(Early bird gets the worm, I sent my request out early this morning.) Our convo quickly went to text messages, which were very quick and clear. No nonsense, friendly, do what you need service. Good price, and they came directly to my address and literally only took 11 minutes to replace. I'll update should I run into any issues, but the screen is perfect again!

All I wanted is them to honor their work but instead they attempted to find excuses since I wouldn't pay any additional money why it's not the scree. I wouldn't recommend them for any repair needs unless you have money to give away since honesty is a business practice with them.

Joey the manager helped find the correct battery for my vehicle, and then even said he would change it out for me. I was very happy since I had worked all day and was ready to go home and relax. When he attempted to get the last terminal loose we found, that since the battery had been in for 4 years, a ring was around the post and there was a deep groove on it. This was preventing it from coming loose to put the new battery in. His partner Dale came out to help get it off around, after 20 minutes or so they were able to finally get it off. The manger Joey and his partner Dale then replaced the battery cable terminal, so that I wouldn't have an issue in the future. First of all if you want top notch service I suggest you head to this location. These guys didn't even charge me for working on my car. Many places or people would have given up, but they continued to work on it despite the trouble it was being. My Dad long ago always trusted O'Reily back home and I always went there as well. Now I see why my Dad always said to go to O'Reily. If you see Joey or Dale you know they will take good care of you, along with any of their other staff that works there. Their staff will go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of you. This company also supports local heroes and you are in good hands here. To these gentlemen and other staff that work here, Thank You for taking care of me.

I genuinely felt they intentionally gave me incorrect information, which caused me to waste my time and walk away with absolutely nothing resolved. Their dismissive, unprofessional attitude showed no respect for my time, money, or concerns. As a consumer, you expect honesty and basic professionalism, neither of which I received from them. Because of this experience, I've decided to cancel my Asurion plan through AT&T and take my business elsewhere. There are insurance companies out there that actually value their customers. Worth Ave Group, for example, covers a wide range of devices and offers straightforward service without the hassle of dealing with unprofessional employees like Tory and Ethan. Consumers have options, and I'm choosing one that treats people with respect.
