exterior, representing all of the best that well-prepared tofu has to offer. The tofu was tossed with lomein noodles, vegetables including mushrooms, red peppers, peas, and green onions, basil, and a sesame-ginger sauce which offered just the perfect amount of sweet and savory combined. First time here, super cute atmosphere . The menu, I Honestly didn't really look it over too much once I saw they had Wisconsin cheese curds and fish tacos I was pretty much sold. I did get a blueberry lemon martini which was pretty tasty. The Wisconsin cheese curds were spot on. The fish tacos, however since they had a slaw on them and there was literally one little piece of something but mostly just the fish chunks which were fried and crispy and a sauce. I thought there would be a smidge more substance. They still tasted good. We also had the s'mores dessert, it was ok, a tad dry, but maybe that's how it's suppose to be. Great atmosphere and great food. Went here the other night and it was packed for a Thursday evening. Excellent service. We had the Brussels sprouts (they are shredded not cut in half) and had a nice mixture of seasoning. You could definitely taste the hoisin sauce in them which was nice. My husband and I were visiting Canton, Ohio from California and came across this restaurant and it is amazingly good. I had the onion soup and we both had the summer special which was a lobster roll and it had fried capers, celery, dill sauce, and lettuce on it and it was just simply wonderful.. My husband and I checked out this restaurant for the first time last night for dinner. The food was truly outstanding. They do a great job of putting their own spin on standard dishes. For example, the chicken quesadillas had Mexican street corn inside. We loved everything we ordered! The service was very attentive and we were served everything quickly. The atmosphere in the space was also really cool. The only thing preventing me from giving this place 5 stars relates to being sat next to the open kitchen. We couldn't really see over our booth to see what was happening in the kitchen but we sure could here all the orders being yelled out for the servers. It was really distracting and took away from what would have been an ideal dining experience. Had dinner here while in Canton. They were pretty packed for COVID dining but that's good. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was cod and it was a nice piece of cod. There's were no silvery parts, that's a good thing. My husband had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and even though it was spicy, he liked it. Service was good at times but it seemed like the server had a lot of tables to take care of. I had a rhubarb mule and it was good. My daughter had the blueberry mule and she said it was too sweet. I have been here several times for lunch and dinner and it's super busy on the weekends so even if you make a reservation be prepared to wait for up to 30 minutes beyond your reservation time. The service is always incredible so that's absolutely a great thing to look forward to when coming here. With the current supply-chain issues, their menu is reduced and unfortunately, some of my past favorite items aren't available anymore. I will say if you are looking for yummy appetizers, the pretzel board and the cheese curds are freaking delicious. Their drinks do not appeal to me whatsoever and it's unfortunate because every time I've come here I've wanted a drink, ordered something and walked away disappointed. If you like beer or wine, you'll be good, but any mixed or specialty drinks you may not find anything good. The entrees are okay. Honestly, for the price, I'd prefer to go somewhere else because I personally think their prices are on the high side for what you get. I think the next time I go I'm going to order a few appetizers and a salad and call it my dinner. Definitely get reservations if coming with a group (I'm always here with 8+ people) and check the menu before you come to see if you find things that sound good. read more

Atmosphere: Very nice place. I love the casual feel of it but they also a little elevated as well. Our server was probably the best part of the whole visit. She was hilarious, sarcastic and just overall fun. We started off with a couple of drinks. Since it was happy hour, we both tried a happy hour drink. The only one that seemed up my alley was the sea salt foam margarita (which was described as between a martini and margarita) but it was honestly trash. It was warm, came with no ice and did not come with salt but rather, they garnished it with black pepper. BLACK PEPPER. All 3 of of us, to our dismay, tried it and our wonderful waitress swapped it out with the espresso martini I ordered next and comped it with my even asking. My friend got the Moscow mule that she said was a perfect classics mule. The espresso martini I had was wonderful. I was a little scared when it came out and looked like straight black coffee but it was so smooth, rich and creamy/sweet. Food: We started with 2 appetizers. The fried pickle chips which were no kidding, the BEST fried pickle chips I ever had in my life. They were so unusually thin, crispy and perfectly paired with their chipotle ranch. We also got the table quesadilla. It was not bad at all. Best part was the pickled cilantro with the corn salsa. In my opinion, they should be putting the cilantro inside the quesadilla, maybe even tossed in the corn salsa before assembly. Should also be served with limes. We ended up using our limes from our drinks to spritz on there. I didn't get a main entree I guess you could say. I opted for the French onion soup since I was absolutely devouring the fried pickle chips. The French onion was excellent. The cheese nice and bubbly and hot, the broth had great balance but I will say a little too heavy handed on the croutons. My wife got the Brussel sprout tacos and my friend got an order of the lobster tacos and also ordered a takeout order of the shrimp tacos (that she traded one her lobster tacos with so she could try both fresh). The tortillas were cooked nicely with beautiful grill marks on them and both ladies said the flavors were outstanding. Brussels sprout tacos were the favorite between all of them. Our friend tried my espresso martini and insisted on getting one of her own with dessert. She chose the brownie. Unfortunately, there was some kind of dessert rush so she had almost finished her whole martini before the dessert came. It also wasn't specified that it came in a jar. So you have to eat all the ice cream before you even get to the brownie instead of being able to eat it together. I think that should definitely be described in the memo as a brownie jar. Overall: Best service I've had in a long time! I hope we get our same server again. We absolutely will be back and I can't wait to try more on their amazing menu. read more

Before I start, this review would have gotten 4 stars if I was truly factoring in the hostess. My husband and I were in town visiting to go to the Hall of Fame and we called for reservations. We were initially told we could do a 5pm or 7:30. We went with the 7:30 because we weren't sure how the day would pan out. We called back not even 1 minute later and she said the 5pm was gone. No reservations for the same night we called were available either and she mentioned someone probably booked it online. After hanging up with her, we went online and got a SAME NIGHT reservation for not even 10 minutes later. So glad we did this as it was a good experience that we could have missed out on if we had listened to the hostess. Now to get to the good part. We had Bobbi as our server, she was excellent. She had good recommendations when it came to the food. Cheese curds were very similar to Wisconsin curds but could have been fried a little harder. The 6 house salad, I highly recommend. It had the just the right amount of dressing/flavor to it. We also ordered the glorious shrimp tacos and those were delicious (and I'm not a seafood person but my hubby is). We just recommend less corn and a bit more pineapple on them. Hubby had the half order of the Nashville chicken and waffles. He said it was a nice surprising blend of spicy, sweet, and cheese. And to top it off, we had Bobbi surprise us with our dessert. She brought us the Texas Sheet cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and I would definitely recommend to get dessert if you're on the fence.
