I had the Asurion home+ warranty which is awesome if you haven't heard of it ... covers just about everything and you can take most things to one of these locations for repairs. So that's what I did - set up the repair online. Went in to drop it off. They had all the details already in their system so I just had to confirm a few details and drop off was super easy. When it was ready I got an email and a text. The text said you could respond to it but it didn't seem to be monitored because I did try to reply to ask how late they were open. But did go in to pick it up a few days later. They were super nice and again it was super easy he looked me up, got my device and emailed a receipt. The work had a one year warranty so that's cool. Or I think that's what he said. Anywya all super easy and nice. I had this warranty plan for over a year at $27 a month and never used it but now that I know how easy and fast and stuff I am so excited. I also never knew these uBreakiFix stores were legit because you see so many similar places around but highly professional and really great experience. read more

I took my iPad in to get a new battery. They broke it in the process and simply said "oh, we broke a capacitor and it won't work any more/maybe Apple could fix it." Apple said no way to fix. So nothing from the folks that broke it except a shrug. I won't go back-don't use these guys! I had to go in to find out it was broken- they didn't bother to call. And, I asked for the mgr to call, but he did not. read more

Tried to get a liquid metal replacement and cleaning on a overheating PlayStation 5, employee said it would take 2-5 business days. After a week I called for an update and was told they were still waiting for the liquid metal shipment to arrive at the store. Another week and another call later they said the same thing with no hard date about when it would be there, saying it'd be another week or two. Possibly a month long wait for a repair when I was quoted 5 days, if the shipment truly takes that long I should be informed of this the day I came to drop it off, or it should've been reflected in the initial quote. I asked if the console had at least been cleaned and was told yes. I then decided to just pick the console up and get the liquid metal replacement done elsewhere. When I came to the store, it appeared as though the outside shell of the console had been wiped down with a rag or something, while the inside of the console was very clearly still dirty. The employee than graciously decided to not charge me for the "cleaning". 2 weeks later, and I was in the exact same spot as I was when I walked into the store for the first time and was told the wait was 2-5 days, rough. The other place I went to get it also charged less for both services and got both done the same day, if you're looking for console repair id look elsewhere than here. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. I paid $65 for a simple laptop diagnostic, and they kept my device for over a week with zero updates. When I finally called to check the status, I was told they "couldn't solder," meaning they were never capable of performing the repair in the first place. When I went to pick up my laptop, the employee actually asked if they had repaired it so he could charge me more -- even though they had already admitted they couldn't fix it. That tells you everything about the professionalism here. No transparency, no communication, and no value for the customer's time. I ended up with a wasted week, a wasted diagnostic fee, and the same broken laptop I started with. Save yourself the frustration -- go somewhere else. read more

We had a charger broken off and stuck in an iPhone charging port. The nice young man immediately took it into the back, took out the blockage, and refused payment. Great experience. I will always come back here for any phone issues. read more

Paid for a fix that didn't work. They will say this it's a common issue but unfortunately we weren't informed of this common issue prior to agreeing to have our phone fixed. Now it's completely unusable and they refuse to refund the amount we paid. What a waste. Save your money and go directly to Apple. Oh and at the very least, if they "fix" your phone and it's not fixed and in fact doesn't work at all, I would think that as a best practice they would refund the amount paid. read more

I actually couldn't be happier with my experience here!! This was a new process for me, and Jeremy took the time to explain the options with me as well as the process. Truly so thankful for Jeremy's help in this, he was a complete lifesaver and made this a breeze! They secured a customer for life read more

Made appointment and no one was at the location. The delivery driver was working on computer but wouldn't address the line of customers waiting only to say he didn't know where everyone was. Don't waste your time with this business. read more

They replaced my wife's cracked screen, but couldn't get her home button to work. They spent a lot of time doing what they could and even gave me an original Apple screen at the third-party price. Apparently it's a glitch that they're aware of with older phones. Good prices and knowledgeable employees. read more

5 stars! thank you Jeremy! prompt and professional service!!!!!! Fixed my screen and helped me file it with my insurance to save lots of $$$! read more

My son broke his Nintendo switch that he got for Christmas. Between it getting dropped a couple of times and hitting the screen, the display became scrambled. I had looked at reviews of where I could get it fixed quickly and uBreakiFix had several great reviews! They did not disappoint! Everyone was friendly, professional and it was incredibly reasonably priced to fix! The issue was exactly what they quoted it to be and there were no surprises with added price increase as I have found with other places! If they can fix it, this is the place to go!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Wow! exceeds expectations! Quick and efficient. Got the battery on iphone x replaced in 30 minutes!

Tip of my charger broke off in the port on my phone. First they quoted me $110 to replace the port. Then they looked closer, took it to the back, and a minute later handed me my iPhone back all fixed! No charge! There really was no wait either! read more

I real satisfied with their work and in short time thanks and at a good price and real friendly staff

I went in for a battery replacement and Tom took good care and was quick-only like 30 mins. Everyone was helpful and I was happy to see that they are still taking COVID-19 precautions too. 10/10 will be back! read more

Quick repair and very friendly service by Jasmin, Gerardo, Alejo. *************************

Great job on a screen repair and very professional. Enjoyed the integration to Asurion to leverage our Verizon device protection plan.

Savon was an absolute lifesaver in running a clean up software on our son's laptop to get rid of the junk that was causing him issues. Savon was also a complete delight in interacting with an 11 year old. We will be back! read more

After spending several frustrating days trying to solve my laptop sound issues and reading the Yelp reviews, I decided to visit Ubreakifix. l can't say enough about how great Jonathan is!!! He began working on the issue immediately and had it fixed within 5 minutes at No Charge. He was so courteous and respectful while showing me what he did. I have already recommended him to my family for their future service needs. I will not hesitate going back in for assistance with my computer issues because it was such a positive experience. Thank You Jonathan! read more

Jonathan at this location is a very customer-service-oriented guy. He completely solved the issue with my son's Xbox One and since it was (as he described) a simple software fix he actually refused any kind of payment. I tried to pay him something-anything but he politely declined. That kind of customer-first honesty is refreshing and he earned my respect and repeat business. read more

I brought my Surface Pro with a bulging battery in for repair. It was a difficult task according to the reviews on the web. This shop fixed it perfectly at a very reasonable price. Excellent service and Johnathan was wonderful. read more

Never go here. Unless you're ok with being cussed out and black listed. Brought back my computer because it didn't appear to be working. Manager got an attitude with me, walked away when I got upset and reluctantly showed me how to get the computer to charge. read more

Came in with a shattered screen. They explained the difference between the two types of screens and helped me decide which was best for me. they did not try to sell me something I didn't need and we're honest with what they thought you was best for my situation. They fixed it while I waited. They gave me a 45 minute wait time, but they were done in 20. Very professional and customer friendly read more

My daughters iPad had a crack in it. It worked PERFECTLY fine but we knew we needed to replace the screen so we looked up reviews and saw this place. 4.9 stars. And close to us. So we decided to come here. Dropped off the iPad and waited 4 hours and it was done. We were happy.... TILL we noticed the touch screen on the iPad wasn't working.... so we brought it back and they took a look at it and they called us to tell us "something with the chip is broken" what ever that means... I was so confused because this iPad is not only still brand new but my daughter doesn't drop it. She takes good care of it and I do as well. So they couldn't help us anymore. And this place said "we can do insurance to repair it in 30 days" UMM WHAT?!?? NO! THEY BROKE THE IPAD ANS WANT ME TO PAY TO FIX IT?!? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! then they pull the "how do we know you didn't break it before your brought it in" WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR STUFF. PLEASE PLEASE. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Go anywhere else!!!!!!! read more

Dropped my iPhone 6S while on vacation and shattered the screen. Made due for a couple weeks but the glass was starting to break off in small pieces. Stopped by the shop and was pleasantly surprised by reasonable cost and quick turnaround (under 1hr). 90-day warranty included. Also, had my underperforming battery replaced while I was there, saving me a trip to the Apple store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. There is also a small selection of accessories - e.g. popsockets, cases, charging cables, etc. read more

I have an older phone (iPhone SE) and I broke the screen. They had to order the part (not surprising) but when it came in they made the repair in about 30 minutes. Perfect, and only $50. I am very pleased! read more

My iPhone 7 stopped charging. Troubleshooting on the Apple website recommended I take it to a store, first appointment it offered that wasn't in the middle of the day during the work week was 6 days later, a Best Buy Geek Squad. I went in, without looking at the phone, the woman told me all they could do was send the phone away and give me a replacement unit for $319. I told her to kick rocks, on the way home called ubreakiFix, Tom answered, quoted me $79 and said he could fix it in an hour. I got there, he first cleaned out the charging port to see if that would fix the problem, which he said would be free if it worked. It didn't, so he took the phone, I came back an hour later and as I was walking in he was walking out carrying my phone. He also mentioned that it was charging slowly and the maximum charge capacity was only at 84%. He recommended I get it replaced soon. No hard sell, but mentioned if I chose to do it then, it would be half off since it was done at the same time as another repair, and he could do it in 5 to 10 minutes, so I said sure. True to his word, within 5 minutes he came out and it was done. Tom is a consummate professional, and uBreakiFix has earned themselves a loyal customer. read more
