    I would never return to this location. Every time I visit, there is a new issue…read more The first time I went in, it was simply to transfer my existing line to a new iPhone. Instead, they opened two additional lines on my account without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered this when I received my bill and called customer service. The representative informed me about the extra lines. During that visit, the employee took my phone, downloaded a T-Mobile app (without clearly explaining why), and handled everything directly on my device herself. I did not feel comfortable with that at all. Recently, I returned to have my screen protector replaced. While I was there, a male and a female employee were having a personal conversation in Spanish. She said, "If you were single, not married, maybe I could hang out with you. I'm single, not married like you." He continued engaging in the conversation, seemingly trying to hide the fact that he is married. This type of discussion is completely unprofessional, especially in a customer service environment. As a manager of a dental office, I understand the importance of professionalism in the workplace. These kinds of conversations should not be happening in front of customers. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned that this is not the first complaint they have received about this location. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

However, the store itself needs an improvement in their management. They need to reassess what tactics they use to bait in customers, and avoid giving them misinformation that they cannot follow through with and waste my time. My advice is to avoid this store at all costs unless you want to waste your time and be lied to. MY EXPERIENCE: On Monday (May 13, 2019), I was approached by a sales person about a promotion that was running until the day before, but they are the only store that are still running it. The promotion was to get an iPhone XR for trading in the phone and adding a phone line for $20/month. At first I was skeptical (I should have went with my instinct), but my mother convinced me into going in and at least hear what they had to say even though we were rushed. We came in, got all the price quote for a final bill and were reading to trade in our iPhone 6S for X amount of dollars additional. Right when we were ready to be checked out, the staff member said that their manager informed us that the promotion is now over, and to come back Friday when that specific promotion will be reactive. Even though our hour was wasted, we were happy to know that we would still get the promotion on Friday and would be willing to drive down over an hour for it. She gave me her personal phone number to contact her to make sure everything was good to go before I made the drive. Friday came along (May 17, 2019), I contacted her around 10:19 AM to make sure everything was in order. She informed me that yes and that she would have the phone ready when she came into work. I confirmed that we were getting the same deal (adding a line $20/month, 4 accessories, and the new iPhoneXR) for trading in our phone and she confirmed. Then at 11:06 AM, I receive a personal text saying that now the manager informed her there is a new promotion that the device requires a port in from another carrier and started defending that she just said a new promo was starting. Bottomline, I respect her for informing me well in advance that I won't be able to get the deal I was told I was going to before I drove over an hour for this only to be disappointed once again. However, this management seriously needs to train their employees to have the correct information at all times and not to lure customers with false hope and incorrect information. IN SHORT, THIS STORE WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY.

    My husband and I came into the store in the deerbrook mall to get the buy one get one free…read morepromotion on the 20 note. Derek and Tyren were extremely patient, professional and helpful. They explained everything about plans thoroughly to help us switch from prepaid to post paid. They were very hospitable as well. (I'm pregnant and needed some water immediately). I asked Derek if they had water and he informed me due to COVID protocol he was not allowed to give it to me from the store. But he promptly walked all the way to the food court and got me some water on his own accord. My husband I truly appreciated that kind gesture. He wasn't required to do that. He took initiative and extra step to provide me with what I consider great customer service.

    It's been a long time since I've walked into this AT&T authorized reseller store. I guess a lot…read morehas changed. The AT&T Corporate store used to be a bit of a drive away. Now that it's been relocated to the Grand Parkway Marketplace area, we've been going there for all of our upgrades and purchases. Recently, though, we were looking for a specific phone to get as an upgrade and there were none to be had at the corporate store. So we stopped in, on a lark, at this reseller store that used to be my normal AT&T store. First, the store is a whole lot bigger than it used to be. The wait for help is a whole lot longer than it used to be too. And the sales reps are a whole lot less helpful than they used to be. After waiting the 15-or-so minutes for them to unlock the safe to see if they even had the model we were looking for (they did not), we decided to leave. But not before the rep, once logged into my account to check the upgrade status, started asking a bunch of questions: are you a teacher? A first responder? Do you work in the medical profession? And then some other questions that were - wow - way too much. It was as if she was attempting to alter my account or my plan. Yikes! Shut that down. When it was determined they did NOT have the phone, drove home and ordered it online through the AT&T website. Much, much easier. If you're an AT&T customer and need help or an upgrade with your phone, simply drive a bit north to the corporate store. A much better experience with much more knowledgeable sales reps. Or order your phone online. Probably the last time I'll come here.

    I've been an ATT customer for years (over 30), have been to many ATT stores and purchased a number…read moreof phones and accessories. I recently dropped my iPhone and was in need of a new screen protector for my replacement (so thankful for insurance!) I know I can purchase a screen protector on line and save some $$$, but I wanted to buy it in the store so a profession could put it on my phone and avoid bubbles and finger prints. The sales associate less than enthusiastically agreed to put the screen protector on my phone and said he'd try to put the camera lens cover on. He got the screen protector on (with what appears to be lint included on the edges). I had to ask for a cleaning cloth to try myself to smooth the edges. After working a few minutes I asked for assistance. The manager on duty rubbed on it with his fingers (leaving smudges) and said, sometimes the humidity does that. Really?! No, you all did a bad job!!! In addition, the lens cover he sold me was the wrong size (and they didn't have the correct size in stock). Of course, that was refunded. However, if the associate would have listened to me when I told him what phone I had....he would not have inventory he could not sell (because he opened it and tried to install it). At least he realized it and didn't stick it on my phone anyway. To top it off...I had to ask for a receipt. Isn't it normal to ask the customer if they want a receipt? The customer service is clearly lacking!!!
