It was our first time, but definitely not our last!! The Float therapy was AMAZING!! You are in an individual float chamber with 1,100 lbs of Epsom Salt. You can lower the lights or turn it off completely, we each opted for the stars and meditation music. I've never felt so relaxed!! We did the Float and Fly package, which is a 60 minute float, 60 minute CBDestressor massage, and CBD facial. The spa is beautiful and you begin to relax as soon as you walk in. They also offer mimosas, champagne, wine, coffee or tea and refilled us between each service!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and ensure that you have an amazing experience. Olivia and Liz did our facials and were so great (I fell asleep so that says a lot). My daughter had Shante as her massage therapist and she raves about her! I had Rebecca and she was fine but I think she may be newer to massage therapy as her touch was extremely light. I know I could have asked for more pressure, but I get a deep tissue massage every 2-3 weeks and I'm used to more pressure. Overall it was a relaxing massage!! Needless to say, we will definitely be back!! Thank you Eliana A Del Soul for making my daughter's birthday great!!

On the outside it just looks like a random house in a plaza of restaurants and other businesses. It's super clean and tidy. The ambiance is so relaxing. All staff members are very professional and pleasant. I had to fill out a form about my health history, areas of concern and discussed with Rebecca that I'd like my upper back, shoulders and neck to get extra attention. I wanted my lower back to be avoided due to an annular tear in L4 and to focus on my right trocanter because of my sciatica. Unfortunately, as much as she agreed and acknowledged my request, none of it was followed through. I did tell her I prefer a harder pressure versus a Swedish massage and was never asked if pressure was okay. Other than that, I had an overall good experience.

I had a 60 minute Swedish Massage with Elle at Body of Needs Spa yesterday and have finally found my new MT and Spa home!! The experience begins with being welcomed by their delightful receptionist who offered me water and had me fill out their very detailed intake form that asks everything from specific areas of focus, lotion or oil preference, amount of pressure and all the things your MT needs to tailor your massage. Elle came out to get me and brought me in to a very tranquil treatment room. There is a whiteboard on the wall and Elle used it to note where I wanted her to focus, any thing that was important to me for my massage and then she stepped out so that I could undress. As she started the massage, the pressure was a little lighter than I wanted so I told her and she immediately adjusted. She really worked on my problem areas and gave a great full body massage!! I'm a little sore today, but in the best possible way!! I immediately scheduled my next appointment with Elle as soon as I got in the car; a 90 minute this time,. Their online booking makes it so easy to book, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. Needless to say Elle and Body of Needs are my new go to!!

While I am familiar with, and routinely receive deep tissue massage from other therapists and centers, Santina's technique catered to my comfort level in a way I have never experienced. The Ashiatsu massage was my first, and it did not disappoint. The therapeutic aspects were very evident in the following days through the diminished chronic pain level associated with past injuries. Her massage studio is housed in a cute rehabbed red train caboose located in the quaint Cromwell historic district. Talk about charm! Easy access to her place from both 91 or Route 9. Literally minutes from Middletown, Portland, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, and Glastonbury. Plenty of parking and easy accessibility with stairs and a ramp from the parking lot. Santina is proficient in many styles of massage that you won't find at your run-of-the-mill massage places. Not only will this be the best massage you can get but the owner is probably one of the most genuinely nice people you will meet. She cares deeply about each client, pays attention to the small details, and is always super pleasant and professional. If you're a believer like me that only people with good positive karma/energy should be in your personal space, Santina is who you want in your corner. A++++ all the way around.
