The reason why you guys are getting this one star is because the representative who assisted me decided to upgrade my plan without my permission. I was on the God-father plan that I've had for over 10 years. So now I'm paying more for my bill. I would've respected you more if you sold me on the plan & give me some sales pitch but doing it after I left the store is crazy. Honestly, I probably would've said yes if you sold me on the plan. I had to report the incident to their calling center. Hopefully that employee doesn't do it again. Came in to purchase some new AirPods and left with AirPods and a new upgraded plan that I didn't ask for. I will never step foot into this store again & drive a little further. I rather just do that than come to this location for dishonest practices. Do better.

I think all things happen for a reason and I found Thanh Phat/ Duy's shop- a much better place with honest people who work fairly quick too. I'll definitely be telling friends and family to come here and will bring my kids phones back here in the future to be repaired when they drop and shatter their glass.
