I had ten units of sculptra and ten units of radiesse done at the practice but have seen zero results now over six months post-treatment. The provider kept asking me to add more units, showing me before-and-after photos of someone who supposedly had done 100 units. But the after photos they showed me were the ones immediately after the injection with bandages still on. We all know that the immediate swelling would fade in a few days. They didn't seem to be concerned about what the real final results would be and never asked me to schedule a follow-up appointment. All they seemed to care about was to get as much money out of me as possible. In addition, the procedure was done in a rush. The provider kept telling me she had another patient waiting. My experience with the medspa was extremely disappointing, as the overpriced treatment generated no results. read more

I had a mediocre experience at this establishment. I first had a consultation to discuss some dark spots on the side of my face and under my eye. the rest of my skin is quite clear. I spoke with one of the treatment providers, i explained and was eager to get the results we spoke of. she ensured me that she can the treatment would remove the spots. the day of the treatment talked me into doing my entire face as opposed to spot treating...i agreed. it was significant increase in cost for the entire face. but j was concerned with potential line of demarcation if I didn't find the entire face. there was no follow-up call from the provider to see how I was or to ensure the treatment was a success so I initiate a call for a follow-up visit. i explain to my treatment provider that I saw no change to the spots under my eye ... they were the same as they had been prior to the treatment. she then told me the spots are too close to your eye and can not use the laser that close to the eye. I was a little bit taken aback in that I had consultation prior to having the treatment done and said to her well why didn't you tell me that during the consultation that was that point time it was just a awkward silence and a shrug of the shoulder in my opinion if a treatment is not going to work they should be up front and tell you so instead of just taking your money under false pretenses. read more

Two areas is about $120/month and you get regular refills, as well as a 15% discount on other products and services. Anita Wolf is absolutely amazing and a super talented injector. She's done my cheeks, tear troughs and lips with Restylane and I love the Dysport above my brows. I never bruise with her and the Restylane results are instant gratification! I also have to mention how awesome Jodi is!! Jodi was able to clear up my rosacea better than any M.D. dermatologist I've seen over the years. When I went in for an initial consult, I ended up being offered Dysport injections right on the spot, which made me feel pressured to say yes before taking the time I should have to really consider my options. I was interested, asked lots of questions, and thought that I was making the most informed decision when I said yes, but there was a major miscommunication about what I was having done and the cost. The staff tried to accommodate by adjusting to a lower price, but it was still very upsetting to feel misled about facial injections. On top of the bad experience, the amount was incorrect so results were not up to par and lasted less than 8 weeks (including the 2 that it took to see them). I love Face It, I come here for facials and recently had IPL. I've had IPL before at other locations in the area and it didn't seem to work as much as I thought it should. When I got it done here I noticed changes immediately and the one specific pesky brown spot by my eye brow is now gone! I'll definitely be going back for another IPL. My mom is handicapped and must use a motor chair to be mobile, Face It has a handicapped entrance and have spa tables that lower so that my mom can easily transfer and lay down and be comfortable. I injured my shoulder years ago and recently re-triggered the injury helping a friend move. I went into Faceit in a momentous amount of pain. Despite the fact that I could not describe the nature of my injury or provide any X-rays or documentation , Kristin understood the issue and the treatment she administered relieved me of a great deal of the stiffness and pain I have been living with for years. After my initial injury, I saw a physical therapist and while those exercises helped incrementally, this treatment was far superior. If you feel that physical therapy isn't enough...this is the way to go. I plan on returning much more! read more
