Okinawa boba with free staple.

Be careful when ordering from this restaurant. I found a staple in my Okinawa boba drink while I was drinking it, which was really alarming. Please double-check your drinks before consuming and stay safe.

Please, pick another place.

Even with all the warnings I still have to come get orders from here and when those orders are wrong no one gets yelled at but the delivery person. So once again, I am asking you to not go to this place. They refuse to do better. They refuse to pay attention to their customers. They refuse to even acknowledge their mistakes. This place should have been left alone or made into a Fosters Freeze. Or even a Dutch Bros.

Beef Chow Fun. There is a lot of good food.

My first visit here was good as I posted. My second visit did not go well. The young man taking my order refused to alter the heat level of what I wanted. Either our spice or the highway. I chose to change my order to sweet and sour pork. I wish I'd gone up the street to get a hot dog. While this order was for me, I took leftovers home. I offered to my wife, we agreed this did not taste good. I don't like posting bad reviews, I wanted this place to have good food after my first visit. This visit was a fail. I'm not certain I will go back and try something else. I did not appreciate the dismissal to change spicy ness of my order.

Pulled up here to charge my car because there are a new bank of electric vehicle charging stations stopped in order the chicken shop want to go and it was absolutely delicious. I recommend.

Ordering in this location is a headache. No shade when you order, order takes forever, they have a self service computer outside but not working properly, the person cannot take your order in the window because they have to finish preparing the orders of 4-6 people ahead. This is a weekday afternoon. Terrible speed, customer service. Once you get your order, take your food to go or eat in car only. Limited parking space. I do not recommend this place, there's a lot of options like Quickly, ShareTea, Devil n Angel.

Burnt egg waffles!! Why would you serve this ?

Went here 11/22/2025. Got some chicken and some egg waffles. The egg waffles were burnt. I didn't know till I got home. Wasn't even edible. I more upset that they served this to us rather than make a quality product. The chicken was lacking in flavor. I know because we go there every week. Not anymore. This isn't the first time this has happened.

This T4 replaced the Dairy Queen that came before it. Came by during the soft opening and wow it was quite the surprise! This is the first t4 in an open area, so no sit downs but a spacious parking lot if you want to bring the stuff to eat/drink in the car! I have always been a T4 fan and this place didn't disappoint! I dropped by for some snacks, and they were prepped and served within 10 minutes, which as many might know is relatively fast for T4 standards. The staff were also super nice and accommodating. The basil popcorn chicken was OK, it's nice and crunchy while the meat is tender on the inside. The House mushroom was rather tasty too! I really loved the crunch it has to it, and it's nice have a meat substitute snack for those who can't eat meat. Overall the place seems nice, the only concern is that there isn't really space to drink/eat and the parking while closeby and convenient is somewhat limited. Hopefully they might be open to having a patio area out front, or arrange some seating :)

Barely any filling and it tastes very hard.

Their tapioca balls the minis ones for the mango sago isn't made freshly it's hard texture. Those crab Rangoon tasted like it's been either refried or the oil needs to be changed

Love their juice freezes with cheese cream and the popcorn chicken! Quick and easy service using the self service kiosk. 500 times better than Chowking!

All I have to say is make sure the cook is already present and not stuck in traffic before you order.

There was a sign that says to take the QR Code to put in my order. I stood there by the counter thinking ok someone will come eventually. A man came to counter and greeted hello and next thing you know it he walked to the back of the restaurant where the kitchen was. I scratched my head thinking, OK I GUESS THEY WERENT KIDDING about ordering through their QR CODE. I had to turn off my WIFI on my phone because XFINITY WAS interfering with my browser access. I'm stepped outside in front of their restaurant and ordered. I ordered their bento with a garlic sausage and a beef soup. What's bad is by waiting in their showroom dining area, I was never given a receipt to confirm if I put in my order. I'm not even sure if it went through. My card confirmed they took my money. So I guess it went through. Their QR code app doesn't even have a way to tell me if I made the order or not. Checked my email and still no receipt. My food was ready in 5 mins. On my way out as the young man handed me my package, I asked him "is this how people normally pay by QR CODE?" He answered with a hesitant tone, "Yes " I replied, "ok just checking." The Garlic Sausage reminded me of the Filipino Garlic longaniza. Slightly different. Maybe it's lighter but it tasted good. There was steamed cabbage and garlic seaweed. Pretty good. I think the food reminds me of home style cooking.

320 Fairgrounds Dr Vallejo, CA 94589…read more Annie's Panda Garden has seen better times. This restaurant has been around for a very long time. I remember meeting an out of town friend here for lunch back in the mid-1990's. The place has old school decor, and a great location near the freeway and down the road from the Discovery Kingdom Park. I was there on a Saturday over Labor Day weekend. It was dinner time (6pm) and the place was empty. The hot food steam table was no longer in use. They have the same old style tables and booths. I was greeted by my server/waitress Janet, and she offered me a booth by the window. Service was great! Grade (5/5).....because for about 30-mins, I was the only customer in the dining room. They had lots of pickup and delivery orders. My server told me they lost alot of business after they raised prices. I ordered Wor Won Ton Soup and Walnut Prawns. The Walnut Prawns were very good. The prawns were fresh and plump. The sauce was creamy and the flavor was good. You get 14 prawns and lots of chopped walnuts. Price: $14.95. The Wor Won Ton Soup was average. This is my favorite dish to order. My bowl had 8-9 dumplings, lots of bok choy, some shrimp, and some beef and chicken strips. The broth was mild. I wouldn't order this again. Price: $11.95. Food Grade (3/5). There's only one working restroom. It was clean, but was very stuffy. They had the window locked shut, so no fresh air. The restaurant looks rundown from the outside. It could use some fresh paint. Grade (2/5). Off-street parking. Overall, 3-stars. Good location near freeway, less than 2 miles from Kaiser Hospital, and down the road from Discovery Kingdom. Would I return? Yes! Old school Chinese food at reasonable prices. Fairgrounds Drive goes straight to the freeway heading South.

Sauce was a tad oily but so so flavorful. Would definitely get it again! Pork steamed buns: 8/10, not what I expected, i thought it'd be a red marinated pork but it was more of a seasoned meat ball in a bun. I didn't hate it and it paired well with the sauce of the braised beef :) Signature spicy wonton: 9/10, different for sure. I was expected more chili chucks but the oil itself was different from what I've had before. Love that they packed the wontons and oil separate for me to pair at home. Honestly, I'd come back and dine in. I saw things on Yelp that weren't options on Door Dash. All my dishes felt different from other places I've been with similar menu items. I have have this place on my list for quite some time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this…read moreplace. It reminded me of the newer, cute and trendy places in Taipei. I think the lighting was very bright white (think being in an office) for the evening, but other than that, the tables were nicely spaced apart so you weren't sharing tables or having to hear other peoples' conversations, but still cozy. The service was a little unattentive and slow. Even though we were seated immediately, it took 3 attemps of asking to receive water and no one came by to take our order. I eventually got up to use the bathroom. There was a line of 3 other people. By the time I came back, no one had come by to take our order still. Eventually we flagged down a different server who took our order. The portions were pretty small but priced like a full entree (for the type of food I felt like we were getting). We ordered the Tofu Cream Maitake noodles, Tofu Cubes (I think that's what they were called?) and Scallion Oil Noodles. Typically we order maybe 4 dishes or 5 dishes at a regular Taiwanese place but after we saw how small the dishes were for the price, we just kept it at 3. The Scallion Oil Noodles were fragrant and Crispy Tofu Cubes were really good. The tofu cubes were more like BLOCKS and had great crispy texture. That was probably our favorite dish. I had such high expectations for the tofu cream noodles but it was really bland, not "mild", it was bland. And the flecks of maitake were just lost in there somewhere. It was disappointing because I love maitake and tofu!! All in all, it was an okay experience but I'm glad we stopped in. I don't think I would come back but it's definitely worth one try! Maybe if we were eating meat dishes, we would have had a different experience? This vegan will never know. In summary, the food was fresh and well-prepared but the portions were small and too pricey for what it is.

(not quite as dark brown in color and didn't have as much of that silky gelatinous mouthfeel that comes from the skin and fat in the pork belly.) however, a lot of the other dishes we tried were really good! i loved the seasonal clam dish they had, and their eggplant noodles were also amazing. next time, i think i'll order just the eggplant though because the noodles were really filling. overall, good to eat is a great restaurant for introducing people to the taiwanese cuisine and a decent spot for hitting a taiwanese food craving in east bay.
