The chicken tenders here are so good and the steak was cooked really well. Our only complaint would have to be the oversalted fries which were almost inedible. We did a To-Go order. It was so loud at pick-up we didn't hear the items being put in the bag. Ended up missing our salads, some of which were paid for separately and not just a part of someone's meal. The steak we got was ordered medium rare but was actually like a medium well. Super disappointed. I even put a decent tip on our order for take out. I was offered when calling that I could drive back to get the salads which I didn't want. I wanted a refund. It was Veterans Day and they were having a free meal for the vets so my hubby and I decided to come check it out. We were glad we did because our waitress was super attentive, was so fast, and made sure we were taken cared of. The food was delicious! They gave us some dinner rolls with cinnamon butter as a free appetizer. Omg they were so nice, fresh and buttery!!! To die for! Lol I had their chicken fried steak with some loaded potatoes, and green beans. The loaded potatoes were nice and rich, but sadly I was not a fan of the green beans. My hubby got their surf and turf meal which came with mixed veggies and a small cup of chili. All were delicious as well. Overall, everything we had was good. We were here the Saturday before New Year's Eve last weekend and it was PACKED. Like, you couldn't breathe-and it was hard to move-and you felt extremely claustrophobic-packed. I was a little concerned when we walked in, because of the dense volume of people. My sister in law had done call-ahead seating because it was my nephew's birthday and there were 9 of us. He picked this place, so no turning back. It didn't take TOO long to get seated, but the set-up was pretty awful......we had two booths across the aisle from each other. My 3 year old kept running back and forth between our booths and I felt bad for the serving staff, because he was RIGHT in their way. I wish we had two tables pushed together instead. I really did try to keep him from running out in front of them, but as someone who works on a plane with narrow aisles, I know it is not always easy when you have a little one who likes to move around. This seating arrangement was not really very convenient for our party with 2 small children, one teenager, and six adults. That said, the steak was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The serving staff was friendly, especially one of the servers working towards the front. Had the worst steaks ever at the Dressler Rd location last night. I had an 8 oz strip that was 80% fat. My husband had the 14oz ribeye with more than half fat. Friends with us had problems as well. SO as much as I love this place and it is my favorite affordable monthly steak house choice in the area, I don't love this location. I am rating it based primarily on the food, then service and management. Things they get right, appetizers, cinnamon butter, and sometimes the bread and steaks. The only reason I can't say the bread as funny as it sounds is the rolls are getting extremely small and they leave them on a warmer by where people stand and without realizing it these people stand awfully close to the bread. The ribeye is my favorite when cooked correctly, unfortunately, almost every time I come it is over cooked, I always ask for medium rare and it comes out medium well. Then I have to wait when the second steak typically comes out it is rare. At which point I ask for a box because I have waited so long already. My first few visits though were consistent whomever cooked the steaks then understood the assignment. Appetizers are seriously more consistent than anything on the menu so you can't really go wrong, I have only ever had one meeeh appetizer and it was the deep fried pickles which were so salty they were not edible. Servers are just attentive enough to keep the table you're sitting at a high turn over. My only issue is that, I do typically wait for a long time on refills. My biggest complaint is hostesses demeanor and their estimated wait times. Once I brought my best friend here he has never been and we were quoted 30 mins on the app ended up waiting over an hour. When we approached the hostess she was sooo rude, being in the military he's learned something a lot of people lack and that is poise during hostile situation, he simply smiled and said thank you, we will go somewhere else. Now although, the manager called me and left a message when I called back I was not successful in speaking to him. Using the check in feature on the app will keep you from having to typically wait extensive times, check in before you leave home. Coming from a serving background I completely understand wait times. However, the delivery in tone and kindness goes a long way. Overall, there are better locations, however, TR is my go to steak chain restaurant. read more

This is a steakhouse, so you'd assume they know what they're doing with steak. I ordered a 12oz and asked for it medium. I absolutely love steak, and usually eat the whole thing regardless of how it comes out. But this was dry, chewy, and little to no flavor. For a $20 + steak, it was pitiful. I should've had them take it back and redo it, but I don't like complaining to the waiter, as it's not his fault. Our waiter, Jared, was friendly and accommodating. Very good service on his apart, and always made sure our drinks were full, and we had fresh rolls. Our waitress, Marie, was probably one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was attentive, funny, took her time with us like we were her only customers even though the place was getting crowded. But we knew not to keep her too long. The food was exceptional. I can't even describe like for me everything that's important was spot on. I got a 16 oz strip because I like to take half home. I ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms probably could have been a little thicker for me but that's a personal preference. We got to see some of the line dancing and hear some of the singing and the atmosphere was uplifting and it just was an hour and a half of getting away from the world for a bit. Went to this restaurant on Saturday! Was upset with the waitress that sat us at the table. Instead of her asking questions about the pronunciation of a family member's name she proceeded to make nasty comments. Tell the staff if you can't say a name, say the last name which was very simple. We asked the staff to sing Happy Birthday and they failed to do it even after someone in our party tipped the hostess!
