However, I'm not at all happy with John Wilson. We had to file a claim because the installer ran into an HVAC wire in our attic. It was a Saturday afternoon. So we had to pay a weekend AC service call which was expensive. John Wilson denied the claim stating that the installer didn't run into a wire when we knew he did. Our AC starting blowing hot air right after the the installer came out of the attic. Moral of the story...if you choose Ezee Fiber, don't let the installer go in your attic.

They went as far as coming to my home and setting up my CLEAR home unit, phone & mobile internet for me as well as getting me a wireless router to complete the setup. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Would definetly go back to them for wireless networking and internet needs. I usually dont write about companies unless the service was either really good or really bad, these guys are really good at what they do.

It's here at Wesleyan and Bissonnet in the nice fancy part of West University, and it is such a high income area which might be why it seems a more relaxed and less frantic store than some. Typical inventory and service is good but prices here are high and there's not too many steals or deals to be had. The decor is very pretty though. I switched in February and was told it would take a month or so switch the billing. The next month my bill was overcharged so I waited a month. In April it was still overcharged so I called customer service and after waiting a long time I was told it would be corrected in May. In May it was not corrected and I called again and spoke to a supervisor and was told the same thing. I spoke to many people at customer service and no one could resolve the problem. In June it was not corrected so I filed a compalnt with the FCC. I did recieve a call from the AT&T Office of the President. A clerk told me I would be refunded the money that I was over charged. She credited my bill but it took until the September billl to completly refund my money. The customer service was poor and the billing statement was confusing.

So I unexpectedly visited this location when I was having phone problems (probably the main reason…read morewhy anyone visits in-person versus calling or chatting online, I suspect) and I'm so impressed by the level of service I received here that I felt the need to start writing this review while in the store. I've visited this store twice, once during the week and once on a Saturday evening and both times there were maybe a handful of people waiting to be assisted. The store is very well kept, clean, spacious and modernly decorated as all their stores are. However their reps make this visit worthwhile; they seem to truly care for the customer, which is a first for me! The first visit went well, I wanted to use my sim in another phone (instead of the loaner they lent me) but the size of the sim required was smaller than what I had. Of course the standard practice is to charge the customer for another sim but the rep suggested that she'd cut it to the smaller size and give me the cutout to keep so that when I received my phone I can insert the sim into the cutout and it should work as new. What a brilliant idea! And I don't have to pay any extra? Then yeah, let's do it! Got my phone two days ago, inserted my smaller sim into the cutout and it works as new! Second time I visited (today) I wanted assistance with putting on my screen protector, which they placed on my phone for me. Of course, if I am being taken care of as a customer, then I'm willing to support, so I purchased a mobile hotspot from this location (after I was turned off by how expensive it was) and enjoyed the professionalism of the team that worked there. If you are in the area and need to do anything T-Mobile related, I recommend this store hands down. They are located in the plaza off of Yorktown and Westheimer, behind The Capital Grill, next to the Smashburger.
