So I unexpectedly visited this location when I was having phone problems (probably the main reason why anyone visits in-person versus calling or chatting online, I suspect) and I'm so impressed by the level of service I received here that I felt the need to start writing this review while in the store. I've visited this store twice, once during the week and once on a Saturday evening and both times there were maybe a handful of people waiting to be assisted. The store is very well kept, clean, spacious and modernly decorated as all their stores are. However their reps make this visit worthwhile; they seem to truly care for the customer, which is a first for me! The first visit went well, I wanted to use my sim in another phone (instead of the loaner they lent me) but the size of the sim required was smaller than what I had. Of course the standard practice is to charge the customer for another sim but the rep suggested that she'd cut it to the smaller size and give me the cutout to keep so that when I received my phone I can insert the sim into the cutout and it should work as new. What a brilliant idea! And I don't have to pay any extra? Then yeah, let's do it! Got my phone two days ago, inserted my smaller sim into the cutout and it works as new! Second time I visited (today) I wanted assistance with putting on my screen protector, which they placed on my phone for me. Of course, if I am being taken care of as a customer, then I'm willing to support, so I purchased a mobile hotspot from this location (after I was turned off by how expensive it was) and enjoyed the professionalism of the team that worked there. If you are in the area and need to do anything T-Mobile related, I recommend this store hands down. There's not much 5G towers in this area. If you're not receiving calls or texts..What helped me was go into your setting and switch back to LTE 3g/2g. While they are slowly updating the towers to 5G the network isn't strong. When you switch it in your settings it should work much better. Once a week you can try switching back to see if the 5G is working better or not. I came to this store to change my sim. It was done very quick, staff was friendly, and helpful. No charge due to me being on call with IT support and they put everything in the notes for the store employee to refer to. read more

I have had an extreme issue with connecting my Car to service with T-Mobile. After talking to several people at T-Mobile via phone and at another location in Dallas. I came to this location in Houston and Nastassia greeted me with Warmth and energy. She was dedicated to helping make my situation get resolved and even stayed longer to help me through the process. I had an excellent experience working with this store to get set up with my home internet. Alyssa went above and behind to ensure I was taken care of and would be connected at my house in a timely matter. She was very knowledgeable and quick. Customer service was A1. I had to switch my internet because the previous WiFi provider's service had way too many outages and their customer service was not good at all. Only regret I have is not going to this T-Mobile much SOONER for my home internet needs. I will be switching my wireless service to them in the near future as well. The woman who was taking care of me had an attitude and made me feel a little stupid... but the guy and the other woman with long hair were pretty nice from what I could tell. I would give 0 star if i could. Horribe customer service. They're just lying to you with no shame. We went to this store trying to change our prepaid plan to postpaid. The guy sold a plan to us 3 lines for $70. We lost our line gor a good 4days. I do business with my phone and i lost money due to the loss of my number. After two weeks they charged me $105(consider me paying $115 for activation). When i went to them after 4 time l, they told me im sorry we cannot give u this price that you've been told!!!! The actual price is $105 and you have to pay it. I don't know who i can trust. Terrible customer service and a bunch of liers work in this business! Went in and transferred 4 lines over to T-Mobile. The customer service at this location is garbage. The guy was in such a hurry to get the same that he gave me an iPhone 13 instead of an iPhone 13pro just because they didn't have it. I haven't opened up the phone or even put the SIM cards in and they won't exchange it for the iPhone 13 pro just ridiculous. Now I have to call customer care and wait on line again for forever. If you are looking for a good phone company go somewhere else. (cheaper is not always good). ST-mobile is Horrible. I have been with T-mobile for over 18 years and had my mom transfer her lines from AT&T to t-mobile. She ordered herself a Iphone 14 pro and the phone got stolen off the UPS truck. reached out to t-mobile and they stated "it happens all the time". They cancelled the original order and started a refund process that would take 7-10 days to get. They had us place another order which we had to pay another $475.74. We got that phone like 3-4 days later. We waited a whole month and never got the refund. I reached out to T-mobile and they stated the rep never submitted the paperwork for the refund so now we would have to wait another 5-7 days. waited another 7 days and called back. This rep stated the same thing that the paperwork was never submitted and stated I would have to wait another 10 days. after going back and forth with them she was magically able to get my refund sent to me in 24 hours. 1 week later 12/12/2022 the phone stopped workimg "SOS". we reached out to T-mobile and they tried to troubleshoot and even contacted apple to help. they were not able to get the "SOS" status out. They suggested to ho to the store the next day so they can troubleshoot it there for us. We went to the store the next day and we found out Tmobile put permanent block on the phone we had with that line by mistake and and now they state there is no way they can fix it all they can do is cancel this order again and do another refund that will can take up to 14 days to get and we would have to pay another 475.74 to get another phone. The only thing they can do to make it better is say "sorry". That is not okay HORRIBLE service not to mention each time I called I sent over 3hrs on the phone with them. . Still have not received my refund that was processed on 12/13 and them again on 12/19. read more

Well we all know T-Mobile is horrible, but this store will help you navigate your best options for this very ridiculous network. We ended up updating our account getting 2 new IPhone 8s and keeping our bill under 200 a month. T- Mobile has a horrible network, but if you want to save money and can deal with it then this store can help you out. We have 4 lines 2 8s and 2 7s for under 200 a month. So if you can deal with this crap ass network then this is a good store to stop in at. Just a note do not buy the insurance from them, it is worthless if something happens to your phone. read more

So I had to change my phone due to my lease ending and I happened to be shopping so I thought I'd stop in at this location for convenience and little did I know I would spend the next three hours having to deal with obstacle after obstacle to trade in my phone . It was a nightmare ! Luckily throughout the entire experience I was helped by some amazing T-Mobile workers and their terrific manager ( sorry for not remembering yalls names !) and came out way better than I came in . They were amazing at keeping me entertained while simultaneously going the extra mile to give me a conclusion to my problems . This store started my T-Mobile nightmare. The rep named Mathew somehow set us up where the entire cost of my new Android S8 and S8+ phones were fully billed for 1651 at once. This has taken almost 2 weeks and still no refund after 5 calls to Customer Service. I am seriously contemplating returning to Verizon since the cost savings with T-Mobile has been wiped out with frustrations and terrible customer service. read more

Went to T-Mobile store after we were misled about plans and lied to on the phone about unlimited data-con job and double talk. Spoke with Ashley (store manager) to ensure getting accurate info and service after waiting 40 minutes (T-Mobile store is seriously understaffed causing inconvenience to customer). A customer called in and we were made to wait some more until my wife in frustration insisted we get served instead of the customer on the phone who interrupted Ashley from servicing us. In switching our plans to unlimited data next month Ashley turned off out data access on Monday and we would not have known it until my wife took her new phone in to get activated two days later. The worker my wife saw was surprised at why the data was off for the entire family since they are in medical field and need data to access patient info. I do not know if this was deliberate or incompetence.All T-Mobile could do is offer a $25 rebate. My advice: stay away from this store. Better advice: do not subscribe to T-Mobile. In cutting costs they are scraping the bottom of the labor pool. This bad experience should never happen. read more
