I had to fill out a form about my health history, areas of concern and discussed with Rebecca that I'd like my upper back, shoulders and neck to get extra attention. I wanted my lower back to be avoided due to an annular tear in L4 and to focus on my right trocanter because of my sciatica. Unfortunately, as much as she agreed and acknowledged my request, none of it was followed through. I did tell her I prefer a harder pressure versus a Swedish massage and was never asked if pressure was okay. Other than that, I had an overall good experience.

Staff was very helpful and at times would pop in with a wet cold towel (always at the perfect time) and while in the salt tepidarium surprised us with a healthy juice shot. Love an experience and this one was truly great! They provide a watch so you can keep track of your time and the stations! As well as sandals that can go into all the areas - even the pools!
