Some of the other CLEAR dealers I have been too seem too pushy and unprofessional. They offer referral bonuses and promotional discounts, just ask them. They went as far as coming to my home and setting up my CLEAR home unit, phone & mobile internet for me as well as getting me a wireless router to complete the setup. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Would definetly go back to them for wireless networking and internet needs. I usually dont write about companies unless the service was either really good or really bad, these guys are really good at what they do.

They're right next to where a Barbi gets a lot of her crochet stuff, Jo Ann on Weslayan which is closing down sadly. It's here at Wesleyan and Bissonnet in the nice fancy part of West University, and it is such a high income area which might be why it seems a more relaxed and less frantic store than some. Typical inventory and service is good but prices here are high and there's not too many steals or deals to be had. The decor is very pretty though. I was going between a 3 and 4 but the new neon blue look at night has me hooked.

Sent the equipment back, but in Oct, got service back and got new equipment. But it was not the same, the connections were constantly droppin! WiFi connections so bad, I had to by extenders and still really did not help!! It is to the point I feel like I have to really moderate my bandwidth and never had this issue before. WTH happened??? It went from awesome to utter crap!!

I was promised that my service will be taken care of in less than a week. It took two months and I have yet to receive my $1100 credit for me getting Centerpoint out and paying out of my pocket for issue that was related to their contracted work. Terrible business care communication.
