Yesterday 3/5/2023, I visited this store. I do not recommend it. My iphone had a black screen and it wouldn't turn on. They diagnosed damaged screen and battery. Agreed to have it repaired for $210. They did not have a debit card machine, instead they do have an ATM in their store that charges for using. In total I paid $216 ($3 for the store and $3 for the bank). The phone now has a dark yellowish screen and is hot all the time. I will not return, although they told me the work done has a 30-day guarantee. I don't have a receipt. I do not trust them. Hamid was very helpful, changing the batteries in an iPhone 6 and 7 for me last week. It only took about 10 minutes, if that, and my 7 was good as new. My 6 did not charge when I brought it home. I called Hamid and met him back at the shop, where he happily replaced the battery again free of charge. I have left it on a charger for a week now and it still is not charging. I believe that the phone charging port is broken, but Hamid has offered to do another switch for me tomorrow just to make sure. The service is excellent and fast, and the prices are fair. My battery started to act up recently so I decided to purchase a new phone along with trading in my old phone (the one I got fixed here). I have not dropped it or anything, but when I removed it from the case, the entire phone had been coming apart on one side due to the poor quality of repair that was done. I believe because the phone was coming apart, it shifted the battery. My 6 month warranty on the repair is over, so if I brought my phone back, I'm pretty sure I would be charged at least another $100 to have my phone glued back together. read more

These people will try to upsell you and scam you. I bought this groupon to fix my screen. One of the guys there said my LCD screen was a bit messed up and that it would be $85+ to fix it. Mind you, he was trying to get me to get a refund on groupon (which I couldn't) and then he said I could probably get credit for it. I said I wasnt intersted in fixing the LCD screen. 10 minutes later, he applied the LCD screen! Not to mention, he didn't even want me to redeem the voucher because it would "mess up his inventory." I took my iPhone 6S in for a screen replacement on Thursday before the iPhone 7 release. I have to turn in a phone with no cracks or they won't take the trade in. So I came to these guys and Hamid replaced the screen for me. I got the phone back in only 30 minutes so it was extra fast. He peeled off the protective layering and it was good as new. I went home happy. Once I got home I noticed it wasn't so good. A spot had emerged underneath the display that looked as though liquid was trapped underneath the glass. it got larger every hour and while it wasn't destructive it was an annoyance that was even still visible when using the phone. Like a smudge or fingerprint you can't wipe away. I also noticed that the screen was misaligned. There is supposed to be a small black border all they way around the edge of the screen to show you where the pixels end. I noticed the top of the screen had an extra large border and the bottom had none at all. I then felt around the sides of the phone and one side had a raised bevel while the other side was flush. So all in all it was a spotty fix. If I hadn't intended to trade the phone in the next morning I would've taken it back to them to fix it right. But I went ahead and took it to AT&T and luckily they took it after the manager "okayed" the moisture under the screen. I'm sure Hamid would've fixed it no problem if I had gone back the next day and they were indeed very polite. Based on the other reviews It seems like my phone was a rare mess up. Had my wife's IPad screen replaced here. First off the new screen was not OE quality, had a whitish glare to it. A few weeks after, the screen is now getting black bars and the home button is loose and not working. She called him and he said to bring it back and he would look at it. She drove over the next day and no one was there. She has been trying to call him and now it seems he has blocked her number. I came to this place less than a month ago to fix the iPhone 8+ screen. I paid $70 for that day and this dude said if any happens bring the phone back , you have a whole year warranty. I believed him , I didn't asked for the receipt. I found out on the screen has some water spots appeared . Also the screen wasn't sensitive like it used to be anymore. I brought the phone back to him , he said to me water damaged is not cover. He asked to pay another $45 to change a new screen. I have a samsung galaxy that wasn't charging very well. I went to the Batteries and Bulb store first and was told that it would be best to get a new phone and that the charging port is a delicate process. After I told her that I didn't want a new phone because everything on my phone is working fine, she quote me a price of $80 for a charger port REPAIR and said it would take between 3-4 hours. I was recommended to try Cell Fix which was actually closer to where I live. I went there on Saturday 27th 2018 around 3pm and talked to Hamid about my phone. He quote me a price of $59 for charger port REPLACEMENT and said it would be done in about 2 hours. I picked up my phone and my phone is charging better than before and he even gave me the old charging port as a souvenir lol. Give these guys a try and you will not regret it. Initially the repair is quick but make sure you check the quality and that your phone is working correctly. I got an iPhone 7 plus screen replaced and I'm not sure if it was the wrong type of screen or the connection was not hooked up but he sensor would not work, causing me to press buttons while on the phone and while the phone was in my pocket. There was also a thumb pressure point on my screen that caused a discoloration after he fixed the screen in which he said was just the glue setting and would go away. The thumb print never went away and I can still see it on my "new" screen. I took the phone back for him to replace it again and he fixed the sensor but not the screen discoloration. Probably will not go back to this place for any other repairs. Also, for some reason the message effects do not pop up anymore no matter how hard I press the screen. read more
