I was excited to feel welcomed and not pressured into multiple beauty fixes. I have an annoying freckle that stares me in the mirror with a mind of its own. When the sun comes out, she peeks out too...betch! Hahaha. I'm working on banishing her and the other overlords from my kingdom but I have to be patient. There is no overnight magic cream for this. It's a two-week brew and I'm just glad I found this lovely location and excellent staff. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about Anita at Beauty Fix! From the moment I walked in, I was feeling the weight of age catching up to me--but Anita completely changed that. Her eye for detail and natural beauty is truly unmatched. She took one look at my face, carefully assessed my features, and knew exactly what I needed. With just the right amount of filler and Botox, she refreshed and lifted my entire look--without overdoing it. The results are incredible and so natural! I walked out not only looking younger, but feeling confident and radiant again. Anita is truly an artist and a master at her craft. If you're considering any kind of injectables, trust me--Anita is the best in the business. read more

I trust no one else with my filler and Botox. Anita does a wonderful job with symmetry.

Face It hands down is best place for aesthetics treatment. Fantastic deals on your injectable's or maybe you want to try coolsculpting that extra fat off. . Btwn cardio, medication and diet change coupled with this treatment; it is a great add to your self care routine! Julie is my go too woman for my Botox and fuller. Julie and Maddison I've also gotten facials from. Getting all that dead skin and clogged pores off. Thankful that a friend referred me to Julie when I first moved here. Amazing clinician and friend :) read more

Anita is the best! She's so talented, experienced and has the best personality. She will answer any question, explain everything to you and make you look & feel your best! XO to Anita ;) Jodi is also amazing and I travel a long distance to get to them. I tell my friends about FaceIt and wanted to show the transformation after this facial. read more

I had ten units of sculptra and ten units of radiesse done at the practice but have seen zero results now over six months post-treatment. The provider kept asking me to add more units, showing me before-and-after photos of someone who supposedly had done 100 units. But the after photos they showed me were the ones immediately after the injection with bandages still on. We all know that the immediate swelling would fade in a few days. They didn't seem to be concerned about what the real final results would be and never asked me to schedule a follow-up appointment. All they seemed to care about was to get as much money out of me as possible. In addition, the procedure was done in a rush. The provider kept telling me she had another patient waiting. My experience with the medspa was extremely disappointing, as the overpriced treatment generated no results. read more

Anita, Michael, and the team were very welcoming at my first appt at Face It. It is refreshing to be greeted with smiles and upbeat tones - even at 6:00 PM on a Thursday! Anita was thorough in listening to my concerns and provided clear feedback and course of action. She took a conservative approach with my procedure as I was a little nervous, but encouraged me to make an additional appt if I felt it was necessary after a couple weeks. Overall fast, pleasant and safe experience. Would highly recommend Anita and team. Thank you! read more

I had a mediocre experience at this establishment. I first had a consultation to discuss some dark spots on the side of my face and under my eye. the rest of my skin is quite clear. I spoke with one of the treatment providers, i explained and was eager to get the results we spoke of. she ensured me that she can the treatment would remove the spots. the day of the treatment talked me into doing my entire face as opposed to spot treating...i agreed. it was significant increase in cost for the entire face. but j was concerned with potential line of demarcation if I didn't find the entire face. there was no follow-up call from the provider to see how I was or to ensure the treatment was a success so I initiate a call for a follow-up visit. i explain to my treatment provider that I saw no change to the spots under my eye ... they were the same as they had been prior to the treatment. she then told me the spots are too close to your eye and can not use the laser that close to the eye. I was a little bit taken aback in that I had consultation prior to having the treatment done and said to her well why didn't you tell me that during the consultation that was that point time it was just a awkward silence and a shrug of the shoulder in my opinion if a treatment is not going to work they should be up front and tell you so instead of just taking your money under false pretenses. read more

I can't say enough good things about Face It!!! I've been going for about a year and participate in the membership program. Two areas is about $120/month and you get regular refills, as well as a 15% discount on other products and services. Anita Wolf is absolutely amazing and a super talented injector. She's done my cheeks, tear troughs and lips with Restylane and I love the Dysport above my brows. I never bruise with her and the Restylane results are instant gratification! I also have to mention how awesome Jodi is!! Jodi was able to clear up my rosacea better than any M.D. dermatologist I've seen over the years. Seriously, I mean it when I say Jodi is a miracle worker! Treat yourself to a Hydrafacial Luxe (the Luxe includes microneedling) and I swear to you that your skin will be glowing in the dark! You'll also be so relaxed, you may not be safe to drive home after! This med spa is super clean and comfortable. Don't roll the dice anywhere else! read more

Refreshing, relaxing and results are what I get when I go for facials with Maddison. I am always very relaxed when lying there and know that my face is in good hands. Will be back! read more

Aaaamazing! After going to Jodi for over a year my skin has never been better. Every product she recommends is tailored to my needs and has taken care of all my concerns and basically reversed my skin age by at least 10 years. I am 40 and I feel like I look better than I did at 30. And Anita is a rockstar. She knows her stuff and I trust her implicitly. The entire staff is just amazing! read more

When I went in for an initial consult, I ended up being offered Dysport injections right on the spot, which made me feel pressured to say yes before taking the time I should have to really consider my options. I was interested, asked lots of questions, and thought that I was making the most informed decision when I said yes, but there was a major miscommunication about what I was having done and the cost. The staff tried to accommodate by adjusting to a lower price, but it was still very upsetting to feel misled about facial injections. On top of the bad experience, the amount was incorrect so results were not up to par and lasted less than 8 weeks (including the 2 that it took to see them). I did appreciate the polite staff and very clean and nice environment. read more

Anita and her staff are absolutely amazing. 20 years ago and made a sad mistake of getting a tattoo on my foot. Anita has been treating this tattoo and is very supportive and comforting. She has given me nothing but realistic expectations for the outcome and has worked with me along the way! I couldn't be happier! It's the only place I trust. read more

Jodi is amazing! I have struggled with acne for 10+ years and my skin is finally clear and more importantly, I feel confident in my skin without makeup on. I book a facial with her every few months and completely trust that whatever I need that day, she'll take care of it and do whatever facial is best for you! read more

I came in for a consultation for Botox and advice on how to even out my skin tone. I met with Amanda the nurse practitioner and was AMAZING! I was so nervous for needles in my face and looking unnatural. I decided to do it on the spot and while I was very nervous Amanda continued to soothe me and perform her task professionally! I literally just did this today and so I'm not seeing full results yet but I know I will be back and I'm so grateful to have had Amanda's support through the process!! read more

Went to Esthetician, "Anita", and had one of the worst experiences that I have EVER had at a spa. A total nightmare of an experience. She didn't listen to my needs as a client, kept asking personal questions during my treatment, and I left feeling that it wasn't worth the money spent. I have had much better experiences at other establishments in the area. read more

I had this rashy redness in my face, saw 3 different dermatologists, multiple different facials at different places. No one could figure it out. I decided to give it one more try since this place is below Fringe where I get my hair done. So I called, saw their dermatologist for a consultation and she immediately said she knew what it was and gave me a prescription grade medication to use. My face hasn't looked this good in years. Just went for a facial and got a second medication to use at night and I feel hope that I'm on a solid path to have clear skin for the first time in my life. I will be a customer of Face It forever and I'm grateful for their help. read more

I did a lot of research before coming to see Anita and her staff. Not only are they professional and clean, but they are truly lovely people who care about making sure you're satisfied and happy. I never felt rushed, pressured or upsold. Anita takes the time to evaluate you and recommend what she believes will give you the best results (whether you want WOAH or natural looks). I strutted out of Face It like I was a VS Angel or on my way to steal your man. I'm extremely happy with the results. read more

I love Face It, I come here for facials and recently had IPL. I've had IPL before at other locations in the area and it didn't seem to work as much as I thought it should. When I got it done here I noticed changes immediately and the one specific pesky brown spot by my eye brow is now gone! I'll definitely be going back for another IPL. My mom is handicapped and must use a motor chair to be mobile, Face It has a handicapped entrance and have spa tables that lower so that my mom can easily transfer and lay down and be comfortable. This was wonderful that my mom can experience spa services again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming read more
