Amazing service! Awesome price! Called Sunday morning because the rear camera on my XS went out and they were able to replace the same day and the price was lower than what they actually quoted me. Which as you know...is not typically how that goes! read more

Covid Clean! Only 3 customers allowed in store at a time and a special mat for device disinfection. I've been to other places to replace iPhone batteries but this is the most professional and fairly priced of the lot. There is a quantity discount ,too. So I ended up getting 3 phones batteries replaced instead of just one. read more

The staff was professional, proficient, and personable. I came in as a walk-in customer and my phone was as good as new a few hours later. I definitely recommend! read more

I called everywhere to find someone who could replace the screen of my favorite Acer tablet. Fortunately the location on Kirby was willing to do it! If you're looking for a seamless customer service experience this wasn't the place but if you want a good job on your device at a reasonable price they were the place. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on my device and pick up took about 30 minutes even though I was the only customer waiting in my car outside. Still, my tablet is fixed and working nicely. Thanks! read more

I thought the charging port on my iPhone 11 was bad despite efforts to clean it out. I expected to pay &150 or more to have it replaced. Brian cleaned to for me and got some debris out of the corner. Works great now and didn't even charge me! I will be using them for all my electronic needs in the future. read more

Crazy! I took my phone which was dropped (on the charging port) in ketchup to the Apple store. They said that they could not fix it. I was desperate to get my photos off of my phone so Apple recommended a repair facility in Northern CA. They quoted me a minimum of $1,400.00. In a desperate last ditch effort I took it to this location of uBreakiFIx. In one day they replaced the charging port and some sensor for about $150. The phone works perfectly. I can sell it since I have a new phone and best of all, I can retrieve my photos. The service was fast, professional and convenient. Awesome experience!! read more

I'm so glad I found this location to fix my iPhone 11! The customer service from Leo who booked my appointment and Aaron who repaired my phone was great. I even got an Apple OEM screen, so my phone is truly as good as new! I hope I don't have to come back, but I know where to go if I need to. read more

I've been wanting to fix my computer since it just randomly turned off with it still having a full battery. I was debating between two stores and decided to go with this one. I got a diagnostic service for free, since I didn't know what was happening to my laptop and they let me know it would take 1 to 2 days. I had to call twice to be kept posted since I didn't receive a call the second day nor the following day they told me I was going to get a phone call. During the phone calls they had great customer service and explained everything thoroughly and how they are continuing to find a solution. In the end my computer was not salvageable and they were very honest and even let me know what to look for in the next purchase of a computer. If I has any trouble with electronic devices I would go to them again. read more

My family has gotten our phones fixed four times by this place, but each time the screens have broken and been more fragile, with discoloration. The screen protectors did not work either. The last time, the touch screen stopped working. Another time, the screen fell off the phone within days after having it fixed. They appear to use poor quality materials and easily crack after fixing it. read more

I've never had to have a screen fixed on any of my devices, so I didn't know where to start. Since my device is old, I knew I'd have to go to a place such as this one. Luckily, I chose well! Aaron helped me with a phone quote and product availability. The service is fantastic and the turnaround time was excellent. My iPad was ready in less than 24 hours and it looks amazing. I will definitely continue to use these guys. read more
