A welcoming get-up inside, with jewelry displayed prominently and with shopper's ease in mind. Neat and organized. Was immediately attended to by Shalu and colleagues. They were smartly attired, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and allowed ample time to discuss and decide. No high-pressure sales! The manager, Robin, was called in as a purchase was being consummated and he too was equally on-point with his friendly, customer-centric attitude and desire to equitably conclude the purchase. The purchase was backed by an IGI certificate and receipt of sale, with weigh-ins to confirm what was identified initially was what was ultimaltely sold. Overall a very satisfactory first visit. 2 part. 2 visits…read more Part one: Customer service was excellent and respectful. My 3 star is based on the brand itself. I purchased ZAGG privacy screen protector from Best Buy less than 30 days. I never had ANY DROPS on my brand new iPhone pro which also have the Apple brand clear case on it. and I keep it in my purse or other safe secure places. I notice a chip at the base of the protector which I HATE THAT ISH. Calling ZAGG on the phone they informed me about replacing my screen. I arrived brought the original case I purchased even had the receipt on my email. And they told me IN PERSON is $12 after I paid $50 LESS THAN 30 days ago. ((I was considering exchanging my phone for a larger memory. 512GB TO 1TB. same size.)) I excited without getting the service on my 512gb. Part 2: I return with both EXACT SAME iPhones. (Different storage amounts) and with all original boxes. (I UNBOXED my new phone IN FRONT OF HIM) This service guy was different than the last visit. He confirm my screen, offer to upsell me, a different one ($20 more), No thank you. Offer to sell me camera protectors while he scratching his nails on my ACTUAL DUCKING CAMERA LENS ON MY BRAND NEW IPHONE 16 pro 1TB. WHILE THE CASE IS ON IT, After he place my new screen on it. This boy really tried it. Wtf would you even place your finger on my lens. My ears work just fine. I PAID THE $12 and left. He placed the screen on this phone beautifully. I didn't appreciate him scratching my lens to explain and trying to make a sale on my actual phone fresh out the box. He could've done that bs on the phone I was sending back. Hopefully I don't need there services again. If so, I'm definitely gonna let whom ever know what's up.

I have reviewed a lot of the lux brand retail stores of the Austin and Houston largely have been…read morevery impressed. That general attitude of the overconfident fashionista seems to have gone away from the Texas stores. I am from the Northeast, so I saw it a lot when I lived there. In Dallas, I definitely could come across it more readily, but there is something about the Austin and Houston stores ... that expected snobbery just does not exist in a store such as Bally. You don't go to Bally to find a bargain. In fact you go to Bally to find the best and to be ready to pay for it. The question remains, what is special about a brand that it needs to charge $495 for a pair of shoes when I can find a similar style at a mid-level retailer. I think two components allow Bally to be considered worth the money: the quality and the innovation. The loafers I am considering have probably the most polished "look" of any other shoe I have seen -- and I have a lot of shoes. The leather is pristine, firm, and thick. It almost seems a crime to allow them to touch the ground. The other component I loved is this dissolved finish they are doing. In other words, you have a cordovan colored shoe. Then, at the tip and to the side of the heel, they design the item with this lighter color or a slightly spotted finish in a color called "raisin." I had to ask the manager if that was intended, which he assured me it was. I thought it looked cool, and he agreed that most of their customers really like the look. Another item that caught my attention was a killer pair of sandals -- again fine leather throughout with a cornsilk-colored stitching on the bottom. They retail for over $200. I was tempted. My goal in life (other than staying out of the editorial pages) is to own a Bally suit. The materials are made out of butter, I think.. The twill of the fabrics on the blazers et. al. are so smooth and tightly woven that you'd think you were wearing the finest fabrics to hit Europe. There is no irony in stating that you probably are.

Wow.... Michael wowed us with his amazing customer service today!! A group of my coworkers and I…read moreare traveling to Ecuador for a medical mission trip. We stopped by his stand to see how much reader eyeglasses would cost. They're normally 2/$30. He went through his stock and gave us a deal of $5 each! We then proceeded to buy matching sunglasses from him for the group of 4 of us. We took photos, paid and went walking to our gate. About 5 minutes later Michael found us and handed us a bag of more than 30 pairs of reader glasses, told us to have an amazing trip and left. It gave me goosebumps and chills and warmed my heart so much to know there are still good descent people in this world. Michael you are amazing!! He's starting a side donation business for each pair of sunglasses he sells he will donate money to the animal shelters to help provide food for animals in need. What an amazing experience today. Glad to meet genuinely good people who just want to do good for others.

While they had an excellent selection of pens and accessories, the real gem for the store was the Yanina the Manager. She was very knowledgeable, kind and very professional. We spent some time selection selecting a future fountain pen that I planned to purchase. She was just the best and I will definitely make my future purchases from her.

Without ever leaving the store, I tried to tell them that it was a faulty design, but they refused to let me return it. Horrible policies. Customer service reps were very friendly and I don't fault them, just pretty unbelievable that I couldn't return something while I was still at the checkout counter (and hadn't even signed the receipt). Unfortunately, since the card had already been swiped, I had no other options based on their "exchange-only" policy. Have spent plenty of money here but will not be back
