Crème brûlée with strawberries
Richard D.

Just had the creme brûlée crepe with strawberries and it was sooooo good! Not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating. They were prompt and the food was delicious! Store was very clean and plenty of parking.

Interior is super nice and clean! Food came out in a timely manner. The staff are really friendly. Overall nothing too bad. The only reason why I deducted one star is because their matcha chocolate truffles is lacking in the matcha flavor....

Caramel apple crepe, strawberry and Nutella crepe, creme brulee, Oreo creme brulee milk tea, Thai tea, and white peach green tea

The staff is sweet and the drinks are so yummy! Man's had the Thai tea and said it was one of the best he's had! I really enjoyed the white peach green tea!! It's hard to find anything white peach in Houston but they have it and it's so delicious! It's a clean cafe that has tables and WiFi for students or people who work remotely can easily take advantage of. Definitely will be back!

Strawberry banana nutella crepe - 9/10 - Loved this combo Matcha chocolate truffles crepe - 7.5/10 - The truffles really overpowered the matcha flavor but i still enjoyed this Mango deluxe crepe - 7/10 - Tasty but mangos were tangy, also a bit hard to eat with the icecream on top Taro coconut slush - 8.5/10 - Flavors of both taro and coconut were strong Oreo slush - 7.5/10 - There were a lottt of oreos in this lol The newest Japanese crepes spot in town just opened!! This spot was cute but im not sure i was a huge fan. They do have both sweet and savory crepes along with so many drink options but i think ive had better crepes

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee is such a lovely change from your typical coffee shop experience! If you…read moreappreciate coffee with depth, unique flavors, and a little cultural influence, this is definitely a spot worth exploring. We ordered the signature Qamaria latte, the pistachio latte, and the rose milk cake, and everything was absolutely delicious! The Qamaria latte has warm notes of cardamom and cinnamon, giving it this beautifully aromatic flavor that makes it stand out from your everyday latte. The pistachio coffee was another favorite! One detail I really appreciated was learning from the staff that they use a sauce made with real pistachios rather than relying on flavored syrups. It's those little details that make a difference, especially when you appreciate a good cup of coffee. And please don't skip dessert! The rose milk cake was such a treat. The combination of creamy, sweet, and delicate floral flavors made it a lovely pairing with our coffee. Beyond the menu, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's warm and inviting, with the kind of setting that makes you want to stay a little longer. Whether you're catching up with a friend, having a coffee date, studying, or bringing your laptop to get some work done, it's a wonderful place to settle in. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I love finding coffee shops that offer something beyond the usual menu, and Qamaria does exactly that. Between the distinctive flavors, welcoming service, and comfortable atmosphere, this is definitely a place I'd recommend experiencing for yourself. Come with a little curiosity and definitely save room for cake!

I came to Qamaria with my sister on a Friday night, and it was pretty packed, and we had a hard…read moretime finding somewhere to sit, so definitely keep that in mind if you're planning to come during peak hours. The barista who took our order was really nice, and thankfully, our food and drinks didn't take long to come out. My sister ordered a refresher, and it was really good. It wasn't overly sweet, and the flavor was nice and refreshing. I ordered the banana matcha, and unfortunately, I was not a fan. The banana flavor tasted extremely artificial, to the point where it was almost nauseating. I personally wouldn't recommend it. We also ordered the butter chicken roll, which was surprisingly delicious. It might not look like much in pictures, but don't let the appearance fool you. The chicken was flavorful, and I really enjoyed it. For dessert, we tried the Biscoff tres leches, which was also really good. It wasn't overly sweet or too milky, and the Biscoff flavor was a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our visit! The only downside was how crowded it got, but I can definitely see myself coming back here to study.

I love this Minuti location on Eldridge and have shared it with numerous friends and neighbors. In…read morefact, I recently recommended it to a family of seven, and now they tell me they enjoy it regularly. The owners are friendly and remember my chai tea latte with half almond milk and half water upon seeing me. Their employees are always friendly and pleasant. The hospitality is a welcome from so many other places who barely utter basic courtesies like 'hello' and the rare 'thank you'. Their iced and hot chai tea lattes taste like Christmas! They are rich in taste and spice, and heads above Starbucks. There's no chemical taste. We've tried the chocolate croissants, and they are delicious, flaky and buttery goodness as are the ham and cheese croissants. The smell of fresh baked croissants in the air is the best greeting throughout the day. The only small con is sometimes the cleaning (chemical) smell is a bit overpowering, but I have a sensitive nose and stomach when it comes to cleaning products mixed with food smells. If a low or no odor product could be used, that would be perfect! The location is convenient and the music is a great mix of retro, Italian, lounge-chill, etc. The atmosphere is lovely, peaceful and simultaneously energizing with an inviting covered outdoor space for cool weather relaxing. We've played the bean bag toss game they put outside, and it was fun! We've met new friends as it's an ice breaker activity. Finally, you can earn points for free drinks. That's a win! This Minuti is my favorite spot hands down for warm welcomes, tea, coffee, croissants, sandwiches, treats and delicious coconut gelato! Divertirsi! (Have fun! Enjoy yourself!)

Trying to order was a little challenging. There was one menu by the front door that we were…read moredirected to, but then there was a different menu at the register with pieces of white paper covering parts of it. It would have been much easier if we'd been directed to that menu first. There were also photos of drinks displayed on the counter without prices, so we had to ask about each one. The staff had to enter every drink into the computer just to tell us the price. We ordered two drinks, a ham and cheese croissant, a lemon blueberry loaf, and two macarons. We received the drinks and macarons, but nothing else. We waited about 10 minutes, assuming someone would call us when the rest of our order was ready, but no one ever did. I finally went back to the counter, and the employee said, "Oh, I thought the other girl did it." While we were waiting, I had plenty of time to look around. The tables, booths, and chairs were dirty. There was food on the tables and floor, and the front door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. One employee was sitting on what appeared to be her personal laptop, laughing and watching something instead of helping customers or cleaning. I remember working in food service years ago, and one thing that was drilled into us was, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean." That definitely didn't seem to apply here. The food itself was okay, but having to remind the staff to finish our order was disappointing. You're asked to tip before you've received any service, yet everything is self-service and no one checks on you. I don't mind self-service at all when it's organized and the restaurant is clean, but this experience felt disorganized from start to finish. I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, I left more frustrated than impressed.
