Established in 2003.
We opened our shop in 2003 after several years providing technical support for business customers and corporations for one of the largest computer manufacturing companies. We started providing computer services and have expanded to a full range of Information Technology (IT) products and services for home customers and small businesses. We currently offer cloud solutions, including but not limited to cloud PBX Communications, Cloud backup and File backup and synchronization, Virtual Desktop, and Cloud Servers. We have strategic partnerships with the major players in the IT and Computer field to offer our customers the best integrated solutions to their IT needs.
Meet the Business Owner: Willy S.
Started working with computers at age 10 and found that many things could be accomplished by combining the right programs and computer equipment. At 17 had the opportunity to work as phone support agent for a large computer company, then went on to working for one of the largest shipping companies installing their computer systems and training customers on their use for shipping. Was then offered an opportunity to work at Compaq Computer corporation and for five years provided advanced support to business customers and internal technicians on the Commercial Portables and Handhelds division. Shortly after HP acquired Compaq in 2003 was part of a large lay off and used this as an opportunity to expand on my passion, computer service with emphasis in customer support, and opened REQ-On Technologies. Have been able to establish many business relationships with clients that until today are loyal customers and continue referring new clients. Over 70% of my clients are referrals.
