I am in LOVE!! I had the pleasure of having Kristen! Who was highly recommended to me, now I see for very obvious reasons! She was very clear and upfront about pricing during our consultation. Kristen gave me a discount for being a first timer their! She asked what my goals were and took the time to 100% understand what I wanted for an outcome. I didn't feel rushed and I'm a very nervous and anxious person so I was asking a lot of questions and started feeling like I was talking too much but never felt she was annoyed by my many questions! Also when I've had consultations other places they picked apart my face saying "I could use this there and that there" that I never felt I needed. I felt these other places just saw me as a money ticket! Kristen was not trying to sell me anything else even when I asked her about other things I feel is wrong she honestly answered I'm not in need of that (which I know I'm not but hey I'm a girl and knit pick on everything on myself) so I loved feeling like she didn't see me as money but as a person who she wanted to help enhance what I really wanted. Which is special! I'm a hairdresser so I understand consultations and even took a few tips from her patience and understanding of my wants! I am a BABY with pain!!! Kristen gave me a couple options to help with my fear of pain. I went in with a panic attack (not because of them I'm just a very anxious person and going somewhere for my first time is very nerve wrecking) but from the man I spoke to on the phone who was beyond accommodating and the woman at the front desk who was very welcoming then sitting in the room with Kristen it was like I completely felt like I've known them and my anxiety was gone! I've had my lips done before, and I can't express enough how kristen was able to make it as painless as possible and the "tough parts" (keep in mind I'm a baby) she talked me through and was very honest about what was going to happen and did it on my time! Always making sure my comfort was a priority! The salon was beautiful and comfortable with a zen like vibe! I can't say enough about my whole experience. I can't wait to see kristen again! Defiantly my to-go to girl!!! NOT TO MENTION!!!! My lips are EXACTLY how I wanted them! The pout, the lining, where I wanted the volume, everything! As far as the Botox she explained the results are not like lips where you see results immediately but I do feel like I already see a difference and I trust her! She Is very knowledgeable and I felt very welcomed and appreciated! Thank you kristen!!!

In the past it's always been a machine and putting serum in my face this one was a lot less of that and more of a mask/massage. I walked out with a lot of the masks still on me. The one thing that was very unsettling was the music that was playing. It was Christmas rap music. The last thing you would expect to feel soothing at a spa. The technician was great and turned it off as I was told her it was making me very anxious. I bought a package during Black Friday, but after the package, I don't know that I would return.

I really have liked this place, but the last few visits have left an uneasy feeling in me. I got a…read moreroot canal done recently and had been informed that it was necessary since my tooth failed the diagnostic cold test (even though it wasn't even hurting anymore). They were even able to take care of it the day of, but I hadn't realized that they would be essentially destroying my tooth into a nub. At the time, I felt like it made no difference to get a second opinion or not and it had felt like it would be an urgent issue to not treat it at the moment, so I said sure. They had informed me that they would bill my insurance and I knew my insurance was supposed to cover it up to 50%. Well, come to find out that it's pretty standard for insurance to require a certain percentage of damage to have occurred before they're willing to cover it. I was very upset to find out that my insurance had a separate opinion say it wasn't damaged enough and that I had to pay the bill in full. The financial consultant at the dentist's informed me that this was common and that they had in fact already appealed twice (without my knowledge). I was not very happy to find out that not only did they know that this could have been an issue with my insurance and fail to inform me prior to my procedure (in which case I probably would have asked them to check with my insurance for coverage BEFORE getting the procedure done), but also that because they had already appealed without my knowledge, I had less power to have a say in the case, such as providing information relevant to my specific policy, which in fact does NOT mention any sort of percentage of damage required. As much as I have enjoyed their care up to date, I was very disappointed in how my care was managed in this particular situation and it has definitely affected how much I trust my service with them in the future. While I recommend them for general care, I would be wary to some degree and seek a second opinion before getting involved in a major oral procedure.

Signature smiles have fallen embarrasingly short when it comes to their legal and ethical obligations to their duty of care to their patients. This is my last attempt to seek a civil resolution from the owners Dr. Sharma and Dr. Ranji for the work Dr. Brown performed, knowing that I was not going to be approved for a crown to begin with, destroying my teeth..as Stevie Wonder could see clearly. There is soooo much more that I'm leaving out due to the fact that this may have to go into civil and/or criminal aspects. I am simply asking for the help I originally came in for and to fix all of the mistakes made while under the care of signature smiles. I need my mouth unfucked now!! I am done being patient and polite, this is completely irresponsible by ones who call themselves professionals and I have been bullshitted since the first time they said they submitted for my crowns and never did(have proof of that too)! Ball is in your court, Drs.... my mouth isn't going anywhere, and neither are your ethical and legal obligations or your duty of care you signed up for. Hope to hear from your office soon, and I will most definitely see you in court if not. Thank you.

I trust him like no other dentist I have ever had. Other dentists have done crowns and I've been with unsightly bonding. With the work Dr Gaber has done. You can't tell they're crowns or fillings. His staff is probably going to come on to say that it might still be covered that the insurance process is not complete but I called insurance and they simply don't cover that. I went back for a cleaning today and I expressed my discomfort at the prospect of having more than bitewing xrays ( and the American Dental Association has guidelines I was going by you can look them up your self even the ADA thinks dentists are going overboard with xrays) and he kicked me out for not doing exactly what he wants. I can only conclude he cares more about profit than respecting his patients and their bodily autonomy. Another thing that I found unprofessional were his receptionist texted me and threatened to cancel my appointment and charge me 75 dollars for a missed appointment if I didn't confirm the appointment with them. What's with that? I don't know about you, maybe you are the type that just goes along with whatever the dentist says, and if you are just interested in being told what to do and don't want any input about your oral health and are willing to just put money in the hands of someone who sees you as a profit center then you and Sherif Gabr will get along marvelously.
