The store was supposed to open at 10 AM and at 10:10 someone finally came out and said they couldn't get the inside lights on. It is daylight and plenty light in the store. At 10:20 I finally got into the store. The manager in charge is very unprofessional.... Slouchy. The young lady who waited on me did fix my problem, however, that problem could have been handled promptly at 10 AM. I will not go to the store again. In fact, because of the store, I am contemplating changing providers.

It was a great first impression for Verizon! I was having issues with my iPhone. For some reason, my Apple Settings were grayed out and I was not able to use my "Find My" app. Last night, my cat did not come home. He wears an Apple AirTag so I can track him on the "Find My" app. It wasn't working! That was not good timing. I had anticipated on having to spend quite a bit of time at Verizon, trying to get this issue resolved. Nope! Matt has been very well-trained by Verizon! He was able to fix it in about 10 minutes! Seriously, I expected to spend at least an hour at Verizon. There was NO waiting and Verizon has hired professional, experienced and customer-service motivated sales professionals at the Verizon-Tomball, TX location. However, they only replaced the front screen and completely ignored the approved repair to the back. To make matters even worse, they returned my phone with dust or debris inside the camera, which now affects the camera quality. A professional repair should never leave a device in worse condition than it was before. The fact that this repair was handled through my insurance does not excuse incomplete or careless work. If the repair was approved, it should have been completed properly. Instead, I received incomplete service and poor workmanship. I cannot recommend this store. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the repair were extremely disappointing.
