T-mobile people didn't help. Came to this place which was open on a Sunday morning and the technician (aka magician) turned my phone on quickly. Apparently, Apple updated software (unclear why cause I don't have auto updates off) and with the newer model phones not many people know how to re-set it. 6 stars for customer service, speed, helpfulness, and education!
