Terrible customer service. Waited an hour for them to tell me they could help me. People working here are clueless. Go to a different store.

She took the time to explain what was going on and showed me the exact problem with my charging port. I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was, not just about phones, but also about computers. We ended up talking about a few laptop issues I had as well. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her customers. Everything was fixed fast, and the price was more than fair. For $30 Nichole diagnosed whether she would be able to repair it. If so, then the fee would be credited towards the repair. She took the time to try an aftermarket screen (less expensive) to see if it would work. Sadly it did not, but it was no problem for her to try the "official" screen. I was SO happy to see my phone turn on!!! It looks like even though it was in a protective case, the screen developed a smal separation from the phone that alowed moisture to get in. I highly recommend Nichole at Fix Zone 17330 Spring Cypress 346-424-8465 They do computers and tablets and have an amazing selection of cases for phones and tablets!!

Amanda was outstanding - patient, listened to my issue and then finally resolve it. Issue - I could see my entire family's "find my" locations while they could not see me. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, answered every question without rushing us, and made sure we fully understood all of our options before moving forward. What really stood out was how thorough and honest he was. Arturo went above and beyond to make sure we weren't being charged for any extra nonsense on our account. He carefully reviewed everything, caught things we didn't even notice, and made sure our plan actually made sense for us -- not just what was easiest to sell. That alone shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers. You can clearly see why he holds the title of Senior Mobile Specialist -- his knowledge, confidence, and customer service are on another level. He didn't just do his job, he exceeded it. That level of service is rare these days, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. If you're going to T-Mobile, look for Arturo. Tell him you saw this review. I went into CPR Cell Phone Repair the other day because the home button on my IPad was sticking. I…read morehad previously had my IPad fixed at a different company but the home button stopped working three days later. Rather than going back and trying to get them to repair it again I decided to cut my losses and just pay for it to be fixed elsewhere. I arrived at CPR Phone Repair and the manager asked me if I had it fixed recently and says to give him a few minutes. He comes from the back with my IPad and tells me what the issue was, the previous repair person did not properly seal it after the repair. I asked him how much it would be for his services and he told me there would be no charge. I stood there taken aback because let's face it, nothing is free. I was assured that it wasn't necessary to pay him for the repair. Like most households nowadays I have a multitude of electronic devices and I know where I will be taking them all in the future. It's refreshing having a local business that provides such an excellent experience.

I thought I was gonna have to wait hours based on how many people I saw, but my wait was only 10-15…read moreminutes long. The receptionist could probably tell that I was anxious about the wait and reassured me when I asked how long and made sure to tell me when I was next to be helped. For my first time purchasing an internet service, Michael Munoz helped me determine which package would be best, and offered me a security package to accompany it. I turned it down since I don't really need security for an apartment (if I do I think I'll go the ring route) but he covered all the bases and was incredibly patient and put up with all the questions and ADHD tangents I'd get going on based on the questions he'd ask which I'm sure is just part of his customer service training. As far as speed and quality of service, 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 (just try to keep conversation as surface level as possible, did a great job since he was clearly still training and getting his sea legs. Phenomenal) Location/distance to the store: 10/10 Overall I had a great experience here, and am happy to continue working with y'all in the future. Hopefully it's not for any maintenance but for purchasing more products. If you need internet in the cypress area, this is the place for you. Just ask for Michael Munoz.
