Batteriesplus at Barker Cypress TX is the worst place to shop. This is the worst place to shop. I took my Samsung S3 in for a battery replacement, and I'm not sure what they did, but after charging, the screen went black. Now they want to charge me for the screen repair. My phone was working fine even with a swollen battery. It seems something happened while they were installing the new battery, which broke my phone. I told that incompetent technician to keep the phone, as it's not worth spending an extra $200 on the screen. My advice: please stop visiting this shop. read more

This store has wonderful customer service. Manager went out of his way to help out with our phone battery, while doing so they found that was not it and needed to be sent out for repairs. I was hesitantin paying a couple of $100 for new battery and repairs, but Manger said if we can't fix it we will fund money for battery and no charge for repairs . I would have had to buy a new phone. Well I can't afford a new phone so we took a chance. The phone works great and the repairs weren't that much after they opened it, it was under $130. Thank you for your customer service. It's hard to find that anywhere anymore. read more

Great store - I go out of my way to come here for all kinds of batteries. The manager and staff here are very helpful and will always find what you need. I've also had much better luck with the car batteries they sell here than the ones I've gotten from the chain auto parts stores. I have one of their store-brand "X2 Power" AGM batteries in my truck that is around seven years old (older than this store location!) and it still cranks every morning like a new battery. I got a car battery replaced at this location yesterday and was extremely pleased with the experience. The man that helped me was very clean cut and courteous, and knowledgeable. He replaced the battery in less than half an hour and put all the parts around the battery back very neatly. The price was much lower than a dealer and the battery much better quality. And no hassle or long wait like at Wal-Mart. Would highly recommend this location. read more

I was in the area and needed a new battery for my watch! The gentleman there was able to swap out the battery in less than 5 minutes. He even told me about the lifetime warranty and it was included for the price of just a battery change at one of those shops in the mall. Update: After speaking with the business owner Gary about my complaints he was kind enough to offer a replacement free of charge. He and his employees were very kind and professional and I am changing my review to reflect how kindly I was treated. New screen is working great! I had a screen replacement done here a few weeks ago which included a 6 month warranty. I had a few minor issues with the screen (black spot in corner and occasionally faulty keyboard) but didn't have a chance to bring it in until this morning. Unfortunately, the phone slid about 8 in from my bed onto the carpet and got a tiny crack in the screen before I brought it in and I was told this would void the warranty. Since they do not have a way to prove that the issues preceded the crack I have to pay for a new screen replacement. I was told that the crack would not have caused the black spot or issues with the keyboard but I will still have to pay since they cannot prove this. I believe the screen is lower quality (broke from an 8 in. fall into carpet?) And would not recommend getting your screen replacement here. I had my phone for years and dropped it from higher surfaces and had no problem. Two weeks after getting the screen replacement an 8 inch slide cracks the screen. I do not believe they are using quality screens if they are cracking upon the slightest impact even with a case on. read more

Have been searching around for a replacement for my Porsche's battery, found the perfect AGM battery at Batteries Plus Bulbs, the store manager, Gary (sorry if I misspelled your name :)) is really knowledgeable about cars and helped me swapped out the battery, which I hesitated to do it myself! Auto shops want at least 2X the price for a new battery + installation. Really appreciated the great service at this store, will sure come back for my future battery needs. read more
