After waiting twenty minutes for a representative to be with me, I was disappointed to find that DJ and Juan had no knowledge of the issue I was having with T-Mobile on my new iPhone despite having it fixed with no issue at all different T-Mobile location the last time I got a new phone. Being unable to send or receive texts or phone calls is detrimental in this day and age, especially as a working individual. I do not have access to cellular data either. They were unhelpful and recommended I contact the T-Mobile customer support line. read more

if I could do a half star I would for the customer service. picture having a great day and then going into the store to get all the joy sucked out of you right before Halloween due to the worst customer service T-Mobile ever had and that's saying a lot. if you would like to know who is the orchestrator of this monstrosity, his name is HEDI! as we walked in the door, there was not a soul insight only him and another coworker sitting at the table, and they were not enthused to see us! He made excuses before he even knew what was needed. Come to find out from customer care, he was absolutely wrong. could help, he just was more concerned about leaving out than assisting the customer accurately. Terrible location, walked in to buy 3 iPhone 12's, 2 apple watches, iPad Pro and 2 of their speakers on 11/1/2020 at 520pm. Was told to hold and then he went and took care of a customer that came in after us. All while another gentlemen was just sitting at a computer instead of helping customers. I was warned not to go to this location even by other T-Mobile employees. But I needed it done and they were the closest. Will not be going back in. If I were you, make the trip to a different location. read more

Slow, and weren't willing to help us they need to focus on customer service, and kindness

We just switched from Verizon back to T-Mobile. After a few years of bills that rarely went below $200, we were ready to make the switch. We stopped yesterday and within a few hours all of our phones were switched and ready to go. Luis did an excellent job taking care of us. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend you ask for Luis if you end up at this location. read more

So my phone wasn't charging and I came in to see what was up with it the guy at the desk Josemar was a huge help he cleaned my charging port for my phone turns out that was the problem and also set me up with a Otter-box for my iPhone and also help me put it in the Otter-box because I couldn't figure that out . I literally got scammed by these people. Do not and I repeat do not choose to T-Mobile they will absolutely take your money and they will lie to your face horrible company. This whole company has been a scam every since they merged with sprint. My wife did an insurance claim on her phone and they literally sent her a loaner phone that was locked with a locked to T-Mobile sim. After many times they finally unlocked just the phone ( which by the way we paid for ) but did not unlock the carrier sim. They have scammed many customers this way into paying for phones that the customer pays for but cannot be taken to another carrier. The clerks at every T-Mobile store has no idea how to take care of the problem nor have they been attentive to us as they continue to walk away during to event to walk to the back several times and just quit working with us and began working with other customers. Jesson in customer service text me through the app and said he is going to call me and have this taken care of but has not called. Your people in the stores need more training as most act like high school students and are not problem solvers. T-Mobile has basically stolen this 1000 dollar phone from us and I'm sure so many more customers. We have moved to xfinity for the same coverage woh insurance for a lot less money per month and will be moving our 40-45 business phones along with other business owner friends who are switching as well. Thanks t mobile you blew this one big. Will keep updating until resolved or ends up in legal courts when business phones are found to have the same sim locks. read more

Have been a long time customer with TMobil since they were VoiceStream in the 90s and have seen a lot of changes....some, not always great. One thing a customer can count on is really great customer service and I keep this in mind when I don't have service in my home or somewhere I have to cramp down in one certain stop and not move an inch to get a connection. So frustrating. I don't like change so I have had no less than six or seven S6 Galaxy phones. Well, two phones just in the past few months were changed to S6 Edge because they didn't have the S6 in the warehouse (the charge port is horrible on this phone and the S6) with the last phone just picked up last week. One good thing is I have warranty. I haven't had email service since the 5th with this one. So, it will be another trip back to that great customer service to see if they can help me restore it. The company offers Senior discounts so this is one of the reasons we remain loyal.. read more

We've been going here to renew contracts, look for specials, order new phones, order new services and dispute bills- FOR YEARS. This service is NOT worth it!!!! ... I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile for the unlimited data and 5 G network. And in return I get no service and no 5G . I stay on one bar of service until i make it home to my WiFi . Very,Vey Disappointing...... So much for "we have more antennas ". I can't wait to switch back to Verizon, for a BETTER service!! I might pay more . But at least I know I'll never have to deal with a drop call or have no service.. I'm looking at the bars on top off my phone now and there's only one bar up there ..... so sad read more

Walked in to buy a phone. Been a T-Mobile customer for 18 years, longer than TMobile has actually been TMobile. Checked online said the store had 0 minute wait. I went ahead and got "in line" online, just in case people got there in the two minutes or took us to get there. There were people, all right. Every t mobile employee busy, a line formed. Website says no wait? Don't hold your breath. We walked. Giving two stars in case this isn't the store's problem but the website's problem. Regardless, you'd think there would be some way they could keep track of the "get in line" feature offered for the store, otherwise what's the point? Not sure which store I will end up at for the phone purchase I wish I didn't have to make, but this was aggravating, to say the least. read more

I am a new T-Mobile customer who switched over from Verizon 10 days ago. I saw that T-Mobile had some great deals going on so I wanted to give T-Mobile a chance. I ended up switching from an IPhone 11 and getting the Jump on Demand Samsung S21+ with Juan. He was awesome and took great care of us. However, 9 days later I decided the S21+ wasn't working for me and I wanted to take advantage of the 14 day return policy. I came back to this corporate location yesterday & received "help" from Sarah. No one greeted me upon entering the store. When I told Sarah I had a JOD return for the Samsung I purchased on 10/26 (9 days ago), she rolled her eyes and turned around to ask someone if I was able to do that. When she told me there was a $70 restocking fee I told her that was fine (I knew that already). Sarah then again rolled her eyes and shook her head as if it was wrong of me to still want to do a return. When I presented Sarah with the receipts I had on hand, I only had the receipt with the 2 free phones and the accessories. I was trying to explain to Sarah that Juan was unable to print my second receipt at the time of purchase but it should be in the system. Sarah continued to interrupt me by angrily and repeatedly saying "But you don't have the receipt." I was confused and wondering when she would let me finished so I stopped and asked her if she was okay? And she proceeded to rudely tell me "Continue. You can continue". I decided I no longer wanted to deal with her attitude and asked for my receipt back that she was holding as well as my phone. She handed me my receipt back and pushed the phone on the table towards me. I asked who the manager was and she told me "he's not here right now". Everyone in the store just watched as this all happened and none of the other employees offered to assist me. I found it so concerning that at a Corporate location there was no manager or lead in charge at the time. I am HIGHLY disappointed at the service I received and the fact that there was no manager to report to that morning. I will be contacting T-Mobile's customer relations line about my poor experience with Sarah at this location as well as getting my return transaction completed somewhere else. I hope this is not what T-Mobile represents because I did not leave Verizon for this. read more
