I was skeptical at first--the outside gave off more nail salon vibes than high-end spa. Once inside, the massage rooms are simple, with walls that don't go all the way up and curtains separating the spaces, so you can hear what's going on around you. I laid on the table thinking, "What did I get myself into?" But let me tell you--this was the BEST massage I've ever had. I've been to spas all over the world, spent top dollar on deep tissue massages, and this guy blew them all away. His technique was absolutely perfect. I was zoned out, relaxed, and left feeling incredible. He even healed a pain I'd had in my back for two years. I went back again today, got in right away, and the second massage was even better. Now that I wasn't on edge, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything is. It's basic, but spotless--and that matters most to me. Also? $65 for 60 minutes. Insane. Leave a fat tip--they deserve it. And the hot stones? 10,000/10.

When we walked in, we were happily greeted by the women at the front and asked to complete a short survey of the focal point of massage and pressure on an iPad. We were then brought back to the couples massage room. **They are very quick and do not give much time to get undressed, but friendly and professional when knocking to come in. We started off laying face down with a big towel on our backs. We were massaged with the towel on our backs for a little bit, and then to the massage oils where the towel was removed. My masseuse made sure the pressure and comfort was good throughout the massage We did have the hot stones as an option, however, the hot stones didn't last more than a few minutes. I wish they rotated out the stones and it was a little bit longer as this is very relaxing. I was not expecting the little face massage that I received. However, it was nice to release the lymph nodes and the sinus cavity. I also didn't expect the slapping of my body limbs the massage was done. This was definitely not expected and removed the relaxing aspect of the massage. Overall it was a great massage and I would come back

I had a 60 minute Swedish Massage with Elle at Body of Needs Spa yesterday and have finally found my new MT and Spa home!! The experience begins with being welcomed by their delightful receptionist who offered me water and had me fill out their very detailed intake form that asks everything from specific areas of focus, lotion or oil preference, amount of pressure and all the things your MT needs to tailor your massage. Elle came out to get me and brought me in to a very tranquil treatment room. There is a whiteboard on the wall and Elle used it to note where I wanted her to focus, any thing that was important to me for my massage and then she stepped out so that I could undress. As she started the massage, the pressure was a little lighter than I wanted so I told her and she immediately adjusted. She really worked on my problem areas and gave a great full body massage!! I'm a little sore today, but in the best possible way!! I immediately scheduled my next appointment with Elle as soon as I got in the car; a 90 minute this time,. Their online booking makes it so easy to book, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. Needless to say Elle and Body of Needs are my new go to!!

I am a huge fan of Caring Hands. Their COVID measures are fantastic. Also, at Christmas, Carrie Teslof runs an awesome fundraiser, donating a portion of gift card sales to people undergoing cancer treatment. Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. I would absolutely go back for a massage and cupping!
