I highly recommend that you avoid Cellairis phone repair located inside of Walmart at 27650 hwy…read more249. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I brought them my iPhone 14 Pro for rear glass replacement and they damaged the microphone, the proximity sensor, and the screen is just not responsive as it used to be. They are offering to repair my phone, with non-Apple parts, but I don't trust them and they're refusing to replace the phone with a working one. Stay very far away from this shop...The owner, if that is who I even spoke with, is very rude and hung up on me while trying to resolve this. I began to record my call, as proof of his reluctance to take responsibility, and he said that I am not ethical for doing so. Their negligence has caused me over $500 in repairs with Apple. Stay very far away from this incompetent shop!!!

Never trust this place. I came into this place thinking I can trust Shazz (the owner of Cellairis…read morein Walmart off 249, Tomball) he had 5 star reviews on Google and told me he would fix my specific issue on my Samsung phone. I then get the run around for almost 2 weeks and wanted to charge me more and more for something that should've been fixed in the first place. I requested to get a refund (which should be fair enough if the issue he said he would fix wasn't fixed), and he wanted to accuse me of other allegations and claimed the phone was fixed right in front of face while the phone was not even able to turn on. I've never encountered such terrible customer service at a cell phone repair place like this. Just ripped me off of almost $200 for nothing. I would never trust Shazz or the Cellairis franchise as they do not practice good workmanship, the least they could've done was give me a refund for not fixing the one issue with the phone but they didn't even do that.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS AT&T STORE!!!…read more Went into this store to upgrade my daughter's iPhone. During checkout Brad told me it was REQUIRED that I sign up for insurance "because the phone is over $1000". This was not only untrue, it is illegal to force customers to get insurance, I looked it up. The insurance was almost as much as the monthly installment for the device and significantly more than AppleCare. Why did Brad make this demand, because employees are incentivized based on how many customers are signed up for insurance. Also, if you purchase in the store they charge an additional upgrade fee ($35), which I would not have been charged if I had just ordered in the app. I know because I upgraded my phone through the app a few months back and was not charged that fee. I called AT&T directly after the purchase but to cancel the order they were going to charge me a restocking fee even though the device hadn't even been processed or shipped. I did get them to cancel the insurance, they confirmed it was optional, but they refused to refund the store added upgrade fee. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years and am VERY disappointed with the in-store experience. The only thing these stores are good for is dropping off trade-ins and maybe some limited support.

I understand that there was an increase in price as every thing has increased due to inflation and that is fine (included photo is of their price increase). But the gentleman that I'm not used to seeing there kept pressuring me to upgrade my screen protector since he stated that they no longer carry the one I had on my phone any more and as he searched for it I was able to see that they have two of the screen protector that I had on my phone. This constant up selling and the constant pressure was making me very uncomfortable about the situation. According to the gentleman that handled my case I can either upgrade for an additional $40.00 or downgrade my screen protector. I did not have the additional funds for the upgrade so I needed up down grading this screen protector even though I had seen the screen protector in their drawer. This deceptive practice of forcing the consumer to upgrade for a significant increase in price or to downgrade the protection threat was not appropriate nor appreciated. I think I might have to start looking for another replacement screen protective device from another company and I'd advise that others do the same or face the possibility of them trying to pressure you to upgrade for a enormous fee or downgrade your protection even though they have your screen protector in their drawers - as it appears that they use the deceptive practices of bait and switch.

The store was supposed to open at 10 AM and at 10:10 someone finally came out and said they couldn't get the inside lights on. It is daylight and plenty light in the store. At 10:20 I finally got into the store. The manager in charge is very unprofessional.... Slouchy. The young lady who waited on me did fix my problem, however, that problem could have been handled promptly at 10 AM. I will not go to the store again. In fact, because of the store, I am contemplating changing providers.

It was a great first impression for Verizon! I was having issues with my iPhone. For some reason, my Apple Settings were grayed out and I was not able to use my "Find My" app. Last night, my cat did not come home. He wears an Apple AirTag so I can track him on the "Find My" app. It wasn't working! That was not good timing. I had anticipated on having to spend quite a bit of time at Verizon, trying to get this issue resolved. Nope! Matt has been very well-trained by Verizon! He was able to fix it in about 10 minutes! Seriously, I expected to spend at least an hour at Verizon. There was NO waiting and Verizon has hired professional, experienced and customer-service motivated sales professionals at the Verizon-Tomball, TX location. Thank you Verizon and especially Matt King! Great work! Tricia Doddsl
