I'm glad I walked around Hong Kong Mall when the original cell phone repair shop I found on Google across from Six Ping Bakery was not opened like their 10am sign said (found out they are new owners that took over the previous shop that had the reviews I saw on Google). Had to call them and the man on the phone didn't seem kind/ friendly. I think all things happen for a reason and I found Thanh Phat/ Duy's shop- a much better place with honest people who work fairly quick too. I spoke to the staff and found that they only sell single use cell phone service (not contracts) for T-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS etc and unlocked used/new cell phones for any carriers. It's conveniently located at the corner of Corporate and Beechnut - a strip mall called "Sesame Plaza". They have bright LED lights that lit up the street corner.
