They're right next to where a Barbi gets a lot of her crochet stuff, Jo Ann on Weslayan which is closing down sadly. It's here at Wesleyan and Bissonnet in the nice fancy part of West University, and it is such a high income area which might be why it seems a more relaxed and less frantic store than some. Typical inventory and service is good but prices here are high and there's not too many steals or deals to be had. The decor is very pretty though. I was going between a 3 and 4 but the new neon blue look at night has me hooked.

I wanted my U-Verse, but obviously wasn't allowed to get it. The leasing office recommended Clear. I saw the reviews, and was skeptical. I'm big on streaming, downloading, and so forth and this would be a step down, especially since I'd be sharing it with my wife. I took the plunge and got the router from Best Buy. And you know what-- it works! Maybe it's because of my very specific location, but I can get up to 1.0 Mb/s sometimes. Is it super fast? No. But it works for me, and wasn't nearly as slow as I'd expected. Installation was easy. However, I will say that the price is MORE than I had been paying for internet-only U-Verse. That's pretty greedy.
