Inconsistent service! Saw a promo to switch my phone & when I came in they said that we weren't eligible. Like who ever is eligible then? So annoying. Need to find a new branch to go to. Lines are ALWAYS taking forever -_- But most importantly the employees there will tell you one thing and then when you come back they will tell you a whole NEW thing.. they never take accountability for always giving out false information my family has been with T-Mobile for years and the only time we feel like they really help us is when we call over the phone. Been with T-Mobile for years.. Worst T-Mobile service I've ever received. I know it's not in the best neighborhood but that's no excuse. EVERY customer service agent working last night was rude. 2 guys on girl. The lady working even purposely ignored me and went to other customers. They seemed nice to Mexicans but immediately off put by me. Pretty disturbing experience really. My 2 year old son was screaming to use to bathroom & I didn't want to walk around at night looking for one, but they refused to let me use theirs while I was on hold with tech support. So they made me leave to find one & we had to use this terribly dirty one with stray cats that used the bathroom in there because it was the closet one and he was legit hyperventilating cuz he had to go so bad. Then when I get back I see they hung up the phone, ignored me when I tried to ask to call again until I loudly kept asking the lady. Then she put me in the back of the line and when I asked how long it would be they all ignored me until the one that was on his phone the whole time not helping any customers angrily told me to wait a second. My experience here was amazing it was a little busy but as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was a little upset I broke my watch out my watch but Jen assured me there were solutions to my problem. She let me decide for myself and I didn't feel pressured into getting anything I didn't need. Also ... Did you know if you get insurance on your devices and you purchase a screen protector same day you and by the screen protector breaks. This is my usual spot for getting any of my cell phone business handled. The lines can be VERY long if you go on the weekends ...and very slow at times...but once you make it up there to the front of the line ...they will help you out to no end....no matter how long it takes. Answer all of your questions...etc. The greatest of all aspects though....is the quick check out ATM machine thing...just punch in your phone number and debit/credit card info...and poof....you make a payment and are OUT OF THERE....can I get a whuuu whuuu?? It's awesome. You never have to wait in line again...hehe...unless of course someone is using this ahead of u...but usually NOT The drawback is....it's directly on the corner of Van Nuys Blvd. & Victory.....2 very busy streets....so parking SUCKS....because they have NO private lot to park in. So you have to find street parking and PAY the meter baby---Gulp..Gulp..Gulpp..haha If you go before 4 pm...you can park on Victory...a lil west of V.N. Last week, I brought my defective T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3 in and the person who took care of me (darker young Hispanic guy) was nice. He promised me my phone will be delivered the next day. It wasn't delivered for a WHOLE week. This evening, I walked in and it took five minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. Not only did I come into this store to get an issue fixed with my iPhone, I was unable to get assistance due to not having my driver license. (Ok, I understand), but I have my military i.d. Which is more than enough of a government I.D. Unable to get assistance even with verifying my account information & pin... had to wait for almost more than half and hour to get assistance... Employees look like they don't even get along with each other and unsure if the one in charge is with black shirt but he was the most disrespectful one. Looks mean and doesn't even want to assist. Walked in the store 10 minutes before closing since my mom drove quite a while a way to choose a phone for an upgrade using Jump. We were greeted by Manuel while taking a look at the new S6, he was awesome dealing with my mom's indecisiveness & jokes! Then after we've taken a couple laps around the store looking at the options, David approached us to ensure we were finding everything ok. Both of them ran down the benefits & personal experiences of each phone we asked about, we ended up taking 2 S6's for each of us & were able to set up the phones within minutes. Giselle was a total rockstar of a customer-service agent, and Ezequiel took over for her in fine form when she went on her lunch break. Everyone was nice, and these two agents were spectacular in helping me and getting my new gear set up. I feel like this T-Mobile store has the best representatives. I had a problem with my phone which began on 07/29/2020. It led me to file a claim with my insurance that led to 44 days worth of headaches. There was a lot of miscommunication , missinformation and much frustrations on every call for my insurance which led to so many unavoidable mistakes happening including me dishing out $1200.00 out of my own pocket. It came to a point where I was actually extremely frustrated and began recording my phone calls because I was ready to potentially take this to a higher level but then I called my local representatives at a newr by T-Mobile. The first person I spoke to was a representative named Estefania, who allowed me to explain myself in whole and was actually sympathetic towards my situation unlike the representatives under my insurance. But not only was she sympathetic but she was determined to do what ever she could to actually help. She then passed the information on to her manager named Jose. Once I had T Mobile on my side, Jose called the representatives of my insurance on almost a daily basis , and also called me frequently to make sure what was the status of my insurance claim being processed, and Jose also made sure to make the representstives of my insurance claim held responsible and after a few calls my claim was finally processed! What started off as an insurance nightmare was finally cleared up and I know that if it wasn't for Jose and Estefania that I would have NEVER gotten the reimbursement or my insurance claim and would have been left in extreme frustration. I tried to offer them a luxiourious meal as a tribute to thank them for there kind support, and above and beyond duty to make sure the customer was happy and that all the needs were met and I just really hope someone in the company acknowledges them or they receive some kind of reward because I was extremely frustrated in the beginning of this process. I always enjoyed t mobile but because of people like this im happy that they work at my local t mobile retail store. I hope they get a raise or an additional 100 dollars or something. I lost my cell phone and had an extremely stressful ordeal attempting to get a replacement through my insurance due to address changes. This staff saved my life!!! Juan, Mattias and all the rest of the staff spent hours with me on the phone with the insurance company, faxing paperwork, defending my claim and just going out of their way to help me and assist me through the whole process. Let's say he made my experience easy, fun and entertaining! Joseph has great customer service skills and sets the bar high! At Verizon, I never received such great one-on-one attention! Also, the other staff was great, Jose answered my questions and concerns about the Nokia Lumia, and was nice enough to show me his phone (told me all about "Cortana").
