Good service good price the staff is nice and the location is easy to find with lots of parking.

Good pricing, nice staff, clean office. Excellent job for my eyebrow tattoo removal. Have been a client for many years.

Highly recommend for tattoo removal services. Service has always been very good and I've felt well taken care of. After 4 sessions, my tattoo is almost gone. I feel the prices are reasonable but do increase based on the size of the area. There is ample parking as this office is located within a larger medical building. Facilities are clean and everyone adheres to mask mandates. Laser tattoo removal is painful but the folks here try their best to make you comfortable. read more

I can't stop looking at myself. Went in and saw Dr. Padilla to get my lips done and I couldn't be happier. I came in with an idea and pictures and she worked wonders. I knew what I wanted was a stretch but she pulled it off. I didn't get any bruising, minimal discomfort during and after the procedure, and felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends! read more

Great job being professional and courteous while removing my tattoos. I am halfway through the process and couldn't be happier.

I went to Abbey Aesthetics for tattoo removal and loved my experience. They are very knowledgeable about the removal process and walked me through what to expect before starting. During each session they insured I was as comfortable as possible. The price is very reasonable for removal and they offer discounts and 'sale' pricing often. I highly recommend them for tattoo removal. read more

I've had a few treatments done here by both Dr. Padilla and aesthetic nurse Amanda over the past few years and I have never had one complaint. The office is clean and comfortable, Dr. Padilla and staff are all extremely knowledgeable and my results come out perfect with each and every treatment. read more

I've had Restylane fillers done twice with Dr. Padilla and will be back. You purchase the filler by the syringe and she helps you figure out what look you're trying to achieve and provides suggestions for the most natural look possible. I had filler put in a deep wrinkle in my forehead and also in my upper lip and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Padilla is amazing. Her bedside manner, ability to make you feel comfortable and thoroughness in explaining your procedure and answering your questions are excellent. She really takes the time to hear your concerns and provide her suggestions. In addition, her staff is friendly, I've never waited long for an appointment and the office itself is very clean. read more

Finding Dr. Padilla completely changed my life! I have spent years trying to get rid of belly fat and nothing worked- despite rigorous diet and exercise. I went to other doctors for a Smart Lipo consult but Dr. Padilla and the staff sold me right off the bat. The doctor was very upfront about how the Smart Lipo procedure would go, thoroughly answered all my questions and even explained all the costs to me. The surgery went just as she described it would. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and explained everything very well as the procedure went on. I am about 5 days post op from my abdominal Smart Lipo and my only regret is that I did not do this sooner. I am so happy with my results so far and I still have a long way to go with healing. Thank you so much to everyone at Abbey Aesthetics! read more

Fantastic experience! I had a laser tattoo removal treatment and it could not have gone better, this is how every office should be run. Two wonderful young ladies guided me through the process and started the procedure after some paper work. Super friendly and I was surprised at how fast and effective the first treatment was. read more

Dr. Padilla is amazing! I came in today for laser hair removal and dark spot treatment. She was so gentle and effective which made the experience painless. My dark spots are already lightening up and hair on my upper lip is already less noticeable. I will continue coming here for all my cosmetic needs! Thanks Abbey Aesthetics!!!! read more

What did I like about Dr Padilla, everything! Initial pre-COVID consultation was informative with no pressure what so ever to book an appointment. This was my first time considering BoTox and Filler, so I was a bit apprehensive. I delayed making an appointment because of COVID, and finally went back in for the procedures in September. I felt comfortable in the office - they had great COVID procedures in place. Dr Padilla made me feel totally relaxed explaining what she would be doing, and what I could expect. What I really liked, is she pays great attention to details, and considers what would be best for your facial shape. To my surprise, I could go shopping after my appointment, as no one would know that I had anything done - no redness, bruising etc. I am beyond thrilled with the results, and I'm so thankful I found her! She is totally amazing! read more

I received wonderful care during my abdominal liposuction and for my follow up appointments. They helped me figure out my options and talked me through deciding if liposuction (or any procedure) was right for me. I'm excited to go back for Kybella. I'm a body piercer with extensive training on aseptic technique and cross contamination. They were wonderfully clean, and at no point was I uncomfortable with the way they were handling anything. I did have minor pain during the procedure, but nothing out of what you should expect during such a procedure. The desk receptionist was wonderful and it was very easy to set both my pre-op appointment and actual appointment. read more

Dr. Padilla is the absolute best! I had very botched microblading that gave me extremely severe looking, unnatural brows, which I was having them removed with a saline treatment. Because I was not seeing results, I finally decided to get laser tattoo removal with Abbey Aesthetics. After 3 short sessions, the ink is gone, and I have no scarring (which is amazing since I am prone to keloids)! Now I am no longer self conscious or worried about people looking at my eyebrows. I highly recommend Abbey Aesthetics for tattoo/microblading removal! read more

5 stars is definitely in order here. Everyone here is so nice, from the office people to the actual providers. They've obviously changed their practices a bit, in light of all the pandemic stuff going on. However, everything is extremely sterile and sanitary, and the entire office is immaculate. What else would you really expect, if you're having these kind of hair removal services done though. Now, as for my results, there didn't seem to be too much observable difference at first. That was after only the first few weeks. However, after consistently keeping and attending all of my sessions here, I've noticed considerable difference within the past year. (Actually, a little more than a year now... about 16 months or so in total, so far.) The hair is much thinner and lighter, especially around my bikini line and underarms area. My legs are also a lot smoother now, and I don't feel as self-conscious about showing them off at the beach or now that warmer summer weather has arrived. Overall, this is a great practice, very well-operated with highly competent doctors and administrative office people working in a very sterile and immaculately clean office. This is definitely a practice that I'd recommend without any reservation to any woman (or even man) looking to achieve noticeable results, in terms of lesser or thinner hair in areas that you don't want. Maybe they're priced a bit higher on the end of the spectrum than other mediocre hair removal service companies in Bloomfield, Hartford, Windsor, etc. However, in my brutally honest opinion (and trust me, I wouldn't lie to you now, would I? lol), this practice is worth every penny! read more

I have been going to Abbey Aesthetics for about four years, and I find them to be an exceptional practice. Dr. Padilla has a great staff, who provide excellent service to their clients. Dr. Padilla is a master with the needle, she explains exactly what is happening and when you may feel a little pinch, and the results she achieves continue to exceed my expectations. She has been able to make my forehead wrinkles disappear and she has given me cheeks, all without the cost or down time of plastic surgery. I have recommended her to a number of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. P V. Thomas read more

I've been to this clinic twice. Let's just say that my experience was one of the best I've ever had. I went see Doctor Padilla to get my lip fillers fixed, I had previously had went somewhere else in Massachusetts where I am from & they totally messed up my lips! I was just there again on valentines Day for a a touch up and again I am very pleased.. always make sure when getting fillers in any part of your face that the injector takes time to analyze your face. Some don't and that's what had previously happened to me. I recommend this place over and over again.. I will be back in a few months.. You won't be disappointed. Prices are pretty fair and the extra 45minute drive for me is worth every penny! Thanks Doctor Padilla From the Lip Model :) read more

I first met Dr. Babara Padilla of Abbey Aesthetics when I was looking for a Primary Physician. She is an MD and can handle all of my health needs and this made me feel SO confident in what she had to offer for cosmetic treatments from hair removal to peels to state of the art laser treatments of EVERY kind! I will say I had a treatment somewhere else to smooth out a scar...well, the other place left a bigger scar! I do not know if people know that allot of these clinics can just rent equipment and they will assure you the doctor will do it and the day you get there and are on the table some assistant is doing it! Not at Abbey Aesthetics. Dr. Barbara Padilla is Board Certified, she is and MD and she is lovely to talk to! She takes her time asking about your concerns and then tells you what treatments she has available.I am happy to say Doctor Barbara took care of my scar that was left from the "other place" and it is barely noticeable. I just love going there the staff if really friendly too. she evn does a free consult. My girlfriend had a groupon for "another" place and was just about to get have laser liposuction or as they call it Smartlipo. I told her to go to Abbey and she couldn't believe the results she got on her abs and her underarm fat! read more

So there I was, the ugliest duckling of the bunch. Constantly put down because of my cystic acne, acne scars, and oily skin. Lucky for me, I had nothing to fear because Dr. Padilla was there! She is a kind, compassionate and extremely intelligent woman who first helped me understand why I was getting acne so I could prevent future outbreaks as well as removing most of my scars with the Laser Genesis treatment. Staff was superb and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. read more

Dr Padilla is truly amazing!!!! so glad I found her 7 years ago and have been a patient ever since. I have suffered from bad skin since my teenage years .. I've also had a lot of sun damage..large pores... uneven skin tone...texture... Melasma spots etc . My treatments consisted of laser Genesis and Titan and also Botox...Very satisfied and minimal down time. I love the results, my skin looks radiant couldn't be happier:) Dr Padilla has impeccable chair side manners ... Her team is professional!! Thank you!!! I no longer have to be self conscious about my skin. read more

I went to Dr. Padilla because she has a Cutera Excel V laser. I had an almost dime size venous lake on my lip for 15 yrs due to an injury. Other doctors told me that the only way to get rid of it was surgery which would leave a large scar. I was advised that leaving it alone and just covering the purple mark with lipstick was my best option. Over the years I kept checking to see if laser technology would advance to the point of working for my problem. It has!!! Dr Padilla used the Excel V on my venous lake and in just one treatment it is gone. The day of treatment the purple lump was gone and totally flat. I did not have any blistering or peeling of any kind. My lip was slightly swollen for about a day or two but not painful. Within a few weeks my lip looked like it did before the injury. It has been 2 months since treatment and everything is still perfect. Not only did I have a perfect outcome but the cost was very affordable. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. I am so happy to not feel self conscious of my lip anymore! The Excel V actually has its own setting for a venous lake in the controls! read more

Super disappointed in my consultation experience here especially after all the great reviews. Came in to talk about laser hair removal but specifically also about various cosmetic options for my face. Consultant didn't even put me in the chair and look at my face in any significant light; suggested that I have electrolysis instead of the laser procedure; and seemed uninterested in giving me suggestions for my face. Considering that this is a business that relies solely on discretionary spending and people needing to feel good and that their providers are interested in them I left pretty crushed. Won't be bothering to make a further appointment read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Padilla for over 6 years. I cannot express what a professional and talented physician she is in the area of cosmetic procedures. I have received fillers for my face and the results have always been symmetrical and natural looking unlike others I have seen who have received these treatments. She is meticulous in performing any service. What she does not do is "hard sell" treatments that one does not need or want.I highly recommend her for cosmetic procedures . read more

I had cellulaze done over a year ago by dr Padilla. It was done on cellulite on buttocks and thighs. She told me I was "the perfect candidate". I am in shape. It was sooooo painful and traumatic and I couldn't exercise comfortably for 4 months. It was depressing and disappointing. I felt misinformed. The three huge dimples I wanted gone are still there today and it was a complete waste of money. read more

had a trusculpt treatment done.. but it honestly wasn't what I expected for $1500 that I barely had.. I wouldn't recommend the trusculpt option since it hardly made my body change (I couldn't even really notice it on my own).. everyone was professional but the results really kind of defeat the purpose. read more
