I had my battery changed and now l have 2 Apple warnings. They are both for improper parts used. I am going to bring it back in and talk to the person who fixed it. I do not like having red warnings showing on my phone. I ended up buying a new I Phone from Apple. No authorized Apple Dealer would fix the problem. The replacement battery was put in cheaply, and Apple would not touch the phone. The service person will not listen to you. The owner will talk to you and tell you they do authentic Apple batteries, but the foreign kid behind the counter does not comply. Do NOT bring your Apple phone to this place. Bring it to an Apple authorized dealer!

We did wait a bit past appointment time for someone to just get something changed but he communicated and it gave us time to look through the shop which worked perfect. We Found a huge variety of inscents and beautiful tapestries among other things we had purchased. Eric and staff were fantastic. The absolute worst experience today with Krissette. I went in to pickup an order and make a return…read more Pickup was easy enough. The return was an online order and I had the electronic receipt with the barcode ready to scan. Krissette says, no it doesn't work like that I need your phone number. Not understanding why since I had a receipt, but I gave it to her. Nothing comes up so she asks me for my email address. I again tried to tell her that she can scan the barcode I had instead of all this hassle. She begins arguing with me so I give her my email address. She then tells me I'll get $3 dollars for the item because it's the current selling price. I tell her no and asked to speak to a manager, as I had a receipt that showed I paid $15 and the return was within the 90 days store policy. She tells me she's the manager. After several back and forth she finally agrees to scan the electronic receipt but act as if the scanner couldn't move to scan my phone without me giving it to her. She then asked me if I wanted to come back when the manager was there to complete my transaction! Ma'am you told me you were the manager!! She finally scans the receipt and the purchase of course comes up with the price I paid. She then says, are you happy now? "Now get out the way so I can take care of the other customers waiting." I told her this would have been a 30 second transaction if she would have scanned the barcode on the receipt to begin with. Her attitude, customer service and knowledge was extremely poor and a horrible representation of a children's clothing brand. I'm so glad I did not have my child with me to experience such rudeness, ignorance and unprofessionalism. Carters please do a better job training your employees! Krissette is an extremely poor representation of Carters!

My gripe is that I was waiting for a phone call or notification that my new glasses were ready for pickup. Apparently they use an automated system to send a text message that I never received. If I had not called them 8 days later after ordering my new glasses, I wouldn't even have known they were ready for pickup. The rep I spoke to confirmed my phone number on file was correct. He said sometimes they have issues with the automated system but confirmed they wouldn't have made a call out for me to pick up my glasses. Not the best customer service in my opinion.
