It's been a long time since I've walked into this AT&T authorized reseller store. I guess a lot has changed. The AT&T Corporate store used to be a bit of a drive away. Now that it's been relocated to the Grand Parkway Marketplace area, we've been going there for all of our upgrades and purchases. Recently, though, we were looking for a specific phone to get as an upgrade and there were none to be had at the corporate store. So we stopped in, on a lark, at this reseller store that used to be my normal AT&T store. First, the store is a whole lot bigger than it used to be. The wait for help is a whole lot longer than it used to be too. And the sales reps are a whole lot less helpful than they used to be. After waiting the 15-or-so minutes for them to unlock the safe to see if they even had the model we were looking for (they did not), we decided to leave. But not before the rep, once logged into my account to check the upgrade status, started asking a bunch of questions: are you a teacher? A first responder? Do you work in the medical profession? And then some other questions that were - wow - way too much. It was as if she was attempting to alter my account or my plan. Yikes! Shut that down. When it was determined they did NOT have the phone, drove home and ordered it online through the AT&T website. Much, much easier. If you're an AT&T customer and need help or an upgrade with your phone, simply drive a bit north to the corporate store. A much better experience with much more knowledgeable sales reps. Or order your phone online. Probably the last time I'll come here. read more

I'm not sure where my head is ATT but here goes. Barbie is strongly considering switching over to Verizon because of all the problems she's having with AT&T but this particular store is pretty cool and we've been in here twice. Pretty decent people both times. read more

Fraudulent/Scamming customers!! Trade in scam! It's horrible customer service. I brought my phone in to change my phone number back in October 2020. The worker "Mo" told me a great deal on trading in my iPhone for a new one virtually no cost. They would give $700 credit on my bill to pay off this new phone. I didn't get my credit so I went to the store and they printed out a receipt that proved I turned on the phone and I am deserving of the credit. The worker MO quoted me the wrong price and it should've only been a $400 credit but I was told they would honor the $700 credit because that is what was told to me in store. I have spoken to over 39 agents the last 7 grueling months and still don't have my issues resolved!!!!! AT&T continues to hang up on me I called over and over and no resolution. I'm extremely upset and frustrated. The system will say that the trade-in was damaged but it really was not. AT&T is scamming people and this is where it begins in the authorized retail stores. read more

They say it's all about staying connected but have outages 3 times a month and also the outages last for a whole week don't get at&t internet read more

ATT is fraud. I bought my phones here and was suppose to get a credit for trade in. My bill was suppose to be $120 a month. My last 4 bills have been $344 a month for 2 lines. I have to call in every month and yell at customer service who fix it but it keeps happening and they blame the store. ATT is a huge fraudulent company. This is just awful. People already have enough stress. How is your phone bill suppose to stress you out too. I'm filing with BBB And filing a lawsuit to get out of this contract. DONT BUY A PHONE HERE. I went here to have data transferred from old phones to newer ones. Matthew was extremely helpful and took care of everything, patiently answering questions and explaining things. I had issues with this store several years ago and was reluctant to go there again but very pleasantly surprised! read more

The BAD part is even when you look up at the description of this location on Yelp, on of the things you read is that they are offering curbside... HA!! I probably would have never wrote this review had the management/owners or whomever they are taken the time to entertain the issues that were reported to them in the email that was sent. I know, I know you never got it right, you haven't had the time right or perhaps it was deleted on purpose by accident. I am not sure why I thought a proper response or handling of the situation appropriately would happen since the employees are so horrible, they had to learn or have the behavior approved by someone. The individual who helped me was super rude, stated that they could not honor curbside orders. I personally feel like if it's offered on the website then it should be honored no matter what and the company can EDIT THE WEBSITE on their time. He was loud and asking me THE CUSTOMER, did I want him to fear me simply because I walked in and said, "Come on dude are y'all lazy or is it too hot?" Fearing me had nothing to do with the fact that I did everything I was supposed to do and he couldn't honor the one thing he was supposed to do. Bad customer service would actually be an understatement. Everything seemed to be quite funny to him, Nick clearly needs retraining. If a customer is upset then fix it, don't stand there and swap words with them. He literally stood there and went back and forth with me, challenging me like he was ready to fight, I was offended and by then everyone in the store was watching us including my 7 year old nephew that was with me. The manager who was in the store did NOT intervene at no time until there was an issue with the actual order. Again, I felt like I was about to end up calling the police in order to simply get my phone. Then to top it off after I get to my vehicle, as I turn around this gentleman has his phone up as if he's either recording and taking a picture of me and I'm overly upset at this point. The only thing that kept me from coming back in there was the customer service I received from the manager, a young lady that I called and spoke to. I don't recall her name but she was amazing. I emailed the store owner or management and got one response and that was them asking me for my account number which I felt irrelevant to resolve an issue. I have emailed them again to remind them of the issue and still gotten no response. The initial issue occurred on June 12, 2021, I received a response requesting information on June 14, 2021. I sent them information requested within 15 minutes and then sent a reminder email that I had no response on June 22, 2021 and to this day have yet to hear from anyone. read more

Went by to replace a phone cord under the warranty. Neither of the employees were able/willing to help me. Only 1 other person in the store. They apparently have a new system and either don't know how to use it or just didn't want to. I had to leave and find a different AT&T. Pick any other location if you want knowledgeable assistance. read more

I was told by a different store that they had 6 of the phones i wanted. When I showed up worker told me they had 3 that were shipped for specific customers. I understand that but where are the other 3? As soon as we walked in the worker seemed annoyed and just didn't want to help at all. The entire time we are trying to upgrade he's burping and being just disgusting. Not helpful at all. I will be going to a different store from now on. Sterling, I hope you read this. Don't go sneezing on customers phones, burping at them, and scratching your throat and loud sighing. At least try and fake it. read more

I've been to this location several times and I have always had success and very patient service. Sharmin helped me the other day with two phones and a very complex plan. She took so much time and patience to ensure it was all right, plans changed, screen protectors on and phone cases appropriate. Alyssa at this store was the rudest customer service agent I've ever known. The other person in the store was busy playing with her phone the entire time we were there so no one ever came that would give us good service. Don't go to this AT&T store until they change their Saturday help. read more

I came in optimistic about finding a SIM card for my kids' watch phones. The guy in the store shut me down instantly saying "I can never get those to work." He never said what he has and hasn't tried. Never offered to sssist in any way. Didn't try to look anything up, didn't try calling anyone. Perhaps only sales of new products is his thing. You want to know why there is always a long line at the Apple store?... because people have been to AT&T before and remember what it was like. Zero stars are not allowed on Yelp or this locations score would be lower. I called the day before launch to see if they thought the line would be long. They laughed and said never had a line. Open at 9AM. So I went there the next day to find it was already open long before 9:00AM. The District manager asked one of the employees why there was no sign in on the door that they open early at 8AM. He said he took it down. This is at 8:25. It never was there. This location was allotted 3 decent new iPhones (most of these strip mall stores only are given 1 or none on launch day). 2 of the phones were already on the floor to other customers. The guy couldn't find the third one, even though it was in the computer system. He went back and forth a few times talking to each of the other 3 employees, then after 15 or so minutes came back to me and said he couldn't find it. I bet if you go in there tomorrow, or even this afternoon, you can find his (my) new iPhone in his pocket! I'm sure they might file a rebuttal to this post that this is not true but the new ones are not shipped until Sep. 28th 2018. Go in there and see if he (District manager over 7 or so stores I think) or one of the employees already has one. He sent me to another store and said they had one and were not open until 9. I got there at 9:15, only two employees. While they were going through the routine, he walks in and says ah... you are the first customer of the day", and walks into the back room. Female employee had already located the phone in system and taken my drivers license and info. She went back into the back room. Came out after a while with some other little phone and said the one I wanted was no longer available. I bet that guy was back who came in late was already programming HIS new iPhone while I was still in the store. I asked her if this is what happened and she said "Yes". I know for a fact that AT&T employees are not allowed to tell the truth at any time, especially to a customer! All of these ratings for one star are being kind. Walked in the door & was barely greeted. African American young man came up to us to assist us but didnt smile or greet us. It just seemed as if he didn't want to be there. This was Saturday the 22nd around 4pm. Won't be going to this location again. Very unimpressed with customer service. read more

I switched to At&T a few months ago. I had some issues with my phone, I went to a different At&T store and they wouldn't help me. They told me go to Apple. So I went to this AT&T store and they were very helpful. They took the time to help me knowing I won't buy anything from this store. I would definitely recommend this store. I have to tell you that you have a very valuable player on your team. Yesterday, I visited the THIRD AT&T store to get an old, malfunctioning phone replaced. I was getting very frustrated, between being ignored at the first store, and some odd problem preventing the salesperson from being able to get the phone at the second store. I was asking myself if the store at 2453 Louetta would be the third strike before I gave up and changed carriers. Happily, I was greeted by Ivan Wilson, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Not only did he help me upgrade to a great phone, but he also showed me a better plan at a lower price. He even showed me better options for our television and internet plans that will save a lot of money. Thank you so much Ivan, you're terrific! read more

I go to this place location only because it's right next to my dry cleaners. Their service is good. But I am now starting to realize I dislike AT&T. The only thing they have really is the fast LTE internet, but other than that nothing much. Might switch soon. Not because of bad service, just the things they offer aren't that great. read more

Everyone understands that humans make mistakes. What is disturbing, however, is when a business can not conceive of the possibility that one of its employees made a mistake. I recently went in to Cellular World to make a payment on my cell account. The employee accidentally posted it to my Uverse account. After several calls to ATT as to why my payment wasn't showing up, I called Cellular World and the manager determined the nature of the problem. He had the employee return my call. The employee denied making a mistake so I asked to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor said his employees were trained to ask which account the money was going to and the mistake couldn't be his. He basically blamed me for the error. When I said I just needed help fixing the error, he kept blaming me and said it could not be fixed. I had to call ATT yet again and ATT did resolve the issue. I will NEVER set foot in a Cellular World location ever again. read more
