In the past it's always been a machine and putting serum in my face this one was a lot less of that and more of a mask/massage. I walked out with a lot of the masks still on me. The one thing that was very unsettling was the music that was playing. It was Christmas rap music. The last thing you would expect to feel soothing at a spa. The technician was great and turned it off as I was told her it was making me very anxious. I bought a package during Black Friday, but after the package, I don't know that I would return.
