I was worried that this wouldn't be relaxing, or it would even hurt. Let me first say that they put you in a sauna for as long as you can stand, and then a wet sauna. Next you go into the room face up, and the scrubbing starts. Well, it is not as relaxing as a massage, by any means There is much satisfaction in the results. We received a confirmation we were booked.The day before the appointment, we received a confirmation notice to confirm our appointment and when we clicked to confirm, we noticed they did not adhere to our request. We received a call from Sarah stating WE chose the masseuses and they do not look at the notes until the day before our appointment and if we cancel we will lose the amount we paid of $340. I told her there was no option to choose any masseuses when we booked, that is why we entered the comment. I then went online to book an appointment to check if what she said is something that changed since we booked our appointment . The system did not have an option to choose a masseuse. While online I noticed, It also states if the appointment is canceled late we lose 45% of the cost not 100% as she stated. On a good note, the masseuses we had were very good. I would suggest anyone booking to call and inform of any notes/requests and a follow up email requesting confirmation of exact services requested.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone!
