Monday came around , again .. no call , had to call them . was told it was gonna be an additional cost because they said the APU is short . would cost $145 to fix . I gave them the ok to fix it after finding the problem . they told me it would be ready Friday . got a call from the guy Wednesday saying it would be ready thursday . called thursday morning & one of the workers basically gave me another price as if I wasn't already given a price . went from $145 to $139 , immediately figured my ps5 clearly wasn't getting worked on like they claimed because why don't the employees know this info & quoted me again . got a call maybe 30 minutes later from the guy . told me out of his own mouth that my game was fixed , he was just texting it to make sure it's working properly & that I can pick it up Friday at anytime . today we're here .... called them today to ask if it was ready for pickup just for the guy to tell me that my ps5 that they had for a 8 days basically, cant be repaired ... after telling me he fixed it . overall just a bad experience , wasted time & unprofessional! I could've took my ps5 to someone who knows what they're doing . picked up my ps5 today . if you're trying to get a console fixed , dont take it here !

So disappointed with the service at the Cypress Creek Pkwy location. I went and got my screen…read morerepaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.

I called ahead to see if they could fix my phone the same day, the very helpful woman checked to…read moresee if they had the parts, gave me a quote and said they could fix it while I waited. When I got there the owner was very apologetic because something came up that he had to leave to handle and his other tech was out for the day. They had tried calling me repeatedly a few minutes after I had called. Since I called from my land line and no one was home I didn't get the message. My charging port was wonky and my headphone jack didn't work. He said let me check and realign a couple things and see if I can get it working without taking it apart. It took him about 10 minutes and both issues were repaired. He jumped into his truck and took off. When the woman billed me the minimum labor charge she said that if the repairs don't hold up, bring it back and they would replace the whole assembly and credit me with the labor. Nice folks, very professional and knowledgeable.

Of course not we had to call expecting to have a fixed phone just for him to tell us he didn't have the battery, not only that when the phone was repaired he didn't not call us we had to call him and by that time we wouldn't have made it there before they closed. I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! Edit: I'm not bringing my phone back here and you only told us that the battery wasn't in stock until after we called I have never been to a repair shop that I had to call multiple times for updates because y'all simply did not know how to pick up the phone and call us you should have told us as soon as you found out not the other way around I'm not bringing my phone back here the speakers are worse than they were before yall touched them you do not get to say "we told you we didn't have the battery" the point was that you did not communicate at all we had to call multiple multiple times this is ridiculous can you take accountability at all??

It took exactly 15 minutes from drop off to pick up. It was about $100 and they offered me a screen protector. I paid $20 for a privacy screen protector and he put it on for me. They were very quick and efficient. I've had to leave my phone an entire day in the past with other businesses for screen replacement. So this experience was definitely ideal!
