Covid Clean! Only 3 customers allowed in store at a time and a special mat for device disinfection. I've been to other places to replace iPhone batteries but this is the most professional and fairly priced of the lot. There is a quantity discount ,too. I called everywhere to find someone who could replace the screen of my favorite Acer tablet. Fortunately the location on Kirby was willing to do it! If you're looking for a seamless customer service experience this wasn't the place but if you want a good job on your device at a reasonable price they were the place. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on my device and pick up took about 30 minutes even though I was the only customer waiting in my car outside. Still, my tablet is fixed and working nicely. I've been wanting to fix my computer since it just randomly turned off with it still having a full battery. I was debating between two stores and decided to go with this one. I got a diagnostic service for free, since I didn't know what was happening to my laptop and they let me know it would take 1 to 2 days. I had to call twice to be kept posted since I didn't receive a call the second day nor the following day they told me I was going to get a phone call. During the phone calls they had great customer service and explained everything thoroughly and how they are continuing to find a solution. In the end my computer was not salvageable and they were very honest and even let me know what to look for in the next purchase of a computer. Crazy! I took my phone which was dropped (on the charging port) in ketchup to the Apple store. They said that they could not fix it. I was desperate to get my photos off of my phone so Apple recommended a repair facility in Northern CA. They quoted me a minimum of $1,400.00. In a desperate last ditch effort I took it to this location of uBreakiFIx. In one day they replaced the charging port and some sensor for about $150. The phone works perfectly. My family has gotten our phones fixed four times by this place, but each time the screens have broken and been more fragile, with discoloration. The screen protectors did not work either. The last time, the touch screen stopped working. Another time, the screen fell off the phone within days after having it fixed. They appear to use poor quality materials and easily crack after fixing it. read more
