They seemed ignorant of firewall problems and told me to contact the printer's manufacturer. Believe he is the tech and owner. Seems like a bright guy and I love to support small businesses. Initial thought was a corrupt windows issue. $40 diagnostic. Issue was more complex. Ended up replacing the motherboard, cpu, fan, and upgrading the ssd. Total new money $730 of which I think $180. Not sure if it is a fair/good/great deal? Updated what was allowed today but system is requiring me to activate windows for which I was not given a key. Awaiting response via online chat as computer is not functional as is. Holding off on final review. *Received windows key quickly. All appears to be running. If this transaction concludes well I do have other projects to get down and love referring friends and family.

My only complaint I have here is my little brother works here and around black friday I asked him where the computer speakers are and that linga ding pointed me to the wrong area! You wait till I tell your manager :P. I asked another associate if he could just point me in the "general" direction to where they were and not only did he point me in the right direction he took me 3/4 ways there for assurance.
