This has been the best and smoothest experience I've had with any AT&T store and will continue to use this store only for all my future AT&T needs. Came here for an upgrade and trade in and the staff was very thorough and walked me through the process along with my options from start to finish. The staff here are also simply just very friendly and actually care to help unlike what I've seen at other stores. With that being said ...... I actually went to another store yesterday (5661 Westheimer) due to where I was at at the time to turn my phone in from the trade in I had done, and got zero help from the staff at that store along with extremely rude and condescending attitudes so I ended up just walking out to come to this store. The other store basically told me they couldn't help me (I'm guessing cause it required them actually putting their personal phones down and doing their jobs) yet when I got to this store they were able to help me from start to finish and took the time to understand what the issue was and had me out of there in 10 minutes! Safe to say I will never go to the store off 5661 Westheimer and will only be coming to this one. For anyone reading, save yourself the trouble and stick to the San Felipe store if you don't want to deal with lazy and incompetent people coupled with terrible attitudes! read more

Still trying to get things straightened out with my AT&T bill. Heard back from John, who is area manager but then. Nothing for 3 weeks. Now John has forwarded my problem back to William Jones, whom started all the problems. Might have to get Better Business or an Attorney or both involved. Please stay away from this store!! Be very careful shopping here. Just like others have reported, I was told my bill would go down. Instead of going down, my bill went up 60+ percent. It's been weeks and I keep getting the runaround. USE CAUTION I don't think my experience is unique. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

The representative that I met with couldn't help. I purchased an accessory online and they said I could not return it to their store. She didn't bother to even look at my receipt. She did however get my ID, enter something on her iPad and said she couldn't do it. I asked for a manager and she refused to get the manager saying they would say the same thing. Why pull up my account, get my ID, go through the process if their policy is not to accept returns from online purchases? It definitely doesn't say online that you can only return to certain stores. This is not a "corporate owned" location so beware that they won't or can't do a lot of things...so I don't see the point of them even being there. read more

I'm not sure where you're ATT with your planning about switching from Verizon, but we're about halfway there. This AT&T store not too far from the Houston Galleria is where Barbie went with me when she was thinking of switching to AT&T - but she didn't actually end up going for it although they were pretty helpful and friendly. We may both be doing it in the future sooner or later. It's likely that we could even come into this store to do it because they were friendly. read more

Worst ever. DO NOT COME HERE. Manager is NEVER here. Tried to upgrade my phone as I have been a customer for 20 years. I'm now waiting in here for the FOURTH time to see if they can finally get it right. Charged me for the total cost of a new phone, added a line (charged for that also) that I did not want or need or ask for- and also took my old iPhone and gave me ZERO trade in. Ridiculous. I walked in and the employee with the black hair stares at me and did not say a word. He was with a customer, but he could've welcomed me atleast. I sat down and waited. He finished with the first guy, walked passed me while giving me a certain look and helped another customer. Which was fine since the customer was their first, but I felt uncomfortable. So I decided to wait in line for a different employee. The brown hair guy was also helping a customer. I hear that they were finishing up. As I wait another guy behind me walks in. The blonde hair employee said," I will be right with you sir". I felt disrespected. The lady he was helping said that I was here first and he didn't respond. Always such a long wait at this store for anything and everything. It seems like they are understaffed and lack training to expedite customers requests. A simple payment here takes forever and there is not even one of those self service machines to save time, so you have no option but to deal with the slow personnel. Get enough people or at least a self service machine. read more

I wanted to drop a quick review because I had a quite unique experience and I believe credit should be given where it is due. I am not a very big fan of ATT and the way they switch plans around and try to constantly confuse the process to benefit their bottom line, but it is a business, so I get it. I also understand that I probably just dislike the whole industry in general and wouldn't be any happier with another service provider, so I have been loyal for over 15 years. The reason I am writing this review and the reason it is not just 1 star was because of the understanding and quality service I received at this location. Above and beyond to say the least. I worked with a lady by the name of Dominique. She was completely understanding and compassionate to my concerns. even though I was disgruntled and frustrated, this did not change her demeanor (and I would have completely understood if it had) I own a company and I can tell you that people like her are very rare and ATT should be proud to have her on the team. Everyone else in the location at times came up to me to make sure all was good and that I was being taken care of, but I didn't work with them directly so I don't have names. I appreciate the service of everyone here at this location and want to congratulate them on a job well done. I recommend this location if you must visit an ATT location. Wow , totally scammed us. As a new couple we wanted to share a phone line. We made it a point that we wanted our address and names on the account. We also didn't want to pay for our old Apple Watch. Welll the nice sales man said sure sure sure , and now that I have access after he said it would all be changed I realized he just didn't think we would check. I was definitely THAT customer that everyone hates! I arrived twenty minutes before closing in hopes of upgrading my phone which was on the brink of death. However despite coming in so close to closing on a Friday night Tim was so helpful and quickly helped me transition to my new phone. He answered all of the questions I had and helped me make sure I got all of the photos and videos from my previous phone. Customer service was top notch. read more

My phone got stolen and I was frustrated and Justin was extremely helpful. He was patient and went through the different options. I have always bought my phones at the Apple Store and went there first but I recommend going to AT&T. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service. I'm always sick of people taking advantage of others! Thank you Phil who works here you soy boy you rude individual! I'm paying for a stupid Iwacth that doesn't work and I can't take it back in because the 14th period ran out and so I'm stuck paying $209 every month for a device that doesn't work at all! It glitches so much to the point that I took it to apple they brought it about a week and my watch still glitches! Within that time period my window to returned the device expired!!!!! So that is how AT&T makes that money they sell you on BS and everyone do not go here because most likely Phil will take advantage of you. A very rude individual that's doesn't need to be working at a work place like this! But his going to be working here for a while because he knows that no one has power here and his not scared to tell you! My advice is if you have a device that doesn't work retune it immediately before your window of opportunity of getting out closes. And when they tell you to take it to apple say NO put your foot down and return it fast!!! That is the trap that they have!! This is the worst AT&T establishment I have ever been to in my life. The staff there is incompetent and rude. They make everything ten times more confusing than it needs to be and to top it off, they make you feel stupid for not understanding the thousands of plans and installments they're trying to push on you. This store isn't even an AT&T company store, it's an affiliate store that contracts AT&T representatives, instead of actual AT&T employees who care about your business. I've had to go back to this store twice and Christina has helped me both times and she is just the worst. She's rude, belittling, and could care less about why you're there. Both times she has made me leave more frustrated than the last time. I can't stand her. If you need to go to an AT&T store, I would recommend the actual company store on Westheimer and Chimney Rock. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wes Covington (sales man), violated several AT&T corporate policies and allowed someone to make changes to my AT&T account. They have hidden charges (such as $4.99 gps navigation) and other unnecessary charges. Run and do not do business here if you want to remain in good financial standing. HORRIBLE Customer service. Awful customer service! If you can go to another at&t store other then this one, go. I was talked into a plan because there would be a $25 credit each month, to find out the next month I don't qualify for the credit because my plan is "old" but if I switch to another plan then I can qualify for the credit (which is more expensive). Muheed (I believe was his name) was the one who originally sold me on this deal and when I went back in to find out why the credit wasn't applied he acted like he didn't care. I went in with my mom to get her a new phone and was talked into a better deal to get a new iphone x - only to find out I switched to the most ghetto plan ever - after being told I would be paying less of a great deal. When I called AT&T, they said they could do nothing and had to talk to store...when I call the store, they either don't answer or say they can't do anything. I went in here 30 mins before closing. Vanessa helped with my plan change and device purchase. I haven't experienced such great customer service in a long time.
