I brought my phone (Google Pixel 7) to fix screen. They tell me it has 30 days warranty if I have a problem. I pick up phone on Mon and on Tuesday it's not working. Can't see anything & it's a black screen. I return and the lady say it's due to the led, which isn't included in the warranty. I would have to pay another $145 to get fix. SCAMMERS!!!!! I paid $150 for what they said was an original repair, but within just a few days the back of my iPhone broke. Instead of honoring their work, they told me it would cost another $90 to repair. There's nothing wrong with my phone before！They damage my phone, steal my original iPhone screen, destroy face ID function . I have never in my life had such a poor experience with a cell phone repair and would never EVER recommend this business. Yesterday I went to the kiosk to get my back screen repaired. My phone fell 6 months ago and I never bothered to repair the back screen until now. I have an iPhone X and the bottom camera which enables zoom was fuzzy when you zoomed in too much because of a crack on that bottom camera. I was aware of that issue but I could still snap photos with the front and rear camera. After The Fix replaced the back screen on my phone, both my front and rear cameras stopped working! I immediately went back and they tried to deny anything and suggested maybe my camera never worked to begin with. I showed them pictures I had just taken 2 hours prior to their repair as proof. My camera has always worked until The Fix replaced my screen. They refunded me for the replacement screen but that doesn't change the fact that they broke my front and rear cameras. No more using the facial recognition and now I can't scan QR code's at restaurantes. The flashlight doesn't work either since that's tied to the camera. Do yourself a favor and do not use this business for a cell phone repair. The refund was only granted after I complained non stop and Sam seemed annoyed to even give me a refund. A refund is the least they can do when they broke or disconnected all of my phone's camera functions. I'll continue telling everyone I know in the area to avoid this business. Went to get iPhone 11 Pro Max screen fixed. 2 weeks later screen isn't responding. Took back and he fixed it said it could be from moisture getting in from cracked back screen (already had been cracked n no issues until screen replaced). 2 weeks later same issue and take back and the guy ignores me basically. Please do NOT waste your money or time going here. Paid to get replacement screen on iPad 6 and iPhone X. As soon as I left, I noticed a crack in my iPad screen so I took it back in. They replaced it again. When I got home that night, I noticed lines in my iPhone X screen once the rightness was turned down. I took the phone back and they claimed they couldn't see the lines but replaced the screen again just in case. I have also noticed that my phone will switch from me having it on my ear to speaker phone which then has the pain yelling in my ear. The screen is not as responsive to touch as it was prior to fixing and it is very annoying. I should have just paid extra and gotten it fixed with Apple. If I could give zero stars, I would. 120 dollars to repair the screen and 10 dollars for the screen protector for my daughter"s iphone , and it cracked from a 2inch fall. Store says that there is no guarantee and charging 95 dollars to repair. I do not appreciate their lack of customer service nor their quality of work. Lesson learned. I took it in because supposedly I had 1 year warranty and they said that it didn't fall under warranty because I probably dropped it or put too much pressure on the screen which is just not true! Wouldn't t even give them1 Star!!! This place is a scam and the guy is a scam artist! I took my phone to them to get my screen replaced, I didn't like the quality of the new screen he put on, the colors on my screen were dull and poor, I kindly told him I wasn't happy with it and I didn't want it so if he could put my old screen back on, he continues to tell me that there is nothing wrong with it and questions me on what i don't like about it after I had already told him why I didn't want it, he gets mad and tells me I have to pay a $25 "labor fee" for putting it back on, I tell him fine ok. When he checks me out he changed his charges from $25 to $35, I tell him that's not what we agreed on and he continues to tell me that he told me $35 and I didn't hear him right and bla bla bla, I was so furious by then and told him nope not paying that at all! I took my phone to a T Mobile repair store ( I ended up having insurance and didn't have to pay a dime to get a original apple screen) and they told me that he didn't put all the screws on and 3 were missing and so was the adhesive tape. So the money I gave him for his "labor" to put it back together was a waste! He stole my money is how I see it and I will never ever go to them again! Please go else where and always make sure to ask them about any additional fees or warranty and make sure you get a receipt with the warranty. Also I took my phone to Experimax on 7306 Louetta Rd before I went to T-Mobile and that idiot over at the mall and they are honest and offer a 1 yr warranty. The guy there offered to look at my phone for free to give me a better idea on what was wrong or if it had any liquid damage. Didn't charge me 1 dime to take my phone apart and put together. Buyer Beware... they don't put all of your screws back when replacing your screens. They replaced my cracked screen and immediately some of my iPhone functions stopped working. They gladly replaced the screen with a different one and now I can't use any of the numbers, lettering, etc on the left side. These screens are after market and aren't good quality. Make sure you watch them put it together because they will keep your screws as well. When I asked about putting all my screws back on he lied and stated that they were from previous jobs. I watched him the whole time. A different guy replaced My screws the second time (all in a time span of 20min) and said he would put all my screws back on. I came in here after having a terrible experience at the Apple store in the same mall. The man at the front was very helpful and seemed to understand my frustration. I told him I didn't have much time, since I was on my way out. I told him I'd be back, he gave me his card and when I had more time I returned and the agreed upon price didn't change and he fixed my phone on time. Went in to have my iPhone X screen repaired. Ended up doing more damage to my phone resulting in Face ID no longer working and other issues with the front facing camera. Because of this my original screen was put back on, not before they accidentally put someone else's broken screen on first. This was a painful experience, witnessing them butcher my phone which will now have to be repaired at apple at great expense. I did get my money back plus an additional $50 but...I still have a phone in a worse situation that when I walked into the store. read more

I paid $200 for a new screen that actually ended up doing more damage to my phone. The service was quick; however, the quality was poor. Most disappointing was the customer service I received when I revisited the store only a week later with a screen that did not work. The cashier couldn't keep up with his excuses and lies and did not warranty any of his work. The price is a far stretch from the work and customer service. I'm very grateful for Frank's work on my phone. He did a full and thorough diagnostic check and immediately let me know the time frame to fix the short circuited CPU on my iPhone SE, which caused a black screen. The diagnostic was free and he was patient while I considered just buying a new phone due to how soon I needed it functional. I came back after deciding I'd like Frank to try fixing it, as he said there was only a charge if he couldn't. Since it was close to closing and a slightly more complex issue, he estimated one or two days. He was done in just under one and now my phone is working perfectly. I'm very happy. read more

My phone sim card reader was bent and I couldn't get it out, I went to Verizon and bestbuy but they couldn't get it out either. I went to the Fix in the Willowbrook mall and Famil had to open my phone up to get it out, he was fast and friendly, and by the way he did reasonable price. He put my phone back together and it was like new. Best place and cheap to fix your phone. My was a S7 edge. read more

First let me start by saying the guys here are friendly at first but if something comes out the way you don't want or the way it wasn't suppose to the attitude changes quick. What ever the problem maybe they get aggressive and start talking to each other in their language wich is fine but one Language that is universal is body language and you can just tell by the gestures and looks sometimes. Any way yes if you're write or wrong their voice will get serious real quick and the will tell you that you don't know what you're talking about even if it's just a question. Yes they do know English but some how I felt like they didn't understand what I was trying to say and do their response was looking down and shaking their head no while working on my phone. They will tell you that you're wrong in a aggressive manner they're only happy if you walk away or don't complain and don't ask too many questions everything else is an act. FYI when you get your screen replaced make sure you get the seal replaced they don't have it there but it is sold online this will stop from dust dirt and some moisture from getting into your phone or table. If not the screen will work but for how long will be compromised . 60$ service was so bad I went and paid a professional 90$- to maybe just getting refurbished for 300 . What a waste of time and money. Smh read more
