Had both of my bracelets fixed and watch repaired. I wear my bracelets all the time so they did additional work to make them stronger to avoid another issue. I haven't worn this watch in years so they got it up and running again. Quick repair time and friendly family owned business. Highly recommend!

Beware. I got my new watch sized here & he kept two of my pins from links that got tooken off & changed two of my gold pins to silver. Said that's how my watch came & said I didn't have any more pins when I asked for them & that's a lie because how would I be able to put the other links back on? Should have read the reviews. I would not go here. Go somewhere that's not a mom & pop when you have expensive things. Not trusted. read more

Good service, I had my watch resized but I was not able to go myself, when I tried it on it was a bit small (my fault for asking 2 links to be removed), they said they would fix no charge if I showed my receipt. I would give a zero but... he resized my rings wrong and one was oblong shaped. He didn't set my diamond correctly - it's about to fall out! and after 3 months I had to take it somewhere else to fix all his mistakes which cost me $500 on top of the $1000 I spent with him! Will NEVER go back and I will tell ALL my friends & family to never go there. Such poor workmanship. I gave him a chance to fix it and it was still wrong and he charged me an additional $100 to fix HIS mistakes!! read more

Took in a watch for bezel repair (bezel felt tight or stuck and could barely rotate) told the horologist what was wrong. He didn't really inspect the watch, didn't open it either but suggested a fix regardless. I agreed and paid the repair cost no questions asked. Came back to pick up the watch a few days later and it was EXACTLY the way I left it. Not fixed, not repaired, was told that parts were changed but made zero improvement. The watch was not fixed but was still charged as if it was. read more

Very poor workmanship and they will do what they want. I'm going to start by saying I don't know anything about watch's or watch repair (I wear a Apple Watch) so I took my new watch I was gifted to get some links removed and have two necklaces fixed I was charged 30$ for 2 links removed and 60 for the two necklace repair I did think it was a lot but Let it go a day later my necklace breaks and for the weekend I go to Austin to see my bf and he needs his new watch fixed and get some links taken out and his was only 12.99 lol don't recommend this place at all read more

I hate that I can't leave them a good review. I took a watch in for repair, left it with them for two weeks and when I went to pick it up the watch was still broken. I told them exactly what I observed to be the problem and was told it might be a particular part and if it needed to be replaced they would call me. No call, watch still not working when I went to pick it up. I sent the watch to the manufacturer, which I should have done from the outset, and the manufacturer confirmed the watch needed a part. The problem is it's a part that's different from what the shop suggested may need replacing. The manufacturer said the movement was damaged and had been discontinued. This was a colossal waste of time and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend them nor will I return. Granted, I know little to nothing about watch repair, but it seems to me the watch repair shop should've been able to identify a damaged movement with little difficulty read more

Received a sterling silver bracelet as a present that was too big. I had the great idea of removing one of the charms and resoldering the bracelet together in order to accomplish this. Hoang, the Master's wife, ok-ed this design and gave me an estimate of 1-2 days for completion. Admittedly, the work seems to be good. Only time will tell on the longevity of the solder, but at present looks great. The new rose gold coating over the soldered area does match with my original bracelet. Price was on the higher side about $35 for the whole ordeal. I mainly opted to go through with this pricey transaction for the time estimate, given my travel plans later in the week. Unfortunately, it ended up taking almost 5 days total due to an awaited shipment of rhodium rose-gold plating prior to completion of my order. Definitely made my departure window incredibly tight. During pickup, owner quoted $45 due to rhodium plating, but agreed to honor the original $35 after negotiation. Their location, being close to my place of residence, will definitely make me less objective in my possible future jewelry endeavors, but I ultimately am not sure if I will return. I see their watch repairs seem to be quick given prior reviews, but if you have a jewelry woe, be sure to have ample flexibility in your schedule as it can infinitely take longer than the original estimated completion date. Given that the cost of my bracelet itself is about $35, the repair is also costly. read more

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a watch repair place and I highly recommend this one. So my boyfriend is in the military and I've been running around like crazy to find a place to engrave his watch. Every place I have been to had told me they will send the watch out and it will take 4-6 weeks which I cannot wait that long as he was leaving for ranger school Monday so I had a two day time frame. But I came in and they came to the rescue. I was told they wouldn't be able to do laser engraving as it was a G-Shock and there wasn't enough room but they did hand engraving for me with my handwriting which I love!!! I stopped by 3 other days and the store was also closed. I called and texted the owner and never received any correspondence back. When I finally stopped by and the store was open, I picked up my bracelet. This was about 25 days after first dropping it off. The quality was fine. The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. This clock had been in my parents' house, and the sound of that clock ticking (it has a pendulum and makes the classic "tick-tock" sound) had been sort of the heartbeat of the home. I went back 5 days later because I had not heard anything from the owner. The store was closed when I went by. I caught it open a few days later and was told more chain had to be ordered so my bracelet would be ready as soon as a the new shipment of chain arrived and I would get a phone call. A week later I received a text saying my bracelet was ready for pick up and the store was open until 7pm. Unable to make it there that day I stopped by the next day and the store was closed. I stopped by 3 other days and the store was also closed. I called and texted the owner and never received any correspondence back. When I finally stopped by and the store was open, I picked up my bracelet. This was about 25 days after first dropping it off. The quality was fine. The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. The quality was fine but don't questions work ethic, or lack there of, or you might hurt his feelings and he will tell you not to step foot in his store again. And that's is fine by me!!

I had a great experience! Very reasonable prices on getting my watch fitted and several watches with new batteries that I've had for a while.
