Have not been to this location since before covid. They remodeled the place and now it is just one large room and reps all greet you when you walk in and work off tablets. This place use to have huge desk and a side room for customer service which really worked well. But I walked in and was greeted within a few mins and got the help I needed and great service. They have a lot of new items like JBL speakers and accessories too. Will be back again soon read more

We came in here and my husband bought a new phone to replace his older one. The representative's name was David. He was very polite and made the process smooth and simple. Unfortunately, the phone had not been fully activated so for 2 days he could not use his phone and we were unsure why. We brought it back in and a representative by the name of Senada was incredibly helpful! We were there for maybe about 20 minutes and she was able to get the phone working again. It was unfortunate that we had to make a second trip to the store to get it working, but, it all got settled. I'd still recommend this location. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT!!! Selfish assholes to be honest. Visited store on 11/25/22 to pickup 2 new phones and turn new phone on to account. Was told my trade in was $700, I was given then given option to trade in same day or take my old phone home, request a box and label online and send it in that way. I chose the 2nd option to make sure all info successfully transferred over. Got on Verizon today, trade in was decreased to $400 after I had signed the new phone contract, pricing, etc. I have called Verizon and went back and forth with their store several times today, with them trying to make me change my phone plan, not honoring the $700 I was guaranteed upon purchase, etc. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH GREED HUNGRY BUSINESS OWNERS!!!! read more

I was interested switching from AT&T to Verizon so I scheduled an appointment with this Verizon store. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and told I them that I had an appointment. Within 3 minutes I was working with Cedric to review my cell phone plan options. Ultimately he offered such a great deal that I had to make the switch. Over the course of the next 30 minutes Cedric capably switched my two phones and apple watch from AT&T to Verizon. He made sure I got every possible incentive available and found the perfect plan. He made sure that every device was working perfectly before I left the store. He even guided me through setting up the "teacher discount" for my wife. I had a great experience and couldn't be happier. read more

My husband and I came to Verizon this morning because both my husband and mother in law were having issues with their phones. We spoke to Antonio, and he was the nicest store employee that I've met so far with Verizon. Not only did he explain how to fix the issues they were having, but was kind and patient with us as we asked him a barrage of questions. We left feeling confident that our issues would be resolved. I just recently went to this Verizon to get another SIM card because mine randomly stopped working. The manger and employees racially profiled me because of my attire and refused to help me. I never really had an good experience purchasing a cellphone. But I have to be honest, this store has really surpass all my expectations. Specially by a sales person named Takeira. Knowledgeable, patience and understanding, she helped my child setup his new phone and had the same treatment when I came back to purchase mine a day after. I had a problem with my new iPhone 8 and was lucky enough to be helped by Malcolm. He went above and beyond helping me when my iPhone was completely frozen. Don't go there or any Verizon store they tell you one thing on the contract but they do another fake said they gave me a free phone then I try to transfer the phone and then not tell me I had to pay for the phone charging me $200 these people are all about making money they don't care about the people order service plus my phone keeps receiving spam phone calls and text messages asked him to help it stops for a day but continues definitely not worth it I would go with AT&T read more

Went in to get a new phone knowing exactly want I wanted so it should have only taken 20 minutes or so. I was helped right away so I was sure it would be quick. After about half hour it was still not done and i had to leave and returned late that night to get it done. I waited another 30+ minutes. Maybe changing carriers when I can. I thought the service had improved at Verizon. When I inquired about having to come back and all the trouble I was told "well it's the systems and sorry" she explained if I would have taken the new plan and not wanted grandfathered it would have been quicker....Not the service I expected!! read more

Had a terrible experience at this Verizon Wireless. While the staff was polite, they continued to try to sell me additional products that I did not want or need. After repeated saying that I just wanted to trade in my old phone for account credit, they continued to push and even went to the extent of ringing up headphones and a drone. They said that it was just in case I changed my mind. I was not going to change my mind! I ended up leaving the store and went to a different Verizon location that helped me without an haggling. read more

My boyfriend and I had gone to this Verizon last night, and experienced pushy/incomplete service. My phone stopped working, and the two men just fumbled around with it and said my best option was to just take it home and try and do "this or that", or to purchase a new phone. I don't mind spending money on a new phone- but that can not be my only option.. especially when the worker said 3 times "you cooouulllddd get a new phone" trying to bribe us- after the fact they didn't try and fix a thing on the phone.. or give me any type of solution other than what any normal person would think to try and fix it before you NEED to buy a new phone. Today (the next day) my phone still was not working, and as much as we didn't want to return to that store, we did in hopes to find someone new to speak to. That's when Chris Perez, the solutions manager literally saved the day and our experience at this Verizon. He fixed my phone within 2 minutes of arriving, and despite him fixing it, he spoke with me about how I did have the option to trade in my phone to get a new one if I just *wanted* to start fresh and get an upgraded version. Of course, me wanting to get a new phone from the beginning, I said yes. It was the way he approached it, saying it was an OPTION, even though he had fixed the majority of my issue. I would rather the sale go to someone who is honest, professional, and super informative- than someone who told me just to "buy a new phone" because it's basically the ONLY option. Im writing tom warn everyone about a scam that Verizon wireless is using. They lure teachers in with the promise of a 25% discount. What's really going on is that they want to get you to cancel your old plan and get you one a new one so they can raise the rates. When you ask to go back on the old plan, you are told that they don't offer that plan anymore. They charged me $920.00 for the first month and put my entire family on a roaming plan! So be warned. I am advising everyone I know to look into Sprint's buyout plan. read more
