I really needed new service after AT&T was charging me way too much. I was greeted with a warm welcome and assisted by a friendly staff. They answered all my questions and assured me everything would go smoothly -- I even got the same number! They were very informative and had excellent customer service provided by some helpful young ladies. read more

Was having issues with my device but the manager there helped me out. She did offer me a new device a few times but i didn't want another one. I like that she didn't keep on pushing me to get a new one. Other people just care about the sales, not the customer. But she did the opposite, very nice and helpful. read more
