I asked for the phone back as it was, but the phone was no longer on site. Even after a week, I never received the promised call back that it was done. I returned over two weeks later. The store says "Open", it's after opening time, but no one was there. Terrible experience, especially since it wasn't ready as promised and I had to make multiple special trips to get it. Then I walked into the Cy‑Fair store and everything changed. Joseph and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Friendly, professional, and committed to helping people, even when it's not easy. Huge thank you to Joseph and the Cy‑Fair AT&T crew--you made a stressful week so much better.
