I've been here 3 times & it's always been an okay experience. Customer service is fine but the wait time is a little long even when they're not busy. Also, the employees aren't really that welcoming. But that's not why I'm giving them a 1 star. The reason why you guys are getting this one star is because the representative who assisted me decided to upgrade my plan without my permission. I was on the God-father plan that I've had for over 10 years. So now I'm paying more for my bill. I would've respected you more if you sold me on the plan & give me some sales pitch but doing it after I left the store is crazy. Honestly, I probably would've said yes if you sold me on the plan. I had to report the incident to their calling center. Hopefully that employee doesn't do it again. Came in to purchase some new AirPods and left with AirPods and a new upgraded plan that I didn't ask for. I will never step foot into this store again & drive a little further. I rather just do that than come to this location for dishonest practices. Do better. read more

I do not know how this store remains open given their terrible customer service. My sister visited on Tuesday to ask about a promotion for a free flashlight. The employees, Duy or Trung, were incredibly rude, snapping at her, "We hung a sign in front of the door; you can see it when you come in! Don't you see it? Now, turn left, the exit is that way!" My sister was shocked by such disrespect. If the promotion had ended, a polite response would have been far more appropriate. The manager, Alex Ha, was equally unhelpful. When we brought up the issue, all he said was "yep, yep" without any apology or acknowledgment. They really need better training, or this store should close. Làm ăn như cái con cặc read more

People there are so rude and never have Tmobile Tuesday. You come after time they open, they will say the items run out. If you come on time, they require you to be an account holder. So weird! That is not a Tmobile policy to get TmObile Tuesday. read more

Located in the plaza next to HK4. Same plaza as Thim hung banh mi and some Vietnamese club. A shady looking plaza, quite empty and run-down. However, they do have a security guard at this store. We came here on a Sunday and they close at 6pm. We were buying new phones and upgrading our plan. We had some difficulties with providing information but the guy that was helping us said we have to finish everything by 6pm because they close. So, he kept reminding us of the time and indicating us to hurry up. However, we were here before 6pm. I would think he would still have to help us pass the closing time. You're working on commission! After the upgrade, our bill was off the roof! Came back to ask what the heck was going on because this was not what we signed up for. Turns out the previous worker gave us the wrong informations. So, I ended up switching to the T-Mobile One plan with no tax included, to save a few dollars. Misinformation and poor customer service = 2 stars. read more

I had a bad experience while I went to a store located on Bellaire Blvd and Boone and let's say you will continuously lose customers if you still do provide service as I had on Friday Nov 27. I went to the store on this day to get the promotion from T Mobile. It is called iPhone 12 Mini On Us when I trade my phone such as iPhone 8. As I could see, there were several staff around me and none of them knew what I was talking about, then they said I need to add a line, trade a phone to get the Mini On Us. I said no, and even told them that they could call 611 to verify my information, again none of them wanna make a call. One guy mentioned to me again that I need to add a line, pay for the activation fee. But they did not call 611 to confirm the promotion. Another guy said I need to add 4 months insurance since the new iPhone just released ?! Come one ! I told them that I can purchase AppleCare+ by my own so stop trying to get money from me. I did wasted almost 1 hour in this location for nothing, the staff did not know anything since you work for T Mobile and you should know what the current promotions are instead of keep talking together and leave customers waiting for a while. read more

This is absolutely the worst T-Mobile store there is. The employees and management do not know what the are talking about falsely telling customer And potential customers inaccurate information that gets them in a bind later one. My family switched five lines at this store from sprint in the understanding that we would get rebate card as well as credit to the account. Fast forward only to find out that we were lied to and misinformed and instead of honoring what was told we were left out to dry. This place is incompetent, money hungry, and just down right bad for business. If this is how T-Mobile does business it's time to run after a short few months with them. If your looking for help DO NOT come here!!! I was wondering why they had a security guard on site, makes sense now, they piss so many people off it's needed! Disclaimer: there is no zero stars, so unfortunately they get a star from me. read more

This location messed up my account!!!!!! And the mess up could not be reversed; Even after days and hours on the phone w/ T MO CUSTOMER care. This location has Incompetent workers trying to sell any phone for their commissions !!!! They tell you they have the phones, start up on the order, then they tell you oooops we're out; can you take something else instead? They need to educate their workers to be informed professionals, knowledgeable and honest, because a little mistake can cost us consumers a whole lot of money, time and aggravation. read more

Just stopped by here to inquire about getting a new iPhone. Alex, the store manager, was super helpful and friendly. He gave me some really good advice and wasn't trying to get me to spend any unnecessary money. The other employees were really friendly and helpful as well! The whole process was pretty efficient and didn't cause any stress. It's nice to be able to come in person and talk to people who really know what they're talking about. read more

Went to store to transfer my number to another SIM card. When I get to the store the guy says it's used and that I need to buy a new SIM card. I don't know any better and agree. Come home to find out it was a brand new sim. Now I got a useless new SIM card and 16 bucks less in my pocket. Called them and their response was "we don't refund SIM cards" read more

I went here a couple of times and out of all times the service is decent, which isn't a bad thing since I'm not a picky person. I went again today and was very accommodated by the worker who was servicing me. Very straight-forward and honest with the service. Shout out to Kevin Nguyen! read more
