Went in for a watch service. Was in and out. Great, fast, and reliable customer service!

I told my bracelet to this shop because I needed a safety chain for it. I dropped it off and was told it would be ready in 3 days. I went back 5 days later because I had not heard anything from the owner. The store was closed when I went by. I caught it open a few days later and was told more chain had to be ordered so my bracelet would be ready as soon as a the new shipment of chain arrived and I would get a phone call. A week later I received a text saying my bracelet was ready for pick up and the store was open until 7pm. Unable to make it there that day I stopped by the next day and the store was closed. I stopped by 3 other days and the store was also closed. I called and texted the owner and never received any correspondence back. When I finally stopped by and the store was open, I picked up my bracelet. This was about 25 days after first dropping it off. The quality was fine. The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. The quality was fine but don't questions work ethic, or lack there of, or you might hurt his feelings and he will tell you not to step foot in his store again. And that's is fine by me!! read more

If you have sentimental and or valuable, precious jewelry, DO NOT take to this place for repair. I had a beautiful garnet ring given to me by my friend of 33 years that passed away. I needed a prong repaired and the owner cracked the stone beyond repair. The ring is now damaged permanently. He declined to offer me compensation for the damages and did not return my money for the repairs. He said he would replace the stone, but how do you replace 33 years of memories? He also damaged my father's ring that I had resized. he cracked the gold. This guy does not know what he's doing. When his father had the business, the workmanship was always quality. This place is conveniently located inside H-E-B. They sell a lot of watches, earrings and chains but mainly most people go here for watch batteries. The gentlemen fixes the watch in less than 3 minutes. It was only $8.50. I came here around 3 years ago and got my mother-in-laws watch battery replaced. So I'm very happy with the life of the battery. read more

My wife took an older Bulova watch of mine in for cleaning, crystal replacement and a new band. When the watch was examined, the jeweler noticed that the stem and case were not able to properly seal from the environment. But he didn't mention this to my wife before she spent $130. He was also unable to get the Day feature to operate correctly. Now I have a watch that I can't wear if the humidity is high, as moisture builds up inside the watch. I asked why he didn't mention these issues to my wife and he stated that he does the work that's asked but doesn't bring up other problems. A total waste of my money and a poor attitude of service. And all of this after I had suggested to my wife to use this store. No more. I would recommend you find another jeweler. read more

I have had several gold rings sized and cleaned as well as a silver ring. I have also had custom earrings fabricated according to my request in 14k white gold. The owner/jeweler is very friendly and is an excellent jeweler who knows his craft and offers reasonable prices. The sales associates have always been friendly and helpful. I think this is a very reliable and dependable local jeweler and I would not hesitate to bring more work to them.
