Worst experience I've had at an AT&T store. Came in because I needed to return my old phone from a trade in I had done and the young girl that was working on 11/30/24 (not sure of her name) took a few minutes to finally put her phone down and stop texting and do her job (not sure why employees are allowed to be on their personal phones while working?). Anyways, I explained to her I was a couple days behind the 30 day deadline but was told at the other store I bought the phone from that if that happens they can still help me I'd just need to come in. Her response was extremely condescending and rude, I'm guessing since I interrupted her screen time, as she said "Oh you're past the deadline? Well we can't help you then, you can't trade it anymore." didn't even bother checking anything. Then once her manager comes up beside her, her entire demeanor changed as she asked for my info to look it up in the system, tells me "oh well I don't know let me ask my manager what we can do." Shows her manager the screen, and all he tells me is "yeah I would recommend calling 611 while you're here and telling them the situation to see if you can still do the trade in" still no direction other than that, nothing. So I go and sit down, call 611 (mind you it's an automated robot) get sent a link to my phone and hung up on by the service center while the two of them are just sitting there watching me from the stand. After this, I decided to just get up and leave to the store I bought the phone from (4920 San Felipe) seeing as these people are clearly not in the business of helping people and was able to get my trade in done with the help of the San Felipe team literally within 10 minutes as they actually took the time to walk me through what to do and also how to get past the automated robot to speak with someone to explain the situation. I recommend anyone seeing this to save yourself the trouble and go to the store off San Felipe so you don't waste your time with the incompetence of the people working at this store. read more

I came in January 18, 2024 and Nancy was extremely helpful. I needed to transfer my info from my old phone to a new one. She went above and beyond even showing me how to put my new case on and had such a bright and refreshing demeanor. Really made my day! I went to the AT&T store at Cypress Roshill and 290 this morning because my phone e was going crazy with my being unable to s most of the apps. I left after being told I needed to take my S8 Samsung phone to a repair store. The person who assisted, and I use that word loosely because he was not helpful at all, was not helpful at all. He didn't even look at my phone! Next I came to the store at Spring Cypress @ 249. What a wonderful change. DeCorien met me at the door with a smile, theough the mask. He was so helpful as I explained what was going on he knew immediately what was going on and fixed it! Then Jay helped me with a memory card and installed it for me. Att has been a pain for years to me but is the better choice out there . I manage a small business, calling att over the phone was a nightmare, then I went to the store and the lady was nice but we decided to leave because I wanted a 4 phone lines upgrade and the lady made non sense . I came back over The Weekend and I'm sooo glad that Brian the manager was there , he provided me with the RIGHT information and even give us tip in how to save , besides he was very informative & patient . Our review was not a great experience the employees there was not great they the employees act like to help customers who are of low income are treated like shit or dirt. They act like it's a inconvenience to help people of the low income status. They don't like to work either they stand around and talk. If you plan to go to this AT&T store highly suggest using the bathroom before you go! My fiancé was upgrading his phone for over an hour and they won't allow their customers to use the bathroom! WOW!! Some customer service!! Imagine paying over $200 a month on their service and being told the bathroom is only for employees! Really AT&T!! Improve your customer service!! Be very careful using AT&T phone plans. I had so much trouble getting a damaged phone covered by the Asurion insurance I had paid for, it took me weeks before they accepted my claims. Then, I ship my damaged phone back, get my tracking number, and two months later, I get a bill in the mail that they had not received my damaged phone and that I was being charged for the new one they sent me. I am shocked and angry and apparently no one can fix my issue. I have the tracking number that I did send my old phone and I am so disappointed and frustrated with AT&T I am changing my provider the second my contract ends. read more

This location has recently been given new management, and boy, does it show! Angel, the new manager, is a wonder! He and his staff worked with all 4 members of my family over a couple of days to get us all upgraded phones, upgraded services, a better data and travel plan, and worked on the phone with me for over an hour to get our ATT home wi-fi and Direct TV accounts properly combined to save us money every month! The change even improved our wi-fi access and speed!!! No one had ever taken the time to help me understand the savings we were missing by having accounts under 2 different names and to search out the best plan for us. Thanks so much Angel and the rest of the staff there! We will be going nowhere else for our phone, internet, and TV needs for a long time to come! We love you, Angel! read more

As I walked in to upgrade my phone the lady working at the time paid no attention to me as she was on her phone. She mentioned she was texting a customer and that she would be with me shortly. She was the only one working but there was absolutely no one in the store. Long story short. I walked in wanting a specific phone. She said she was going to go look and see if she had it in stock. It turned out that she didn't have it. So I thanked her and told her that I will just go to another store or I would return at a later time. She insisted that I purchased a different phone. I told her once again no thank you that I was going to think about it because again I knew what phone I wanted. She then said if my mother can use this phone you can too. I then told her again, thank you. Then that's when she rudely walked away with a mad face. Her body language even changed. I've visited this location several times in the past and have always had good experiences. But tonight's visit was worth a review as I watched the night manager, Jawan, I think, patiently guide and encourage the new guy thru how to help me. Everyone with the exception of the one female door greeter, verbally acknowledged my existence at some point during the visit. That is really just unheard of. Customer service is important but team work is really the key to this stores appeal. Sometimes it's just nice to see people getting along so well. read more

AT&T are bullies. I won't even waste time on how bad customer service is at this location especially. Starting with fact that when I signed up for att it took 20 days to send technician to hook up the service but they didn't hesitate to charge me full month. I cancelled their service in May 2016 and they kept billing me for three more months. I went back multiple times with proof on cancellation, and they kept saying they resolved it, but I kept getting bills from them. Called million times. Then I got calls from collection agency - faxed them proof of cancellation, they said they waived it. Then, few months later I got call from a different collection agency saying I still owe them the bills I have not even used their services. So either you hire people who don't know how to do the job, or you ignore proof came out from your printers from your stores saying I cancelled your service, with your employee name attached to it and hoping you can bully people in paying you what you haven't earned. This is outrageous. I am not planning to spend my life cancelling what your employees should have done right in the first place. read more
