Later I received a text message saying I had a scheduled appointment despite having informed Dr. Hauser of my cancellation. I called to again cancel, but was told it was not 48 hours in advance and was charged $180. I would highly recommend finding another practice which is more patient centered and not focused on fees, expensive vitamins, and treatment based on proven facts, not conspiracy theories.
