I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to pay to go to the Apple store for their repairs - it was $35 for me and Apple quoted me $120! This place is great! Customer service was superb. When you first walk in, you'll think "oh this…read moreplace is small", however don't be distracted by that! It has a clean, modern feel and all of the agents were welcoming and knowledgeable. I even overheard some of them answering phone calls while waiting for my phone to be fixed and they were very nice, honest, and helpful. They answered all questions no matter how silly or ridiculous. The wait for my phone was no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of phone repairs. It is hard to find trusting, knowledgeable, and honest people when it comes to repairs/services of any kind. For me at least, I am always scared of getting charged extra or overcharged. I never once felt that way because they were so upfront about all costs. Have a phone in need of a fix or tune up? Go here. Pros: Very fast, great customer service, phone looks brand new. Cons: There was slightly funky smell but that went away after a while. Overall: Honest and upfront about everything which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

We talked a bit and I showed him my phone screen that was broken while we stood outside waiting for his boss to arrive with the key and when he finally did at 10:20 to open his business that has posted hours of 10am, but hey who's counting, I was sooooo excited to get my phone fixed with the Groupon I had purchased a couple of days prior. We go in they take my phone to the back to open it up and check it out to make sure that it is only the glass that is messed up ****now I know it is only the glass because I had just taken it to Apple and had that verified but didn't have it fixed because I didn't want to spend the 149.**** well of course they came back to the front and said my LCD was bad too and had to be replaced, so I say to him "I just took it and had it checked out and they said the glass needed to be replaced but the LCD was fine" then he tells me "well we do not sell just the glass, it is a glass screen/LCD combo we sell. So I'll just drop this picture of the Groupon they are selling which is clearly for a "glass replacement" only and tell you buyers to beware. I took a 41 minute drive to Hillcroft for some shady business to bait and switch me. So I still have a cracked screen and Apple here I come. I should have saved my gas and the two hours of my life I wasted and just paid the legit business to fix it.

Found ER4 on Google search and did read mixed reviews, most seemed to be complaining of the time it took to fix. I watched videos on YouTube and decided that would be better to have a "pro" fix the 3DS. Dropped it off and was told they would have to order part from China.....that's fine, took about a week and got a call it was fixed. Went and picked up and looks and plays good as new. I will state however in regards to complaints by others---- as I was waiting my turn there was a guy at counter complaining about them fixing his iPhone. Apparently ER4 had it for 2 weeks and was saying it would be 1 more week to fix.....guy said he was told 1 week in first place and he was pissed. My advise......don't expect your stuff to get fixed fast. But I am all good with that ;-)
