Well, this is an interesting place. The employees have difficulty speaking English as a I would ask if they had mozzarella sticks and he replied no. My friend later then comes back with mozzarella sticks and it angered me as I was really craving it. Secondly, I tried a piece and realized I am glad I did not order it as I took one bit and all I got was cheese as the crunchy part just fell off. One good thing is that the food and drinks were served pretty fast, but the service and food itself is poor. T4 is lucky that this was the only place that is open at 10:30 on a Thursday night. read more

This place is still great for drinks. I usually get their avocado smoothie and any kind of milk tea with boba for the students that I tutor. The cashiers have always been friendly and drinks come out in under 5 minutes. I love that they use a half avocado for the smoothie and hope this won't change as some other places do not. 3.5 stars for milk tea, but 4.0 for non-milk tea juices/drinks. -------- Love the location as it is a 10 min drive from home. It's a new and tremendously clean store with nice painted walls. Inspired by Taiwan, this boba place has an amazing selection of flavors as well as add-ons, including but not limited to, grass jelly, pudding, and aloe. Cups are the same size as quickly, but slightly cheaper. They give out stamp cards, which is kind of nice! Incentive to come back. Boba itself is okay. Love the fact that you can adjust the sweetest and amount of ice. I would prefer going to Kung Fu Tea in Ranch 99 in Pleasanton, but for non-milk tea, I would definitely recommend this place. What up Dublin! Been here several times now and haven't yet experience anything negative. Although I have heard some bad things from others, but this is based on my experience so here goes. I always get the Rose royal tea and the passion fruit slush with of course the popcorn chicken spicy not extra spicy haha because I'm weak sauce and I hate sweating =P Everything is always good and it taste even better in the hot Dublin weather during the summer. Besides the long line and limited parking I say this place is legit and attracts a younger crowd. I see people playing cards and Jenga, but not sure if the store provided those games or the customers brought it. Overall good place to go "hangout" for drinks and finger food when bored at home. I usually drive to Fremont to get PMT since there aren't many good milk tea places in the area but T4 definitely exceeded my expectations. Their boba was soft, chewy, and sweet and the milk tea had just the right combination of milk and tea. I prefer tasting more tea than milk in my milk tea and they did a good job of creating the perfect balance Their snacks were also really good! Their popcorn chicken was crispy and fresh. I usually get the rose milk tea here which is one of the better ones I've had. But I decided to try the Okinawa which was pretty good. The only thing is you can't change the sweetness level which brings it down one star. Other than that this is my go to place in Dublin to get milk tea. read more

Winter melon tea and Okinawa milk tea with bobas are my go to orders. I tried the white boba but didn't like the texture. It reminded me of jelly. Lots of flavors to try and plan to now that a store opened in Alameda. read more

I love this place! I don't know why the rating isn't higher... I love how it's close to the outlets, Target and all the stores.. So convenient. Also super close to my parents house ;) -So far I've only had roasted oolong milk tea, bubble milk tea and Thai iced milk tea. All pretty good and sweet. I usually get the standard sweetness & 30% ice and it's perfect. Roasted oolong milk tea is milky and great. Bubble milk tea is standard, personally I prefer quicklys bubble milk tea. I love their Thai iced milk tea! Some people might find it really sweet.. Because it is very flavorful. It reminds me of this Filipino drink called "Taho".. But personally I love it sweet, I think Thai iced tea is supposed to be sweet anyway. I usually get their small boba pearls. I have tried grass jelly with the oolong milk tea one time and it tasted very different and good initially. But after a while it became too much and I started to get sick of it.. So I don't think I will have it again. -Price is average..they accept debit/credit cards as well as cash. They give out stamp cards! -It is pretty spacious with plenty of seating and a bathroom, great hangout spot. -parking is a little harder to find as the plaza is usually always busy. The drinks are great. I have tried a lot of the tea drinks here but the main drink I usually get is Rose Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly (30% Sweetness and 0% ice). I like how you have the option to customize the sweetness and ice level. The weekends are usually packed. However, I like to go Monday through Thursday during their happy hour (from 7PM to close) where drinks are slightly cheaper and the place is not as busy. read more

I tried their milk tea with pearl and coffee jelly. I usually get it with 30% ice and 50% sweetness, and it's super delicious! The only downside is the long wait, especially when it's busy. But I guess it's expected when the drinks are so good. While you're waiting you can play games like Jenga, which is pretty cool too. Lobster balls are also pretty good, would go again! Ask for a stamp card if you live around the area, it will come in handy! read more

I am not the type of person to write these reviews, but I am ENRAGED! There is a lady who works at this location, who is a scammer and quite frankly a thief. I have been to this T4 a couple times, and at first, everything was great. I got my boba, and I was good to go. I typically order a LARGE jasmine milk tea with boba. Before the lady started working there, everything was fine and I was in and out. However, when she started working there, EVERYTHING WENT WRONG! I placed my normal order, may I mention I ordered a LARGE like usual. L A R G E. If you want a large drink with boba, they charge you an extra dollar. Okay, understandable. However, I got a small, while I still paid for a large. Oh well, this happens sometimes and you have to ask them to make you the correct drink. So I did this, and she tells me that I "owe her 50 cents". When I asked her why, she simply said "If you want a large, you pay 50 cents". I showed her the 1 dollar extra charge on my receipt, and she said, that means "large boba". I have been going to various T4's for over 2 years, and have NEVER heard of "large boba". They also print a sticker with the size of your drink (L for large or R for regular), and mine said L. I showed her this as well, only to hear her snappy response, "If you want a large, you owe me 50 cents". First of all, typically if you are at a restaurant or fast food joint and they give you the wrong order, they make you what you originally ordered; no extra charge, no questions asked. I was furious. Eventually, she gave me my large drink after more arguing. Encounter #2: A week later, I came back, hoping that if I give this location another chance, everything would work out. There was a new guy at the register who took my order and everything was okay. I was charged the extra $1 for my large drink, and that was that. However, the lady came over, took my order sticker off of the machine, and puts it on a regular cup. R E G U L A R. I tried to hope for the best that maybe she will realize her mistake and change it, but NO. I get my order. It is the regular size. I told the guy who took my order very calmly and politely that I had ordered a large, and got the regular. He looked as confused as I was, and called over the lady employee, telling her that it said that I ordered a large, it said large on my cup, he put in that I ordered a large, and paid for a large. She then preceded to say "If she wants the large, she owes 50 cents". At that point, I was done. I stayed calm and asked why I owe 50 cents, and she said that if you want a large, it's an extra 50 cents. Then, the poor guy who took my order was the bigger person and said that he made the mistake (WHICH HE DIDN'T), and that HE will pay the 50 cents. It was late at night, I was tired, I was mad, and I just let him. BUT THEN, she takes the 50 cents, AND PUTS IT IN HER POCKET. HER POCKET!!!!! Not the cash register, not in the tip jar, not in an envelope, IN HER POCKET!!!! Being the person I am, I just hoped for the best that maybe she will put it in the register later. Encounter #3: This was the most recent time I went to T4 which was a few days ago. I walked in, and to my misfortune, there she was. I think that she remembered me because we made eye contact and she looked away very quickly. There was also a new girl and it was her first day, and the mean lady was being a b___ and told her to stay at the cash register and clean all the tables in 5 minutes. Anyways, I order my drink, I wait, and I watch. This time, the new girl put the sticker on a LARGE cup. I was very satisfied. I got my drink, and then waited for my chicken. Then, another girl had the same thing happen for her. She orders a large, PAYS FOR IT, and then... wait for it... gets a regular size. She did the same thing as me, asks for her large, only to be told that SHE OWES 50 CENTS. She gives the lady the 50 cents, I watch it go into her pocket, and I am about to flip out. I go over to that girl and ask her to see her receipt. To my expectance, I see the $1 extra charge for the large drink. I will NEVER go to the location again. I want to warn everyone about this so you won't get scammed. I am very upset that people are doing this, and this needs to be changed. If the owner sees this, please fire your employee. She has black hair which is died blond, and is scamming your customers. EVERYONE SAVE YOURSELF FROM GETTING SCAMMED! read more

I go there pretty much few times a week. I always order Black Milk Tea with pearls with very light on ice. The girls there always give me attitude when ordering with VERY LIGHT ICE. They put tons of ice and the drink tends to be flat and not tasty. When customer requested to get very light ice then only put few cubes of ice. Very simple! Don't need to argue and give attitude. I give zero star for their attitude and 2 for the taste. The floors and door are disgusted there! They have another store opened in San Ramon in Alcosta Blvd. The drink is soooo good there! They know how to mix the milk and sugar perfectly and not to mention they put very light ice. read more

I tired to talk to them about it and their logic made no sense... I gave them 20.50 when the bill was 7.35 the amount she registered as tendered was 20.25... I mentioned I have you 50cents she just said but its35... And short changed me... Giving me 12.90..I'm not to upset about the quarter it's more the principal and having to carry more coins when the intent was to have less and smaller coins.. read more

The line didn't look too long, but took about 15 minutes just to get to the front. The percentage thing was confusing initially, and wasn't explained at all. Servers were "okay" at best. The price is great and the milk tea is even better! When i first took a sip it tasted a little weird. Its like my tastebuds were caught off guard, but then it started to taste amazing a few seconds later. I forgot the name of the plain milk tea i got but it was just milk tea lol. They have many different flavors but im not into all that. They have a pretty cool system to customize your tea. You can choose your ice percentage and the same for sweetness. I used to come to this place all the time, until an incident had made me vow to never step foot into any t4 ever again. It all started when I had ordered 4 boxes of popcorn chicken for my family. I asked for different spice levels, 0,2,2, and 4. When I got home and we began eating, we noticed that the level 2 was unreasonably hot, even hotter than the level 4 . Keep in mind I order the popcorn chicken religiously and know the difference between spice levels. I got yelled at by my parents for ordering the wrong spice level, but we checked the receipt and label everything was right. I decided to go back to t4 and let them know because the had given me the wrong order and with inedible food. I wanted to be reasonable to I only asked for a remake of of the level two foods. I had the receipt, I had the uneaten food, it had only been a couple hours since I had ordered and I had the food( which even in color you could see how there was more spice in the level two than the level four). I expected an easy refund or remake, but what followed was a nightmare. The girl who I explained the situation to first, was about to get me a remake but, another worker told her not to do it. I told her that it made no sense I was not at fault, I couldn't be expected to check their mistakes before I left (she told me it was my fault for not checking). As a customer I should expect my order to be accurate. The girl understood went back and came back with the worker who refused to get me my remake. She had me utterly shocked when she told me she called the person who made my order and stated that he told her that he made it correctly and that I was lying. I was shocked, dozens of orders come in by the minute and this girl is telling me this worker remembers my exact order and that he made it correctly. She then accused me of trying to get free food and walked away while I was talking to her. My dad who was waiting for me in the car was furious when I told him what happened. He went in and told the worker that we were customers and that it was unacceptable for her to treat me that way. She then proceeded to use profanity and scream and tell us to leave. The whole situation was odd she seemed so agitated and hellbent on preventing something so simple. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I truly don't know what I did to receive such treatment, a part of me wonders if they treated me this way because I was black. Accusing me of lying, accusing me of trying to get free food (even tho I brought back the untouched food), walking off and ignoring me while I was talking to her. My dad had even told me to report the incident to corporate because it was just unacceptable. I just wanted to share this experience and hope that this management will act and train their associates properly. read more
