BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone! I reached out to them again a couple of weeks ago but they didn't respond at all. I asked if we could come to some sort of agreement but they are not responding to me at all. I have no choice but to report this company. BEWARE OF ELITE MASSAGE!!!

Got a same day appointment for foot reflexology and ended up doing a 60 minute whole body treatment…read morewhich was amazing! And only $60! The primary focus was on my feet which felt relaxing and therapeutic. So much different than the quick massage you get with a pedicure. Hot stones were also used which was a nice touch. We were a couple minutes late, and it finished early, so instead of a full 60 minutes, I got 45. But despite the shortened massage finishing before an hour, I still had to pay for the full price! They were flexible with scheduling and contact via email, but my therapist wasn't engaging and didn't talk much. My friend enjoyed her massage, and her therapist was great- both of them had just the right touch!

When I…read morefirst walked in I thought it looked kind of small and didn't have really high expectations. Very glad I was wrong... this was seriously one of the BEST (if not the best) massages I've ever had. The women were professional, friendly and generated relaxing vibes. The woman working on me found places I was holding tension and knots in my body that I had no idea existed. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I was also provided with stretching techniques, which I really appreciated. I've gone to a bunch of places before and no one has ever offered stretching techniques. We will definitely be back! Alas, no place is perfect, so here are a few of the downsides: There is some background noise from surrounding businesses that can be heard above the music, there is only one chair in the waiting area which was a little awkward, and most importantly, couple's massages here cost less than at the Art of Touch, which is also located in Newington (see my review for there as well).

When I first came, I had no idea how seriously messed up my body was. It took her almost six months of coming three times a month but she was able to relieve my acute as well as chronic distresses and imbalances. Her understanding of massage therapy and the interactions of the musculoskeletal system is phenomenal. She is one of those people with an instinctive feel and she is a consummate professional. There are many Salieris but Tami is, without a doubt, a Mozart. I cannot find words to recommend her highly enough.
